    Cinnabon icing for $1.50 wow

Just went to Schlotzsky's or $50 in food ordered one Cinnabon, which I love those things but they never have enough icing on them for me so I ask if I could get an extra cup of icing which they did but it was a $.50 a dollar fifty for a little bit of extra icing Couldn't believe it told the guy taking the order I probably won't be getting these no more and he told me that was fine. They used to be 50 Cent. I couldn't believe it was $1.50 for a little cup of icing and it's fine that I don't get them no more

    Ham & bacon sandwich

Eating lunch I realize I'm eating a vegetable sandwich. Ordered a small sandwich ham and bacon. Between all the vegetables I cannot taste the meat. For the cost of 7.29 for a sandwich don't you think I deserve some meat? I literally had two PCs of thin ham this does not equal the cost of the sandwich nope never will I return I can make my own sandwich for cheaper.

How many quarters does it take to make a minibon?

We drove through today to order lunch. Overall, the food is classic Schlotzskys, so we like the sandwiches. The sandwiches were decent and well-made. However, we decided to add a mini-bon for each of us, for a total of 4. I asked if they came in a box and the attendant said you have to buy them individually. I figured it's a mini can't be that much. We won't be doing that again. I understand the inflationary price hikes across the board, but each mini was $5 and was the size of a small Pillsbury cinnamon roll you get at Kroger. Each to their own, but to me, it is not worth the money. It made a fast-food lunch priced way more than any other fast-food restaurant.

    Veggie pizza

My review is mostly based on the customer service. My work place has ordered from here numerous times and the pizzas are my favorite. Being Ash Wednesday I took advantage of the vegetarian pizza and the cheese due to the Wednesday BOGO deal. So for about $8.50 I got to personal pizzas from Schlotzsky's. If you haven't had there pizzas go ahead and give them a try. They use the same dough as they do in there sandwiches rather than regular pizza dough. The customer service definitely lacks. When I came in no one was at the register and there was someone at the drive through area texting in her phone while there was a car at the window. I was not acknowledged at all until she had to go get there order. Then she took my payment for my order. The location it self is dingy looking and needs some more lighting or major upgrade to be done. I hope that it was just a a bad time where they were short handed and hopefully they can work on being a little bit kore welcoming.

    Roast beef calzone

Went to Schlotzsky's Jodi was at the register. She was extremely friendly and informative. What a great personality. The food was so hot and fresh we had to wait to dig in. Trust me that was hard because it smelled delish. The wait was worth it. We had the calzone roast beef and also grabbed some Cinnabons always good. We will have to come back here it was a great experience.

Just got home from getting a replacement sandwich, because the first $10 sandwich was made with the wrong ingredients. This one has little to no meat or other toppings, and I am just over this place. I spent almost $30 on three sandwiches, and they can't even put the right ingredients on them. I guess making it so badly the second time was some kind of passive-aggressive anger since I brought the other back. I have had problems there before, but this skimpy $10 sandwich is the last time.

Receipt of charge, Proof o cancelation!

Horrible, i always order from schlotzskys and this is the first time I have had a bad experience not only did my order get cancelled but I still had to pay for it. My card was charged! I gave them a called and pretty much was told by the so called "manager" that she could not do anything. I had called previously on Wednesday to try to get reimbursed and was told by an employee that management would call me which they never did. When I called back Friday this rude Chinese lady said there was nothing she could do, and I tried speaking with her and she kept on being rude. Overall I love schlotzkys but will definitely be back. Obviously that lady is in the wrong business if she can't even be professional enough as to try and figure out why a customer is being charged when the order was cancelled.

Small hair on my pizza. Yuck! The other slice had a longer hair on it but I didn't get to snap a picture of that slice.

They ignore the small changes you place in the app. They added mushrooms to the meatball sandwich and placed it on wheat bread. They ignored the two sandwiches with added black olives, one with the olives to be served separately. They put too much mayo on everything, so I marked light mayo. Nope, still too much. I don't think they changed it. I think they left off the grilled onions, too. Good - the hook and ladder and adding mushrooms to meatball subs. Bad - not paying attention to the orders and too much mayo. Mediocre - the Hawaiian pulled pork and slaw. It sounded great, but that really suffered from too much mayo.

When I went up a man came up and said he had been waiting for his sandwich and all of his coworkers were done eating and he didn't get his sandwich. Manager said he was sorry but when I got back to work I told my coworkers about the service and they said its always like that. I did go back one more time and ordered on line but they don't acknowledge us to pick up sandwich. 1.what they can improve on. cashier to turn in each receipt after EACH order because he takes them all and then gives them to the makers out of order. 2. acknowledge people who are standing there for a long time!

There is plenty of seating both inside and out. They have two counters open for orders so waits are never too long. The menu can be seen in bright lettering over these counters so you can make your choices as you wait. You will receive a number and the staff will bring your food to you. They also bus the tables The menu is extensive with entrees, salads, soups, pressed and regular sandwiches. I've always been impressed that this place offers sandwiches you can't find in just any cafe like French dips, Reuben's, Monte cristo's, Cubans, and many others One of the main draws is their bakery. They have so many cakes, pies, and cookies to choose from. Many of their confectioneries are displayed in a case at the register The portions are hearty and the flavors are on point. I always have a great time Some tips: Their cowboy and seven layer bars are incredible, but most people go for the red velvet cookies. I have tried many dishes here, and I've never been disappointed, but for years and probably for ever I will continue to choose the Saint Charles. It's phenomenal. Also, they cater, so, consider them for work events and parties Cheers!!

Sub was good, not as great as the Texas city location, but still a quality sub. The issue was the service. Never have I ever experienced such rudeness from staff. Walking in (again, for the first time) I am greeted with a "what do you want" yell. I thought he was joking or messing around at first, but no, dude was serious. I give my order and try to pay. Another yell from him "you pay after you eat" ok, that works, too. All the while, the two other guys on duty are groaning about not having enough time to prepare for the day, complaining about customers on Saturdays, and more. I'm all for hole in the wall, simple no frills dining, but this place had an overall terrible, terrible vibe. I finish eating and go to pay. Guy barks orders at me on how to tap my card. I try different attempts, finally the card reader shows an error. Dude yells at me "LISTEN, OR THAT WILL HAPPEN". Turns out, his WiFi network wasn't on the whole time. Upon discovering this, in his defense he did apologize - but cmon dude. Shouldn't ever treat a customer like that. I slide my card and it works first try, after he turned the WiFi network on. I bumped my tip down from 22% to 18% and walked out. As I exit, I hear grumbles of complaints coming from the dude. Serious disappointment here. Never returning. I hate for one location to taint the other, but I can't say this makes me want to revisit my beloved Texas city location by my house any more, either.
