We needed several pieces for our new home and Jane guided us through the process, suggesting bedroom sets, art work, coffee tables, bookcases, and swivel chairs. Because our remodel wasn't finished, Jane was able to store items in their warehouse. i received a coupon in my mailbox for a free vase i would otherwise pay $29. they have three different kinds. i chose the triangle shaped one since its the most unique and unusual out of the three options. its very pretty and its a nice addition to my living room. just need to get a nice and beautiful flower to make my living room more lively. they have quite alot of furniture (i.e. sofa) to choose from. not cheap but may worth visiting. customer service is a bit lacking and ignorant here. their hours are 9-7pm (m-f), 10-6pm (sat), and 10-5pm (sun). read more

We've been to a few other furniture stores, but I think Plummers had the most modern-looking furniture. It's a little more expensive than other places we've been to, but the quality does seem better. I like how the interior doesn't look cluttered. The furniture is displayed similarly to Ikea - you can actually envision what it would look like in your home. It doesn't look like a sofa parking lot. We were greeted by someone behind the counter, but during the whole time we were there, no one helped us. I was fine with that because there's nothing more annoying than being shadowed by some salesperson. Bottom line: If you want to have to search and beg to spend money, this is the place for you. If you want to be a repeat customer and then be ignored, this is also the place for you. We bought a dining table here - nobody came to help, we flagged someone down and bought it. Ok whatever, we liked the table. We came to buy a stand up desk - nobody came, again we had to look for someone. We flag a person down and he was nice and answered our questions. We continued looking and decided to buy it but couldn't find that person again so we just went to the front desk and bought it. I came here by myself this 3rd time and was about to buy 2 dressers. I was looking at the dressers for a long while and nobody came by. I went to the sales desk. There was only one guy there and he was helping someone. There was also another customer there that looks like she had been waiting for a long time. The sales person didn't acknowledge either of us until she went up to him and ASKED him to call for more sales people. He did, no one came. Finally he finished the transaction with the other couple and went to help the other lady. No one else was going to come - all I wanted to do was them to take my money but nope. So I decided - forget it. Why should I BEG for someone to take my money? If you can't have enough staff around, maybe you should provide a kiosk or something so people low maintenance like me who just wanted to buy things can just give you money without you doing anything? I was looking for 6 weeks for the "perfect" sectional. It was to look like it came from Restoration Hardware with out the price. Its called the "Dream Sectional". Plummers has great-looking, very stylish furniture at a fair price, but they fall terribly short in customer service and support. We've purchased from this store twice, and *both* times received *damaged* furniture, leading me to question if they even inspect their merchandise when it arrives from the supplier and/or when it leaves their warehouse. Resolving these issues was an extremely negative experience. A great store that is focused on its customers would jump through hoops to resolve a customer complaint...not Plummers. read more

Plummers is HUGE and I love their style - very sleek, simple and modern. The layout is pretty easy to figure out and you can walk through the entire store in a giant circle and cover everything. The sales people don't bother you much but are accessible since their station is at the center of the store. The best part is that they price match, so if you find that same item online for a cheaper price, they will either match it or beat it. I was able to get my TV stand for $200 off since I found the same one on eurway.com for cheaper. They're way above Ikea but way below Cantoni, so if your budget is somewhere in the middle like mine was, then Plummer's is perfect for you. read more

Finally found the perfect size round table for my dining room. Bought the table, brought it home, every piece was damaged. Took about a week for them to exchange. I brought the table back to exchange and requested to open the box to make sure the new table wasn't damaged. New table was also damaged. Had to give up and return everything. read more

Same great products you expect from all Plummer location but their customer service needs work. I had to run around the showroom to get a salesperson's attention. He was helpful but a bit disinterested in helping us out. One of the better Plummers showrooms I've seen. The place is pretty damn huge which is great but not when you have to run around the place to find a salesperson. We had the greatest shopping experience at Scandinavian design last week and it was all because of the sales lady Maria Mesa. Maria was a great listener and she took us through the whole store showing us different options to consider. She also picked up furniture and moved pieces together so we could see exactly how certain items looked together. Maria was informative along with patient and kind. I love the straight lines of the furniture. The salespeople are helpful without being pushy. They don't "follow you around" while you're just trying to slowly browse, but are available for all questions, and will show you around if that's your preference. I purchased a dining room table and four chairs there in 2010 at the Temecula store. Unfortunately, the chairs wore out due to the bonded leather eventually peeling on the wrapped legs. I recently replaced those chairs with four more of a different style from Scandinavian Designs in Irvine. They look smashing with the table and I believe these will last.
