Had a craving for iced Mocha and Didn't want to drive far. So I ended up here for my first visit. Very pleasant experience. Got A large iced mocha with an extra shot And a cinnamon roll. Coffee was as expected. However, the cinnamon roll was OUTSTANDING! Very moist with plenty of cinnamon. What made it great was the cream cheese frosting. Tasted just like homemade and the cream cheese flavor came through. A perfect fit. You should definitely get one next time you're passing by! read more

Very disappointed with our last few visits to this location. We ordered three drinks, and all of them were missing ingredients. They've also been out of direct lids for quite some time. What's frustrating is that customers aren't informed about unavailable ingredients or supplies until after they've paid and received their drinks. Better communication would make a big difference. This coffee is SO good!! I love this concept of a drive through coffee shop. They serve lattes, espresso, breakfast sandwiches, cold and hot drinks such as smoothies and lemonade as well as cookies and breakfast pastries. The options are endless. Service is quick and the employees are so nice! I got a medium caramel latte and it wasn't scalding hot which I loved. The cups had such a cute design as well! Overall you won't be disappointed with this quick coffee shop. I'm so glad this location is right by my house so I can stop by here after the gym in the morning or before work. read more

I'd been wanting to try Scooter's Coffee for a while, but I definitely won't be back. The employees were nice, but there coffee is horrible. I got a cold brew with milk and hazelnut. It looked like there wasn't any coffee in it so I asked to make sure I ordered correctly. She said this is how their cold brew always is. It is EXTREMELY watery, again like there isn't any coffee at all. It taste like watery sweet milk. I thought about going back to get a refund but decided the drive wasn't worth it. I ended up just throwing it away because as the ice melted it made it even more watery. I also got a strawberry lemonade which was pretty good. Just very disappointing because I saw so many good reviews. But i'll just add the extra time to get Dutch Bros or a local shop. read more

Literally the best place ever! They have a candy blender "frappuccino " So example I get the milky way blender. It's a milky way chopped up Then had coffee brewed through it. Then strained Coffee goes in a cup with chocolate syrup and ice and cream and blended! It is very smooth and chocolatey and literally the best thing ever! Also they got me addicted to redbull again... I haven't had any for 10 months... What did they do? They came out with a new redbull infused drink. Pick your red bull and syrup! I got the Tropical Redbull with Prickly pear syrup... its literally amazing especially if you haven't had redbull isln.... days. read more

I stopped by for a quick Americano and decided to add a cinnamon roll, too. The menu says that they make them in house! Both were great. The roll is topped with a cream cheese frosting that's very creamy and I could really taste the cream cheese flavor. The roll was slightly warm, too. Just meh. Their prices are the same or more expensive than Starbucks. And as a drive-through coffee stand only, it would be much more of an incentive for me to go there if their prices were lower. Plus, some of the drinks I've asked if they could make (e.g. flat white), they act like they've never heard of and don't know how to make. This has been my experience on multiple trips to scooters, not just once. We have relatives in Idaho and there, drive-thru stands are all over the place. Their baristas are super engaging and offer creative recommendations. They also offer unique drinks like Red Bull with Italian cream soda. I love the idea of drive-thru coffee stands and supporting smaller businesses. However, if you only offer drive-through service, it should be your prices and/or customer service and baristas knowledge base that makes a place like this stand out. I came here for the first time and I ordered the matcha latte which I drink regularly and have tried from tons of coffee shops. Scooter's was by far the worst I've ever had. It was very watered down and tasted like they brewed it with lawn clippings. I decided I would try adding more matcha powder (which I keep at home) and that made the drink bearable but I will not be returning. Also tasted my boyfriend's coffee; same issue. It was watered down and tasted like cheap gas station coffee. Extremely disappointed, I wanted to like this place so bad. read more

Super quick, super friendly, super sweet drinks! They just opened one next to our house and we'll be going there all the time now. It's about the same price as Starbucks, but MUCH quicker. And they have cinnamon rolls and other snacks that I'm looking forward to trying. read more

I work right by scooters and decided to give it a shot instead of driving to a Starbucks. I must say I am pleasantly surprised how yummy the breakfast sandwiches are. I ordered the turkey sausage sandwich for my husband which he devoured and loved it. For myself I got everything bagel sandwich which was bomb! The bread and seasoning was delicious and the melted Gouda cheese was perfect! I normally always order a drink with it but today I decided not too, given how good the food was I will definitely be back to try the drinks! read more

Scooters is on my way to work and it's a usual stop for me maybe once or twice a week. Sometimes I'm in my personal truck and other times I use my work truck, which is too big to fit through the drive thru. When I can't fit in the drive thru I pull off to the side and ask the employees if they mind if I still order. They always say yes and take my order. Today however, I pull up, granted in a different spot than I usually do, and knock on the back door. I was greeted by an angry man who rudely and sarcastically said "Normally big trucks park in the front to order, what's going on?" I apologized and said I'd move and he hastily said "Oh don't worry about it now" and proceeded to make and bring me my order. This isn't the type of thing I want to deal with before my morning coffee. Completely put me off coming here anymore. read more

Coffee taste probably about 6.5-7. Second the price was kinda ridiculous for small little space but the worst reason which will probably keep me from ever returning drive thru are meant to be convenient and usually quick but not when you only have one person doing everything. Not sure if that's the way it will continue to be but store needs at least 2 people!!! Only 4 cars in front of me it took 30 min to get out of there with my candy bar drink! I always have a great experience here! I was excited to try them when they first opened and have been going back at least once a week since. The coffee's flavor is so much more robust than Starbucks. My fave drink is the iced caramelicious with soy milk and half the syrup so it's less sweet. The team is always super sweet and I enjoy getting rewards on the app. I tell everyone about this place...if only there was one closer to my office! read more

I'm not a coffee drinker but I love their blended coffee it's rich, smooth, and creamy. This is my first world problem, but I hate little pieces of ice in my blend coffee. Starbucks frappe usually has small bit of ice, but not Scooter. Their blend is smooth and every sip is the same. Even after all the ice melted, it's still sweet and not very water down. It's as pricey as star buck or even more because they don't have much promotion, but worth a try. Totally recommend turtle blender. read more

I love how close this is to my home, but the last 3 times I've been, the order has pretty much sucked. Once I was told the reason my large Mocha was only 3/4 full was because it was a person in training, the other was a Mocha that I ordered with "less than half" the mocha and it was so sickening sweet I couldn't drink it, and this time was a Chai Latte that was mostly foam. When I called and spoke to the manager, I was told how a latte was made. Thank you! I know what a latte is, but foam is not supposed to take up a huge portion of the cup. People aren't paying for foam......they pay for the drink. When I told her it was the last 3 visits, she seemed completely unconcerned. I also got banana bread. It had a chunk of salt in it the size of a quarter. Nope, couldn't see that when you picked it up to heat up. AWESOME! I'll be going somewhere else from now on. Customer service sucks. read more
