I've been wanting to try this place for a long time, so I was thrilled when my boyfriend surprised me with dinner reservations. I'm so glad we finally came because everything was incredible! The food was absolutely amazing, and I honestly don't have a single complaint. Every dish we ordered--and every recommendation we received--delivered on flavor, quality, and presentation. The empanadas were especially unforgettable; I'm already counting down the days until I can have them again. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and happy to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere is dark, romantic, and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a date night, birthday celebration, or a girls' night out. Highly recommend this place--I can't wait to come back!

8oz Rib Eye Cap* was perfectly cooked and needed no addition to its flavor - beautiful hunk of steak :)

Had dinner in the more relaxed area of Scotch 80 on a Saturday night at 5, and it was quiet and delightful. The service was excellent and very attentive. The ambiance was a little odd as the music really pulled me out of the "high end" experience, but we were in the lounge area. There were some fun elements to the dinner like watching them cut a 40 oz ribeye at the table for my friends, but generally the food was what you expect from a high end steakhouse. Nothing mind blowing. We enjoyed the Brie dip, but the flavor was fairly benign. The creamed spinach was a favorite (less cream than spinach which was nice). I had the smaller ribeye, which was cooked perfectly and delicious. But the real winner of the meal was the house Manhattan! If you're looking for a solid steakhouse experience with no twists or unexpected elements, then this is the perfect place for you :)

Came here for the Girl Dinner specials. Ordered the Minitini Sampler. All the drinks were on the sweeter side. The Shrimp Toast was amazing. The lumpia filling was different, not my favorite. The wagyu empanada was tender. The crab cake was good as well. The service was great.

Came to Vegas for Illenium at the Sphere and had to make a stop at Scotch 80 Prime. They have daily happy hour Monday to Thursday from 5-7pm where you get 30% off selected items. It would be a good place to go if you want a steak night on a budget. We usually sit at the bar and order drinks as well. The drinks here are strong and unique. This visit I tried the spiced old fashion which is tequila based. It tasted just like an old fashion but a little more subtle than your standard old fashion. We ordered the Cesar salad and jumbo shrimp cocktail to start off. The salad has anchovies and a long bread stick crouton. The lettuce was crisp and coated nicely with the dressing. The crouton was super crispy and had shredded parm on top. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was super meaty and large. It had a nice bite and the cocktail sauce was nice and tangy. The shrimp was also coated with a sauce as well as you can see the herbs on it. For our entree we got the 8 oz ribeye cap and wagyu short rib. The ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare. It was tender and nicely seasoned. It was not overly buttery so you can still taste the beef. The wagyu short rib was actually a pasta dish. It came with pappardelle pasta and chorizo sausage. Our server recommended to eat the short rib with a bite of the sausage. The two complimented each other very well. The short rib was soft and the chorizo sausage was more firm. It balanced each other out as the short rib was more fatty and the sausage was more lean. The pasta was cooked al dente and had a nice bite and chew. There were tomatoes and chickpeas part of this dish as well which makes it more hearty. We ordered the toffee pudding for our desert and enjoyed that as well. The pudding came out hot with a scoop of ice cream on top. The toffee pudding was spongy and paired well with the ice cream. It had crumbles baked inside which gave it a nice crunch. The service here is really good. They came back frequently to check how we were doing and brought us water and bread. There were jokes exchanged and they really made our night. The restaurant has both bar seating and regular dining. Everything was elegant and would be a perfect date night or night out in Las Vegas. It is located at the Palms which is off this strip so it is less hectic.

2/20/26- The month of March - besides the crazy March Madness- is a birthday month -.. (which means I try to take advantage of the entire month- hehe)..but it's also the DH too.. Made a reservation via Open table - Got a confirmation text following. When I called Palms and reserved a night, the staff went ahead and added it a birthday celebration to the reservation.. So looking forward !!

