Scooters remains my go-to for a quick coffee. This location is located very close to our home and my husband and I frequently run down for coffee, (and more often than my waistline can afford, a delicious cake bite (or two!). We love their medium roast coffee with our favorite being their trademark flavor, Caramelicious. Their prices can't be beat and they are so very kind to dogs. They know us so well that even if the dogs aren't with us, they put two wrapped dog bones in with our order. They will also make a pup cup for your 4-legged friend if you wish (and top it with a dog bone!). Service is always quick and delivered with a huge smile. Their loyalty program is well-worth joining. Scooter's Coffee House on Watterson Trail near the Shelbyville Rd intersection has been our go to coffee stop for the past 4 years. We usually order two coffees and delicious cake bites . They always include mini-dog bones for our appreciative animals (my dog treat bowl is now full with the surplus). Prices pale in comparison to nearby competitors. Very friendly and congenial staff. Coffee was delicious! I love the smiley cup and the "smile like it's 1998" sticker! Made me smile. I ordered the honeycomb hot latte and it was the perfect amount of sweet and coffee taste. The staff was chipper and genuinely sweet. The food quality was the only thing lacking here. The eggs are the microwaveable round slices of eggs. Ahhh Scooter's ... it's taken me awhile to take another chance on you and now it's time to break up forever. My husband and I had a B1G1 offer - and yet I still feel like my money was wasted. Simple order - two large brews with cream. Mine was cold. Did they even turn the warmer on to heat up last night's coffee? Because that's the level of flavor. My husband's was cold and the cream was curdled. Even with a few stirs he couldn't get it to dissolve. He got a new cup at a school art fair and it was amazingly better quality. Besides Yelp insisting I offer at least a star, the young lady working the drive thru was super friendly. She was worth the star. read more

We were in town overnight for a wedding and stopped by Scooter's on our way to the airport. After a 25+ minute wait in the drive thru, we received our order: Mini donuts, egg bites, medium black coffee, and a large vanilla latte. My sister said, "either this cup is extremely well insulated or this coffee is cold." It was cold. For a coffee shop, this is an unforgivable offense. The 3 mini donuts were basically frozen and I had to place them on top of the egg bites for a bit to make them edible. We didn't bother to return. Unfortunate waste of time and money. read more

Pleasantly surprised! This was my first time and won't be my last. I had an iced mocha (with oat milk) and it was delicious! Very well balanced! Service was quick and the baristas were friendly. My only knock against this place is it's hard to get in and out of if you're driving west. If you're going eastbound, super easy to pull in, scoot around, and keep moving on your journey. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews about Scooter's, so I had really low expectations. As much as I love Starbucks, sometimes it's nice to try somewhere different!! Our experience turned out pretty good here. Since they are a drive thru chain, we were able to get in and out quickly. I tried the maple waffle sandwich and it was so good! My husband kept saying he already wants to go back just to try it, based off of how it looked. They have different hot or iced coffee options with multiple flavors. I tried a blender (their version of a Frappuccino) in the candy bar flavor and really enjoyed it. We'll definitely be back at Scooter's soon! read more

Scooter's is very cute and a new favorite drive-thru for me! I stopped by this morning for a little caffeine boost and really enjoyed their hot coffee. The employees were very friendly and the line definitely "scooted along!" Be sure to look for the cute and cheery sticker they put on each coffee lid. read more

We love scooter's coffee & visit a few times a month! My personal favorite is the sugar free redbull infusion & my husband loves the Iced Chai Tea Latte or Candy Bar Latte. 5 stars but I would love if the # pumps of syrup in the redbulls were more consistent. Tried Scooter's for the first time and was very disappointed. Ordered a butterscotch cold brew coffee and was very underwhelmed by the product I received. The "cold brew" looked more like a weakly brewed ice tea than a cup of coffee. Could not taste any coffee in it and the butterscotch was barely discernible as well. The only thing going for it was that it at least smelled like butterscotch. Was a complete waste of money and hope they can improve on that. Probably won't go back. read more

Wish I could of got through the ignorant lady taking my order at the drive in to try anything. Alas the lady cut me off eight separate times trying to add extras to my drinks. I order a chai tea latte, lady goes is that everything nasty I say no I would like to add soy, she says in a really nasty tone we Don't have that.... Does not offer any other type of solution and says right after will that be all. My only response was Naw B@/$! , and a drive off. Check your drive thru workers with attitudes. She should of offered a different substitute instead of offering up is that it. From what I seen on website when I came home is they have other milk substitutes like oat milk for people that are lactose intolerant..... She would of known this by me asking for soy and if she could of rubbed two brain cells together to know that any latte comes with milk and will be substituted by many.
