Okay I am writing this in hope's management will read it. I have given my feedback in person... they seem to not care! Lets start with hot mess... literally! Every time I've come here there has been boxes stacked up, dirty counters, filthy backsplash area and the online order pick filthy. The excessive long wait every single time is just not normal. I frequently go to Starbucks all over Texas. Literally you will age waiting on a drink. Early Am, mid morning, afternoon.... It is clear the team is struggling. They seem flustered, rushed and unorganized. This place needs a management change. I have never seen a Starbucks run so poorly. Go to firewheel... your in and out in a flash, with get this..... the correct order! read more

Starbucks lover attention, Please be caution. As a long time, frequent customer of the store, I would like to write in hope of sharing my sincere opinion about a recent incident. As of Dec 12, I ordered my drink via mobile order at Hwy 66 and Kendwood location as usual just like every other day, before heading to work. Due to my complete trust in the high quality and professionalism of store service, I failed to noticed a strange object in my drink. I enjoyed my drink as usual, until my co-worker spotted something dark inside my drink and questioned what did I add? I was startled to find out that it was a black piece of rubber. I am not sure what it belongs to or how it came about to be in my drink. This is the first incident in all the years that I've been a loyal customer at starbuck store. I am disappointed and begun to questioned the sanitary level as well as the professionalism in store service. read more

Literally drove 20 minutes to get in line at 930, with cars all in front of me and get told they can't take my order because apparently I showed up at 931 which is a lie. Horrible customer service, what is one more drink? This location is filled with some nice people, and just down right rude people. Will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Absolutely horrible. We bought three drinks, asked for a cup of water and my ten year old was denied a cup of WATER. My daughter went inside for a cup of water and the lady in the front stated "we have no water". I hope management corrects this for future costumers. read more

Yes, service is a little slow, but the people are friendly and they do their best to keep things moving. This is a very busy Starbucks and I believe that a lot of the locals come here instead of the new location which keeps this store busy. Today I tried the black and white mocha, with an extra shot. It smelled amazing. The flavor was a little sweet for my taste and was more so of a hot chocolate. This would definitely not be the choice of a person looking for an robust coffee flavor. read more

This place is hit or miss if you order anything other than basic drip. The ice coffees, Frappuccinos, ice teas are consistently watered down in flavored. I guess they save miney by reducing key ingredients and adding tons of ice. But careful, they are more than willing to add "extra" flavor ti fix it.....for a price. Since COVID-19 I have enjoyed frequenting small local coffee shops instead. read more

I really like this location. The baristas know me and my family well and always make us the best drinks. And yeah it's expensive, but it's Starbucks! You're paying for the quality of the coffee. The best part about this location is the baristas don't short you on the caramel if you order am iced Caramel macchiato. My parents both order them upside down, and the baristas know to just go ahead and take the lid off their caramel bottle and go crazy. My parents LOVE it. And for me, I stick to a coffee Frap with soy milk. I've never had a bad experience at this location, and recommend it to everyone. Thanks y'all! read more

I really enjoy having a Starbucks right up the corner from my neighborhood. The bathrooms were clean, the floor might of needed some sweeping, they were busy but not crowded. Had a descent line of cars at the drive thru. l just pull put my iPhone hit the Starbucks app and about 2 minutes later I am enjoying my Carmel Venti and Starbucks tunes. All the shelves were stocked well for the fall. The is a great place to catch up pn your work or school studies. read more