Went in for Girl Dinner with the bestie and had a wonderful time their GD menu is a a line up of their apps but in sample size portions, perfect for a catch up "how's life going" session to sip and nibble on. We ordered the sliders, lumpia, shrimp toast, empanadas, crab cake, and those came with shishoto peppers. We had to get an order of fries when one of the servers walked past and we saw their glistening crunchy texture lol for cocktails we kept it light with a Lychee Me and a Silly Rabbit. Absolutely delightful and they taste like juice so be careful. The dessert was just ok, maybe because the food was so good? Lastly, shout out to our server Joseph- incredibly courteous yet had a friendly and approachable demeanor. He was awesome and checked on us the perfect* amount since he could tell we were there to yap the entire team was amazing and we are so looking forward to coming back in the near future.

First time here and living in Vegas, it will probably be our last. We had tickets to a show at the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms. We like to eat before the show and normally try to eat in the casino where the show will be, so I made a reservation for last night. I looked at several reviews before writing this review to see if this is the way this restaurant operates on a daily basis or if it was just our experience. Sadly, you will find they are consistent in many ways which I'll explain. Let's start with the hostess, Sadly her personality is the norm of culture from the top down here. This being an upscale restaurant in looks only, they have a dress code which is not really enforced. I saw people dressed to the hilt down to non collard shirts, from slacks, to jeans, to a few in shorts and a zippered hoodie. I'm guessing he may be a regular. I was standing in front of the hostess stand on my walker in a nice pair of jeans and a polo shirt when they opened and this young snot, looked past me to an older couple dressed in a suit and the wife in a nice dress and asked them if they had a reservation? I stopped her and said "I have a reservation" to which she immediately turned her attention to me and asked me my name. We both thought her as very rude but it did not get better from there. We were told to have a seat on the couches inside and they would seat us. A different girl took us to our table. We can easily afford to eat here otherwise we would not have been here, but again culture, judging people who are not regulars. Our waiter Noah came over with a snotty attitude, and actually provided ok service as I met his attitude with attitude of don't treat me like I don't belong. In Vegas, you can find better quality food off the strip at the same price or cheaper. Noah was attentive until they started to get busy then we got forgotten. We told Noah we drink a lot of water so please keep an eye on this since they did not have bigger glasses according to him. We like to order appetizers and enjoy them before the next course. We explained this to Noah who said he would portion our meal out but that did not happen. We started with crab cakes and the Scotch 80 Brie Fondue. We told him we wanted to enjoy this before the next course. He pushed so I ordered the Four Onion Soup Gratin and we wanted to share the Scotch 80 Chopped Salad. Noah said they would not come out until we were ready. Our two appetizers arrived and about half way through those the soup and salad arrived. I pointed out this is not how we asked for our food and he said he will make sure the main course did not come out until we were ready. For the main course I had the Scotch 80 Burger and my friend had the Diver Scallops and we ordered a side of the Mac and 3 Cheese and the Creamed Spinach. They did not come out before we were ready but my burger was clearly made and sitting until we were ready. The scallops came out cooked almost perfectly, however the cheese on my burger was not melted and the burger was cold so it got sent back. I enjoyed the sides and my friend finished her dinner before my burger came back. The crab cakes were good, the Brie Fondue as well as the salad was good. The onion soup, I've had better. It was not horrible but it was not great. My friend really enjoyed her scallops, the burger was not worth $50, it was ok, nothing that separates it from other burgers. The sides were good as well. Even though Noah passed by our table several times, he did not acknowledge us and we had to keep asking for refills as he filled waters on other tables but ignored us. His assistant was a little better but he was hustling. It got so bad that my friend started drinking water from the bottle she brought in. In reading reviews, this place is normally not very crowded except for show nights and the lackadaisical service and mistakes by the kitchen seem to be hit and miss. There was a couple we saw arguing with one of the managers because they had a reservation for two and added another person going to the show last minute. Even though the tables are mainly 4 tops, the manager said they were too busy to seat a third person at the table and told him he can sit at the bar and have a drink but no food??? Poor culture from the top down. We never leave less than a 20% tip normally but this entire experience was far below 20% more like between 10 & 15 but we still left around 18% which was more than generous for being judged and ignored. We will not be back and I don't recommend this place unless you want ok over priced food and to be judged and treated like you don't belong even though you make more money than anyone there.

