Ok I just have to say I'm so impressed with these guys! It was our first time getting food from here. We weren't sure what the food looked like but we noticed my boyfriends sandwich was only a half a sandwich , when he ordered a whole and I had ordered a half sandwich and soup deal. We went back to let them know that we think the order got misunderstood, and I'm also on a new diet to watch my blood pressure, after I ordered I realized the soup I got was very high In sodium, and I got worried so my boyfriend asked if we could change it out for anything else that's lower in sodium and for the remaining half of his sandwich he ordered. They made him another huge sandwich and let him keep the half that he already had, and they replaced the soup with a huge turkey avocado cob salad! They were SO nice about everything! I felt so bad that I had to ask to change it after the fact of already ordering, but they were so understanding and helpful! Food was delicious! Thanks y'all! We will surely be back soon! read more

This location is absolutely disgusting. I cannot tell you how many times I've found hair in my food. A year ago I would find hair in my food at least 3 times and I decide to give them another chance and they still manage to f**k up. Customer service was terrible, their Uber Eats Menu prices were inaccurate and misleading. Called the store explaining my issue, even offered to come to the store to show them my Uber Receipt that was correct, but they were not interested in fixing their mistakes. Two different people told me they processed my order and one said I ordered a medium, then the other said he processed the order and it was a small? Neither of those sizes are what I ordered and have listed ON MY UBER RECEIPT. I love Schlotzsky's sandwiches, but this definitely was not a good experience. They just blamed it on Uber for the reason the prices were messed up on their menu, and left it at that. The manager of this store needs to fix his menu, instead of telling me that I'm wrong. I haven't been to a Schlotzsky's in at least a year and stopped going frequently many years ago when they changed company wide from yummy kettle chips to the just below average regular style chips they now carry. Despite knowing my chip tastebuds wouldn't be satisfied, I was craving an Original sandwich so gave it a go. They answered the drive-thru promptly and the lady was very nice and easy to understand so plus for that. There was one car in front of me and apparently they had a larger order including a pizza which took longer to make. This caused me a several minute wait in the drive-thru line. The drive-thru is not wide enough where they can tell people with orders like this to pull forward and then start servicing the rest of the people in line. Once the people in front of me left and I got to the window my order was ready to go and accurate so I know they were quick and on top of everything inside. It's just purely luck of the draw who you get behind in the drive-thru line and unfortunately this drive-thru is not constructed in a way to keep the line moving. The sandwich itself is just what I remembered. It had a good variety of flavors and the fact that it is heated brings out the flavors even more. My tastebuds aren't happy about the chips still but overall it was a good meal and good service and I think this location is fine to visit when a Schlotzsky's craving hits. read more

I ordered 2 sandwiches and explain to the manager, the cashier and the person who prepared the sandwiches to please do not put garlic or onions on the sandwiches because of my allergies. When I brought the sandwiches home they taste very garlicky. I should have told the person to change his gloves before making my sandwiches my wife and I were not available to eat. The person on the phone assure that they will give us the a refund and he apologize. But now is May 2th and their is no refund and the manager James was very rude and unwilling to help asking me who was the person I spoke to. It never fails that every visit always ends up with a problem. I ask for chicken, they give me turkey. I say no mayo (I'm deathly allergic to it) and wouldn't you know, there's mayo. Ok I love Schlotzsky's, but the last 3 times I have ordered the same salad (turkey avocado Cobb salad) they put no avocado! I called and ask why and they said oh I guess we forgot. So today I ordered my food, I put in my order notes that it had been forgotten previous times and to please add the avocado and I wanted extra ranch as well which I always get. Well I got no extra ranch and I got literally three tiny cubes of avocado. I'm so frustrated because that's what makes this salad! It's literally in the name of it! I don't know what's going on but they quality has gone down. It's not hard to read the notes and make it right. It's not a hard order! My only special instructions are no croutons and extra ranch! I ordered at the drive thru. Pick 2: Original with French Onion soup. When I got home the soup did not have and fix in's, no croutons, no cheese as well as no spoon. The cup was less than half full. I order another sandwich as well. the young man at the window took my payment without saying a word to me, then return with my order again did not utter a word, like "Thank You". This Schlotzkey's has the most respectful, polite young women working there that I have ever encountered in a restaurant. They are extremely helpful and pleasant. The facility is clean and simply decorated with a cow motif. Restrooms are accessible and are also clean. The salads and soups are quite good. I had chicken salad with cranberries, apples and mixed lettuces and all was fresh and yummy. I also had the tomato soup which had pesto and a sprinkling of cheese on top. My friend had the Southwestern Chicken salad that had tortilla strips, corn, beans, onion and shredded cheese...also good. Her soup was chicken and rice and it was thick, more like a stew, but very tasty. Both were served with a piece of toasted bread. Today was a two for one day so we got a fabulous piece of chocolate cake plus a free slice of carrot cake...both huge! Went around lunch today and I really liked this location. Staff was nice. They even had online ordering and a pick up counter. Cinnabon and cookies were available too. Limited menu that isn't communicated via their website that goes by your zip code and closest franchise. They can't seem to get an order right. I've given them a few chances but the screw it up every time. The food is mediocre at best and overpriced for what you get. I've been a Schlotzky's customer for a long, long time but never have I been as disappointed as I was today. I was on my way home and found myself near the location at 110 Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park, TX. I really needed a good salad with protein. I pulled their menu up on my phone and saw several great looking salads - each with slices of real chicken or turkey. I ordered the Turkey Avocado Cobb. When I got home I opened the container to find that the meat was not as presented in their menu, but instead it was some spongy, processed, pressed turkey cut into half-inch cubes. You can get better turkey at a grocery store deli. The meat was awful and I had to throw it away. From the photo to what I got seemed like bait and switch. Sooooo disappointed. read more
