Medium Fiesta chicken on gluten free bread.
    Melinda S.

Schlotzsky's has my favorite sandwich - Fiesta chicken, gluten free. We're from the Dallas area and go back frequently & I know all the Schlotzsky's along the way. This location is hands down my favorite. Being gluten free, the bread has always great & my order has always been correct. I typically do the drive thru, as I like to take my dogs on a car ride (they do allow dogs on their patio but mine are way to crazy), but recently I ate inside. I was just as pleased. The girl working the counter was great, restaurant clean, and food yummy. I always order a small but this time I got a medium because I had a free meal coupon, so why not? I ate maybe a third of it and took the rest home. I think a small is enough for me! Added plus, Schlotzsky's rewards program & app deals are better than most.

I usually get pizza when I come here bit today. I decided yo get a sandwich. I was torn between the Fiesta chicken and the beef& cheese based on a recommendation. I got the beef and cheese. It was okay. I feel it was missing something, maybe bbq sauce. It came with Chipotle mayo, which was good but light in flavor, in my opinion. The service was good, and the server was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. They have a lot of seating options, both indoor and out on the patio. Next time, I might get a cinnabon they looked so delicious

This garden salad is almost 5 bucks?? Seriously Schlotzsky's?? Shameful!! At least put more vegetables on it!! Dang!!

Just received a half eaten cobb salad from here. I paid $10 for lettuce and croutons. No avocado. No bacon. Very little cheese. Half the dressing that usually comes with this salad. Avoid this place! When I called them to see if I could come back, the manager hung up on me. Never again! The pictures show what was given to me. I did not eat any of it.

Decided to stop by and grab a quick weekend lunch between household chores. Walking in there's some quirky but upbeat music gently playing. Pretty cool. The cinabon pastries on display look amazing. The menu is super simple and gets straight to the point. They stopped serving Mac n cheese which was a bummer so we got the minion a cheese pizza. So. Dang. Good. We ended up 'helping' minion eat it. The General manager made several trips around the dinning room making sure everyone was happy and got a chance to try the hot sauces and make flavor recommendations. Tip; if you get a pizza ask for some of their sauce in the side. Its so good that the cheese pizza is nearly gourmet. 4/5 will be comming back again. Only took one star because they didn't have the Mac n cheese available but it was still on the menu.

Good service here at tgis chain restaurant. Wish they woukd get rid of Coke and replace it with HEB or another Texas local soda, but that's a corporate decision I'm sure. They made a great tasty sandwich!

Always good service here and they get our order right every time! The drive through is always faster than most locations and the employees are very friendly. The location is a bit hard to get to if you're going the wrong direction but otherwise this place is great. They even have a really nice outdoor patio to dine in!!

The pizza was incorrect but we were given 60% off and we got the correct one. The deck is lovely and service was good.

Our server was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the place has a cool little vibe that feels relaxed but still energetic. We got there around 11:00, and by 11:15 or 11:20 the place was already lively and noisy, which honestly tells you people know where the good pizza is. I had the House salad with Caesar dressing, and it was fresh and loaded with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella, and crunchy garlic croutons. For pizza, I ordered the City Pie, and those toppings were giving -- pepperoni, Italian sausage, spinach, mushrooms, onions, black olives, and bell peppers. I'm not usually a huge fan of super thin crust pizza, but this one worked because the toppings and flavor carried every bite. The girls ordered the Queen Margherita, and it looked just as good as it sounds with fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, Parmesan-Reggiano, and basil. We also tried one of the house sodas, and it was really, really good. Everything paired together perfectly. Definitely a spot I'd go back to again.

I may visit Obsidian Brewery time after time after time after time and never find out how their beer is. This is because a) They have an outstanding bar and b) They have an outstanding kitchen. For me, beer is a hardship beverage you drink when there is nothing else better available. When I go to a bar, I can sometimes be looking for mix-mastering. Usually I am looking for outstanding top of the line hard spirits. * * * When I walked into Obsidian, I looked at their bar. It was love at first sight. In front of me were twenty yards of three shelves of the most wonderful bottles I could possibly imagine. Half of them I had never heard of before. * * * I settled on a Buddha's Hand Gin. Buddha and Gin rarely appear in the same sentence Never mind the same label on a bottle. I ordered it straight up. I went immediately to Nirvana. Forget the meditation and the austerities. The Buddha's Hand Gin was as good as a trip to the Himalayas. Buddha's Hand is an obscure citrus fruit that grows multiple protuberances the way some horseradishes do. It is golden and looks like a hand. Ergo the name. The Buddha's Hand Gin is a citrus tinged gin with an edge more like orange zest than like orange juice. The additional botanicals make it strong, attention grabbing, fruity and yet combative. I was absolutely fascinated. Note that Buddha's Hand Gin is only one of the many items they have to explore there. I am totally ready to do more exploring. * * * The kitchen at Obsidian is also of distinction. The savvy local guide I came with adored his Thai Curry Wood Fired Rings. I went with a Cheesy Bread. This is open-faced grilled cheese on a thick slice of bread the size of a shoebox, with a wonderful homemade tomato sauce on about 1/3 of it. It is the best cheese pizza you have ever had. It is what cheese pizza is supposed to be if you don't use the standard canned ingredients that institutional providers sell to Domino's. I was as in love with my cheese bread as I was with my citrus gin. * * * The company was also outstanding. Which is just as well because Obsidian is a social place. Lots of Leanderthals having a fine time in couples and groups. This is not a loner's loser bar. You know - the dark rooms with misfits drinking their sixth beer while watching TV. This is a good folks good times full-of-sunlight place. So you definitely want to come with good folks. * * * Good food, good bottles, good people. And if you are feeling chipper, You can even have a homemade beer to celebrate.