I came here on a Wednesday evening for their "girl dinner " menu because I thought it was so cute and trendy and the items sounded appetizing. The service was mid but I did appreciate the manager coming out and fixing our undercooked wagyu sliders which were delicious! We also tried the shrimp toast , which was OK, the crab cake was bland, the wagyu empanadas were delicious & that chimichurri sauce was FIRE!The lumpia was also a hit! I think our server forgot I ordered fries but that was fine. The martini tower was a perfect servicing and the Lychee was my fav . To wrap it up the dessert trio hit the spot & the lemon meringue stole the show! Overall, this was a great deal & girls night out idea I'd like to maybe see a chicken and/or vegan option in the near future.. Everything is shareable and the bill was about $120 (with tip ) I'd definitely come back.

Another great dinner here. I had a few family members in town, where do you go to have good food and a variety of food? So glad we came here. The four of us enjoyed the wine and a selection of food, including their "Tomahawk " We arrive during their happy hour and was able to order a few items discounted 30% off Love the elegance of the restaurant, the staff, the service, the food, will continue to bring out of town guests here

Scotch 80 Prime sits right off the casino floor at the Palms, and that proximity probably tells you most of what you need to know. It's a fine steakhouse. Fine. In a city where "fine" is a generous way of saying "don't bother." The bread arrived stale. Not day-old stale, more like "we forgot this was a thing" stale. Skip it. The oysters were fine but on the small side, and the bone marrow didn't do much to justify the menu real estate. These are the kinds of appetizers that exist to fill time between your cocktail and your entree, not to be remembered. I went with the rib eye cap for my main and it was good. Not great. Good. Properly cooked, solid flavor, nothing to complain about and nothing to call anyone about. For what this place charges and where it's located, "good" is a little deflating. Here's the weird part: the best thing I had all night was the creamed corn. It's got a little char and a little heat and it actually tastes like someone thought about it. If a side dish is the highlight of your steakhouse meal, that's information. The cocktail program is legitimately solid, and I appreciate that they credit the bartender who came up with each drink. That's a nice touch and it shows. Within the context of Las Vegas and the number of genuinely excellent steakhouses available at every price point, this place is a tough sell. If you've got hotel credit burning a hole in your pocket, sure, Scotch 80 will spend it adequately. Otherwise, you're a short Uber from options that will actually leave an impression. Wouldn't prioritize coming back.

Opened late-Spring of 2018, N9NE Steakhouse making way for a room decorated in modern art, guests visiting Scotch 80 today will find things largely unchanged in terms of aesthetic while the Bar remains well-stocked with rare Whiskeys served by bartenders who also continue to come up with creative Cocktails. Located at the resort's east end with an entirely revamped menu, seasonal changes occurring alongside A5 Wagyu varieties straight from Japan, it was deferring Carte Blanche to the kitchen that Dinner began with an Amuse matching Wagyu to Caviar and starters including vibrant Hamachi Crudo, Sushi and crunchy Poke "Tacos." Not forgetting Tammy's Milk Bread, nor golden A5 Empanadas and cheffed-up Lumpia, Bone Marrow now comes with Filipino Sausage and Papaya while Steaks on this evening included one from Creekstone Farms, another by Allen Brothers and two Japanese A5 cuts including one with Sea Urchin on top. Never afraid to blaze a new trail, Chef Marty Red DeLeon Lopez turning Scallops into a Ramen-inspired plate with a different kind of Noodle, Gnocchi with Calabrian Sausage, Peas and Morels is arguably the best Side in Vegas while Pastry Chef Tammy Alana's work is no less impressive whether one opts for Creme Brulee, seasonal Cheesecake or re-imagined Bananas Foster riffing on Turon flamed tableside.

Hokkaido Snow Beef* so tender my gosh
    Tina K.

Service is top notch as you would expect out of a fancy restaurant. I want to specifically talk about the dish ordered, I had a sale , a French onion soup they are great but the one that truly stand out was the Hokkaido snow beef. These are amazing, so tender and so juicy... it's so worth it for the price, I'm a girl that doesn't eat much and this was the perfect portion. Every bite has a rich beef flavor and it melts in your mouth... I've had waygu many times but if you never had this, definitely worth a try! You won't regret it!

