This is our favorite "secret" breakfast joint! We wanted to first go to a nearby restaurant but the wait was long, so we found this adorable quaint little joint nestled in "Bracken Village" We have since deemed it the "go to" place for us and our friends after church! Scooped has an awesome "all you can eat " pancake brunch on weekends! Their omelettes are my favorite fluffy, and made with only what I like! I think we have tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed! Ironically the one item we have not tried: Cookie dough! This place is really difficult to find. If you see a large RED barn house to the right upon entering the strip, then keep driving STRAIGHT. There is a large parking lot available up ahead. The entrance looks like it's a private property since there's a sign outside of the fence that says "no photographs allowed". We missed the entrance into this little plaza and u-turned at the Valero. There should be a large sign that says "Scooped, this way" that tells you that you're in the right spot. A hidden gem really close to Natural Bridge Caverns. This place is a 2 minutes walk from the parking lot. There are also cool chickens nearby. This location does serve brunch on Saturdays and all flavors of cookie dough. THEY DO NOT SELL ICE CREAM. We came to this place thinking they also sold ice cream or sorbet options. (They do have a cookie dough ice cream sandwich option though.) If you're looking for something cold and affordable after the Natural Bridge Caverns, come here! The place is really cute like the inside of a dollhouse. Small and clean restroom inside. They has a variety of flavors and were nice enough to offer samples of any flavor I wanted to try. It is definitely an indulgence but so worth it. Super delicious if you have a sweet tooth! Staff was super nice and accommodating. I also ordered a red bull infusion with cherry and lime which was very refreshing. Both flavors, experiment 616 and almond joy were amazing. Although I will say, it can get a little overwhelmingly sweet after a few spoonfuls of the cookie dough. The place itself was really nice and it's a great place to take pics for IG if your scouting for new locations. It's located in a scenic mini business town. Really good option if you're looking for something sweet and different. The cookie dough itself wasn't overly sweet, eggy or gritty like other cookie doughs I've had in the past. It was smooth and reminded me of ripping the toll house cookies from the package and eating them. With that being said, it isn't worth the price. We got three cups for $25. It was also a let down since we looked online to see what they offered before hand and they had none of those options at the store. The girl wasn't the friendliest and didn't mix in our options like we had asked ( she threw them on top ). It was also crazy that each topping was an additional .50 but they barely even give you any toppings. I feel like if you're near and feel like exploring a little, try it. I was able to try Scooped at their booth at the Garden Ridge Market Days. I arrived later in the day (12:30) so a couple flavors were sold out but there was still a great selection of cookie dough available. I let the employees know that I was actually on my way out and they suggested half-pint and pint sized cookie dough packages that I could take home. I opted to order the "Brookie" flavor and it was ice cold, so it was able to withstand our drive home on a 100° + day (with the heat index). When my husband and I ate the cookie dough that might, it was sweet and not grainy like raw cookie batter. The flavor was just as expected for brookie, we really enjoyed it and hope to stop by Bracken Village for more cookie dough flavors next time we're in the area! read more

Wow, excellent and my only down was not knowing it's inside a pizza joint, I drove all the way there for nothing because of no signage.

I cannot describe how excited I was to try this place once I found out about it. I went online and placed an order for myself and a friend that was equally excited. I paid and received confirmation stating my order would be ready between 6:10 and 6:15, which did not leave me a lot of time to get there given my location I was coming from. I left immediately to get there in the time they gave me. I drove for 25 minutes just to pick it up. I arrived at the shop to find the doors locked and nobody there. I was very disappointed to say the least, but still willing to give it another try thinking they would refund my money or make it right. I sent an email the next day (sep10th) letting them know what happened. It is now 10 days after they charged me for an order I never received and I still have not gotten a response from them. Very disappointing considering all the great reviews. I also recommend they update the hours of operation. The website I ordered from has different hours posted. The location in Braken Village is quaint and welcoming. We ordered two sandwiches (caprese and chicken avocado). The bread on the caprese sandwich was soggy, which didn't please the hubby. The staff is friendly and really helpful when it comes to explaining all the goodies in the cookie dough. We ordered the monster and cowboy. Zero stars if that was a rating. I had the most unpleasant experience. The big bearded man who appears to be the owner is impatient, rude and testy to employees and customers. Questions about the menu are answered in exasperation, "It IS cookie dough." Everything needs a good wipe down & they need to crank on their AC. The sandwich was thin and chewy. The cookie dough was gritty and overly sweetened. The whole experience and business seems to suffer at the hands of a miserly owner. Never going back and discouraging others from doing so. Stumbled upon this while waiting for our reservation and P.F. Chang's. Looking at the menu you think, $5 for a single scoop of cookie dough, that's a lot. You're relating it to a single scoop of ice cream, and it's not! One single scoop was the perfect amount for a little snack. Since it's raw cookie dough (with pasteurized eggs so it's safe to eat) it is very rich and filling. I got the red velvet and it said it came with whit chocolate chips, so I'm thinking it was melted into it, again forgetting it's raw. So I get red velvet cookie dough with whole while chocolate chips in it. Very rich, but very good. I don't think I could've done two scoops and not spoil my dinner. Meh. Ordered online and even added a tip. It took 48 min to get our order and there was hardly anyone there the entire time. When we got there, we were told they were out of potatoes, fruit, and one of the flavors of cookie dough we ordered, so we opted for the broccoli cheddar soup to replace the potatoes and fruit and chose a different flavor cookie dough. Unfortunately, the soup was super bland. We also got the caprese and chicken club paninis. The caprese one was awesome! The chicken club had great flavor but there was a chicken bone in it. Oops? (See pic.) The cookie dough was delicious so I suggest sticking to that. We also realized after we left that they didn't even give us the "puppy dough" we ordered. Dangit. So basically we got 3 out of the 7 things we actually ordered. Also, the girl who handled our order (2/27/21 around 6:30pm) was less than friendly. Sadly, we pre-tipped for unfriendly service, a long wait time, an item we never received, an unwanted chicken bone, and only half the food we actually ordered lol. Instead she got a scoop of some double chocolate fudge that was so rich she ended up throwing away after a couple bites.
