I recently booked Scoobee Doo Mobile Groomer for my dog, and I was extremely disappointed. The groomer arrived with a truck pulling a small enclosed trailer that was dirty and poorly maintained inside. Even worse, she plugged into my home's outlet to run her generator and AC for nearly three hours, which is completely unprofessional for a mobile grooming service. Overall, the experience felt careless and unhygienic. I do not recommend this groomer to anyone. read more

I would not recommend this mobile pet groomer. I witnessed her being extremely rude and disrespectful to an elderly client. She became aggressive and yelled at the elderly woman because payment was not made immediately. I am the woman's caregiver, and the way she spoke to her was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Everyone deserves to be treated with patience and respect, especially older adults. Regardless of any payment concerns, there is no excuse for raising your voice or speaking to a customer in such an aggressive manner. Its very hard to find a cat groomer especially one who has a special/gentle touch but she is very very good and does a great job on the lion cut - which isn't easy - and, she comes to you! I only have a cat's nails cut but he is one nervous cat. Kim and I worked out a system where we text when she can come in and Ihave the cat restrained. She cuts his nails quickly and he runs away but not traumatized like when I have to bring him in the car somewhere, I think I pay more than other places but this is best for my cat. Our fur-kid has some anxiety issues and generally whines through her grooming when we take her to the groomers. It was nice to try someone coming to us for a change. Kim showed up on time, and got right to work. She needs water and power, so as soon as she had those hooked up, she was off and running. She took about a little over an hour on our pup, and did a good job, other than not knowing if the gland was done. (Our pup needed this done pretty badly). After finishing, she brought the fur-kid to the door and came in to get the payment. I was shocked to see our dog completely love on Kim, especially when she can't wait to get away from most groomers. Even cried as she left (check out the picture). I called to make an appointment to have my dog groomed, but when she found out I lived in apartment she told me she could not help me. She said if I brought my dog to her truck in front of her house, she would help me. Unfortunately, I am unable to drive , and live in assisted living facility. I have had other mobile groomers here, as have my friends with dogs here. This is the first time I have run into a groomer that refuses to do grooming for people who live in apartments. Best groomer I've ever met. Kim is so kind, she loves what she does and is very talented. She loves dogs more than probably anyone and it shows through her work. My dog sunny can be a little difficult and it usually takes time for him to trust someone and she knew exactly what to do to keep him calm and look super cute! Miss Kim was a dog whisper with our Roxy. Roxy has extreme anxiety with groomers.. we decided to call Scoobe doo to have a home experience with a groomer..Kim came in our home and sat down on the floor and Roxy our girl Boston Terrier went right over to her ..Roxy us normally apprehensive with new people coming into her home..but not this time !! Roxy gave Miss Kim unconditional affection..Miss Kim showed us her trailer equipped with everything and there was hot n cold water she uses.She did not want us to give any calming agent to Roxy..and we know exactly why..she has an amazing ability to connect with our Roxy on a plane we have never seen before..we have taken Roxy to groomers in Escondido, and Roxy would tremble going in and coming out..we have bathed her in our shower and Roxy tolerated us, but hated the experience..Roxy smelled the best ever from any previous groomer, even us..after Roxy was finished and Miss Kim took 2 hours to groom her, Roxy was a happy dog ..no anxiety what so ever..in fact , when Miss Kim was ready to leave Roxy ran back to her to go back into her grooming trailer !! Miss Kim came in after the grooming to sit on the floor with Roxy to give her more love and Roxy gave it right back to her !!