We dined at Scotch 80 about two years ago, and the Branzino was so perfect it was literally life altering. Has it been removed from the menu?

Can you enter without having to walk through the casino?

Hello, no. There is not an outside entrance to Scotch 80, you will need to come through the main entrance and take a left, and walk to the far left corner. You technically do not walk through the casino itself, just on the walkway around the casino.

It seems the previous managers who responded to questions have left the company, who can I email about getting a current wine list?

Hello sydney, regrettably we cannot send out copies of our wine list. We invite you to dine with us in person and enjoy one of our many offerings.

I warplane take a child there.

Hello and thank you for your question, yes, these items are still on the menu! We hope to see you soon!

Do you guys do take out?

Lots of parking available. I was so confused at first for the entrance. Lol Walk toward the arch way under the "Petrol Head" sign and keep walking until you see an engine sign and the door will be right under it. Came in for cocktails and my friend and I loved them all. The Pink Slip, Pit Lane Passion, and Silk Road "Hashirua" which were all very good and fruity. Definitely order these if you like your cocktails on the sweeter side. My friend's Nitro Espresso Martini was delicious too! We both like our espresso on the sweeter creamier side than bitter and this one checked the boxes. I want to come back to try more food. We ordered the garlic fries to snack on, which was okay. Our server was very nice and attentive. She checked on us often and at the right times. Ambiance was amazing! I loved the theme they have going on. Vibes are very lowkey yet lively. Decorations are on point. It was pretty dead at around 9pm but it got pretty busy as the night went on. Loved the photo booth they had inside there as well ($7.50 for 2 strips and electronic copies). I definitely recommend this place for cocktails and good vibes. Looking forward to coming back here again!

As someone who loves all things quirky and unusual, The Golden Tiki has always been right up my alley. When a friend came into town and wanted to celebrate her boyfriend's birthday, I thought it would be the perfect place to kick off our evening. I was able to make an online reservation just a couple of days in advance, which was quick and painless. What I didn't realize was that they offer a weekday happy hour and live music! We were seated in "Bull***t Corner," which turned out to be the perfect spot. We had a great view of both the bar and the entertainment, making for a lively and entertaining atmosphere. Also, can't forget to mention the service. The hosts were fun but our actual server was absolutely hysterical and fit right in with the fun. She kept us laughing throughout our visit, while also being incredibly attentive. Despite the busy atmosphere, she made sure our drinks were flowing, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was taken care of. It's not often you find someone who can be both entertaining and genuinely great at their job, but she pulled it off effortlessly. Our guests were genuinely impressed, and everyone had a fantastic time. The drinks were excellent as always--I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad cocktail here. I haven't had the chance to try their food yet, and we decided to stick with a few drinks since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, but after this visit, I definitely plan on coming back on a weeknight to order from the food menu. If you're looking for a fun, unique Vegas experience with great drinks, and plenty of personality, The Golden Tiki is always a solid choice.

Inside is a good sized bar, mostly high tops, and some booths. They have won a few awards. One award was best cocktail bar off the strip. Another award was the best independent restaurant from OnDeck. So this place is certainly Worth a Try! The cocktails are like no others anywhere. I tried the Nonna's Concoction. It had tomato water in it and rhubarb, tequila, and mezcal in it. My husband tried the one called Butter Me Up that came with a tiny plate of pop corn. That drink was incredibly strong but also layered with many flavors and even after your sip the flavors magically kept rolling. Spring rolls of the day (sea bass) were presented so fancy and seemed free of oil and were tasty. The Norwegian Salmon had the most masterfully crisped skin on it that stayed crisp till the end. (in case you don't know that is very rare and very few restaurants have someone that can do that) The salmon was moist and medium in the center. It sat on the very buttery pomme puree that was embellished with delicious sauces. This all was also adored with a fancy piece of toast that tasted so good with the potatoes. My husband tried the Jumping Beef (Vietnamese Style) and it came with the fancy toast, a nicely prepared sunny egg and miso confit tomatoes. I tried a small bite of the beef and it was very tender and tasty. Our server was very attentive and very helpful. I would rate 4.5 only because both proteins were very thin. Yelp will not allow a 4.5 rating so I rounded up because of spectacular service and some way out there spectacular flavors.

