I recently took my car in for a tire rotation and had a great overall experience with this shop. I…read morecalled ahead, and they were able to get me in the same day at a very reasonable price. I dropped the car off, and they completed the tire rotation efficiently. The next day I was alarmed when a system error and check engine light came on. Naturally, I was worried it might be related to the tire rotation service I just had. I called the shop and explained my concerns. They were very responsive and reassuring, they told me to bring the car back in, and if it was related to the tire rotation, they would take care of it under their warranty with no issues. I stopped by their shop, and their team performed a full system check. They identified something with the turbo that wasn't related to the tire rotation service, but they reset the system at no charge. (The check engine light is off for now). This shop truly stands behind their work. They are honest, professional, and customer-focused. It was a pleasure working with them, and I will definitely be bringing my car back for any future service needs. Highly recommend!

I came very close…read moreto losing the tire on ice cream rd near bonny doon. they did not tighten the lug bolts properly, after a year or 2 avoiding them I needed a smog and they remembered my past problem and gave me a free smog so i resumed their service. but they messed up again. An engine light problem that hey spent a long time working on and replacing parts that probably were not necessary and they never fixed the problem. I complained and got angry and they said to me never come back to them. I took the vehicle to another shop and they fixed it and said I should ask for money back. Because they fixed it quickly. I would not recommend them, they are not the best despite all the certificates and nice shop.

I called him out and he said that he couldn't, there was no money in the vehicle. Why even tell me that you can do something you can't do? Now the service light went on and I took it to a trusted shop, it needs a full service; Transmission and Engine. When buying the car they told me it was in perfect condition. I hear good things about Mike, but the other associate is garbage and I will never go back here or recommend them.