I went in to go get a coffee for my friend and myself, I asked for the Pike and they said it'd take a little while because it was brewing and the guy was nice enough to give me a vanilla bean frappucino on the house since I had to wait. Staff is usually nice! Only thing I don't like is this employee Ginger, she's kind of rude I've only had her serve me a few times but she doesn't really have any patience at all. I have always had perfect service from here in that they have never screwed up my drinks and humor me when I order from the Starbucks Secret Drinks Menu even when I know they are not technically supposed to acknowledge it. Yay. I took off a star because this was probably the least friendliest location i have ever been to and Lord knows, I have been to what feels like hundreds but, let's not get cray up in here. The cashier lady was nice but the rest of the people working there... Just lacked the usual 'bucksparkle that I love so much. Dare I say they might have needed coffee to put some pep in their step. Prices are high.... However with that said, all Starbucks are high. I do not come to this store much unless I am out of coffee. I get a Venti Pike Place roast. The coffee is always consistent. The employees are always pleasant. And every holiday season I come here seeking a present. The reason I give it a 4 star is for the overall price. 2 weeks ago I ordered blueberry oatmeal I dont check my bag till I get to work which is 10 more miles to n dallasm so when I open my bag and I see everything I need but the main ingredients blueberries I get a little pissed off watching my order being processed there are at least 3 to 4 people handing me different things first the coffee then the spoon then a bag then my credit card too many cooks in the kitchen and I end up without blueberries this does not make me happy cuz I paid for blueberry oatmeal so I'm just a little sick and tired of ordering and not getting what I want because I don't have time to go all the way back and tell them they messed up would you please get your act together read more

Intro- good standard Starbucks! Service- nothing ever went wrong so I'd say good service. The staff was nice to me and often times I would have conversations with them. Guess they have enough time to talk since they're pretty fast with service (: Food- Starbucks coffee is always good! As for the sandwiches and quiches, they're a bit pricey but every once in a while I'll get one! Good stuff, good stuff. Both of the foods are nice and tender and the tomato basil sandwich is one of my personal favorites. Conclusion- just your neighborhood Starbucks. Can't go wrong with this standard!! read more

My wife and I drink here pretty regularly and I am always willing to give a business the benefit of the doubt, because of different management or employees at different times and shifts. But, this place... this place is ridiculous. On 4 of my 5 most recent visits my order is either done TOTALLY wrong or they don't have common Starbucks supplies. Last week they didn't have venti cups, ok no big deal. Today they didn't have straws! Seriously?! Go to a nearby location and get some to hold you over, or just order your necessary supplies in a timely manner! This is common retail knowledge! I hate giving 1 star, so because of that they get 2. Bottom line: drive to the next Starbucks down the street. You'll get there and get your order faster than waiting the unbelievable amount of time you'll wait here... just to ask to have your drink remade correctly. read more

Really disappointed, order a bagel with cream cheese, at every Starbucks I have been to they give you a knife to spread on the cream cheese with a bagel but here they didn't even include the cream cheese or something to spread it with. Bad customer service. I went and asked for a cream cheese and a knife, she only brought back the cream cheese and she didn't say they were out of plastic silverware or anything so I'm guessing she didn't hear me. Just drive down the street to another location. This one is horrible. The staff can't make a proper flat white or a cappuccino. The drinks are ALWAYS short. I always get an iced coffee with lite ice and they put so much ice still. The staff is a bunch of rude teenagers with bratty attitudes and god forbid you ask them to fix your drink. You'll be waiting for thirty minutes while they completely ignore you. Tip...call customer service when they mess up your drink. They will refund your purchase and give you up to $25 additional on your Starbucks card. read more

Great service, fast coffee and a good selection of food and drinks. I like using their mobile order service which ensures my drink is ready when I arrive. They are usually very prompt making their drinks. I've only had to wait a time or two. The drive thru here is always very, very busy unless it is the middle of the day. Its a Starbucks I don't have a high expectation for it, but I also don't drink the sugar filled drinks very often. I go for the dark roast coffee, which is great. The downside is they stop brewing dark roast at noon. That sucks because many times it's 1 or 2pm before I go and I don't really like a blonde roast coffee. I am a Starbucks fan, I don't mind paying eight bucks for a coffee and a yogurt. I do mind however paying eight bucks for a coffee and yogurt when the service is slow, the bar is not stocked with milk or cinnamon, The staff looks right over me while I stand waiting for things that should be readily accessible. Apparently, they never have coffee and tea brewing for the anticipated crowd. There have been three instances where I've been told that they did not have any green tea brewed yet.