We decided to go with the tasting menu tonight since we hadn't been before and wanted a good sampling of what they had to offer. It did not disappoint. Not a single dud on that menu. The service was outstanding and attentive with one tiny hiccup, not big enough to take a star away. He canceled the reservation on Mother's Day and was fully aware of the stated $25 per person cancellation fee ($100 total). Unfortunately, the restaurant charged his card three separate charges totaling $250 ($100, $100, and $50). He contacted the restaurant and was initially told the refund would be processed within 3 days. After following up again 3 days later, he was told the employee who handles refunds was out of the country and that he should not have been told 3 days. He then received an email from Thaddeus confirming the cancellation fee was only $25 per person and stating he could use the $100 as credit toward a future visit if he showed the email at the restaurant. However, the additional $150 in charges was never addressed. My son replied to the email asking about the extra charges and still has not received a response 3 days later. At this point, he is handling the matter through his bank's fraud department. Very disappointing experience, especially with the lack of communication and accountability. I would not recommend this place.

We had the miso salmon, Hamachi fried rice tacos, Caesar salad, and shrimp, and everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The tacos were definitely one of my favorites and something I'd order again. I also appreciated their drink menu. They have a great variety of cocktails, but I especially loved that they offer non alcoholic drinks that still look and feel elevated instead of just being an afterthought. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food made this a really enjoyable experience. You can tell a lot of thought went into the aesthetic and overall vibe of the place. This place is aesthetically gorgeous from the waterfall to the decor and luxury both seating. I noticed the hostess was also serving tables and the bartender (red flag). Service was extremely slow. My fried chicken wings arrived after and extended wait time, while my vegetable fried rice took even longer. My friends short rib were excellent she said but her mashed potatoes were actually cold. It felt as though part of the plate had been prepared and left sitting while the rest of the meal was finished. She declined to share the feedback because she didn't want to wait even longer. The restaurant was also out of plenty menu items as well as an ingredient needed for one of their signature cocktails. I ordered the wings but they were heavily seasoned with what tasted like additional seasoning added after frying. I literally coughed after taking a bite and my friend coughed as well trying to eat one due to all the seasoning. The kimchi Brussels sprouts had potential but they were tough and overly salty. The biggest disappointment was the vegetable fried rice. It was overwhelmed with soy sauce to the point that it was difficult to eat. My friend tasted it and immediately noticed the difference between my rice and her oxtail fried rice. I eventually walked to the bar and asked for it to be removed from the bill. The restroom had toilet paper scattered across the floor the trash can was overflowing there was no soap available and the sink area needed attention. Like this was at opening which means that restroom was dirty from the night before. The lack of organization was very noticeable. Employees seemed to be pulled in multiple directions and at one point I had to leave my table and walk to the bar to get assistance. Even the cook brought out food and commented that he should not have been serving which made the staffing challenges even more obvious. I genuinely wanted to love this place but with a $146 boll for two people the experience did not match the price point. I understand that staffing issues happen but this place is a hot mess. Customers should not have to absorb the impact through slow service inconsistent food quality and cleanliness concerns.

And there was no cover charge to get in! Sold! We decided to head up there after the show. This spot is locaed on the 51st (I believe) floor of the hotel but you enter on the second floor and take an elevator up. After a quick check our IDs and search of our bags and whatnot, we were able to take the elevators upstairs. As soon as we got there, I booked it for the outside patio. I mean, come on, you have to! This is really what sold me. WOW! It's STUNNING up there! Amazing views on the Strip unlike anything I've ever seen before. There was also a DJ up there and he was playing great music. For a Friday night, it wasn't super busy, but still really nice. We were able to sit wherever we wanted, as the tables and lounge seating was totally open for everyone to enjoy. We took in the beautiful views and each had a cocktail. Our server was outstanding and did a great job waiting on us. Sadly, we were getting a Vegas thunderstorm underway so the DJ had to stop and security all ushered us inside. Still, nonetheless, this was such a cool experience and one I'll continue to talk about.
