The crew that packed & cleaned out our home left huge holes in walls, broke furniture, & left a significant amount of furniture & belongings behind. Taran (the supervisor) was informed by the lead for the crew & did nothing to pro active correct the issues - instead choosing to ignore it & be annoyed when we discovered it. Move in day was slightly better however even after personally speaking with the owner, Paul, about our experience, they knowingly delivered furniture broken beyond repair & simply said nothing. Picture frames were broken, scratches left in things. The owner Paul displayed severely unethical practices when he literally delivered an unusable desk to me & acknowledged to us that he was aware it was beyond repair. Yet chose to have his crew wrap it up & deliver it without a word. A pack of true Vikings would have done a better job.

We settled on what I *thought* was needed, and he sent a rough estimate within a couple hours. A big relief! However, my circumstances changed abruptly, and I needed to cancel the move. As I had no idea If I would be moving within a couple months or a couple years, I couldn't in good faith postpone. Alex was completely understanding. Through the entire process, from first contact to an unfortunate need to cancel, he was courteous, upfront about all matters, offered helpful suggestions, and very pleasant to work with. My only issue, falls entirely on my shoulders. They do offer a refund policy, but it was me who misunderstood the details. On their site, it clearly states that a refund will be granted only if canceled within 48 hours of booking. I had read it as before 48 hours of my move. That's not on them, my fault. Strange business practice. Other than an attorney or a well paid surgeon, I'm not sure who else makes over $500 for a half an hour of work.
