I love good food, and great vibes, and they provided that! I been to 3 locations, and I definitely enjoy myself when I visit this one. I love it is convenient for me to get to during my stays. I loved on this visit I was able to sit back order my drinks, try new food items (PSA I love crab cakes) and watch the game. I definitely had me a time, and enjoyed myself. I also enjoy both visit the ladies at the front, and the waitresses I had were welcoming, and very helpful. Much love

So I heard about their great happy hour deal on YouTube! Eating out in Vegas can be super expensive and I wanted to try a nice place for less$ and so we showed up right when the deal starts which is 2.30-5.30 daily in the bar lounge only They have a few items 7 bites for $7 I would say the burger slider is probably the best bang for your buck as it comes with a small portion of fries and is yummy The cocktails are also a steal at $12 The bar gets busy and full fast but it's a great deal Our servers were all great , friendly fast and attentive Would love to come back for dinner next time

A Tuesday evening with 6 people. Here is what we liked: * Had a cheese and tomato appetizer, had a fancier name- was a nice light option. *Good cocktail list. Several fun options. * Beef tartare was a good flavor and is a better one that I've had. *Braised short rib dinner was delicious. *The Sea Bass had a nice top crust and cooked perfectly. *Mushroom pot pie side dish was delectable and could be an entree on its own. *The service was great and the honesty was better. Don't realize the tip was already included and added a solid tip. She caught us outside the restaurant and explained the tip was already included. That's impressive and honest, we let her keep it. What could of been better: *Bread was just ok- went to a different steak house the previous night and theirs was better so we had a conversation about bread. *Tuna Tartare was underwhelming, the Avacado underneath was better than the tuna. Overall a great night with friends. This is a tough one as I would probably give it 4 stars but the honest really makes it 5

For the amount this place charges I expected better - the table we sat on was rickety. I doubt we were the only ones who experienced that - the oyster was good - we ordered the ribeye and the tomahawk. The ribeye was better. I thought the marbling on the tomahawk was not up to the mark and nor was the seasoning. My home cooked Costco steak tasted better

I have never had a five-star experience at an STK steakhouse and this visit maintained that trend. The first impression was bad. The hostess could not find my brunch reservation and was quite a pain in the rear about it. She asked me to spell my last name, could not find it. Ditto with my phone number. Finally she asked if I had a confirmation. I showed it to her on my phone. "Okay, stand over there and someone will seat you in a few minutes." I understand that they were busy and had a waitlist for people without a reservation, but that was not a good reason to be impolite. The tables were crowded and the atmosphere extremely noisy. The music is so loud that some patrons felt the need to shout when talking to table mates. Once I was finally seated, my server was courteous and attentive. In aspect, the service was excellent. The pancakes, eggs, and bacon were good. Espresso martini, so-so.

STK Steakhouse is located on the third level of the restaurant area at The Cosmopolitan. We went to Las Vegas recently, and I booked my birthday dinner at STK since we had some other plans in the Cosmopolitan afterward. I knew it was a tall order, but when I made the reservation, I requested a booth or at least a table for four so we could sit next to each other since it was a milestone birthday for me. Purple is my favorite color and I was looking forward to dining in their main dining room which has a lot of purple lighting. I was disappointed when were seated in the middle of an empty row of narrow two seat tables in the bar dining room. When our server arrived, I asked if we could at least move to end of this long two seat couch/table section and push two tables together. He checked with the host and thankfully we were able to do this since it was only 6pm and not very busy yet. The vibe in this dining area is hip and clubby with music playing in the background. A complementary loaf of warm, fresh pull-apart bread rolls arrived at the table. It was drizzled with blue cheese butter and served with some sort of a herbal olive oil for dipping. It was excellent and quite filling. I ordered a glass of the Terrazas Reserva Malbec ($20). I had a few sips and it was good. I saved the rest for my steak later. She ordered the Guava Berry Kiss cocktail (Still G.I.N., Fresh Strawberry, Guava syrup, fresh lime, $24). I was balanced and refreshing, not boozy or overly sweet. We started with the Osetra Caviar ($169). It is full service, served on ice with a mother of pearl spoon and all of the standard accoutrements. It was also served with blinis and lightly toasted bread wedges. It was a nice surprise to see the caviar tin was from Bjork caviar where we had just done a caviar tasting the day before at their Arts District location. It was excellent and quite a bargain for only $169, especially at a fancy Las Vegas steakhouse. I had the six ounce filet mignon ($69) with the blue butter sauce ($4). It was a good thick cut of meat perfectly cooked to medium-rare-plus as requested. The meat was flavorful, and the generous portion of blue butter sauce made it even better. I love blue cheese with my steaks. She ordered the lobster tail special ($149) which was supposedly a one and a half to two pound tail. I was going to order a lobster tail topper for my steak, but the special tail sounded like it was supposed to be pretty big, so I figured I'd just have a few bites of hers. It did look like a pretty big tail when it was served, but it didn't seem like there was much more meat than a regular sized tail. It did come with one side, and we had the mashed potatoes which were good. I don't think this was worth the price. I mentioned on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and our server brought out a complementary flourless cake dessert in a jar. It was very good and the perfect small dessert to finish off a nice meal. Five stars all the way for our server Vince. From start to finish, he was so personable and gave off the feeling that he would do anything to make sure we had a good time.

Happy hour - cod, Beet & Burrata, burger, Crispy Chicken

We came here to try the happy hour. We only had to wait about ten minutes to get seated and it was nice and trendy inside. We tried pretty much everything on the happy hour menu. Our favorites were the beet salad, chicken and the burger with fries was filling. The steak and cod are mini bites for tasting. The food was good but unfortunately the service was not. Our waitress looked and acted like she did not want to be there, which ruined the experience and was not what we expected from a fancier restaurant. The busser and gentleman who gave us the tab at the end were way more professional and kind. He even explained that we could get points for the meal if we had our MGM card, which was a nice gesture.

My team and I got together to get dinner at this restaurant. When we arrived we were greeted and sat. We were served by Michael and he was great! We ordered: Bone in filet Beef Short Rib Ribeye Rack of Lamb The food was delicious! I loved my short ribs! All in all a great experience!

If you're looking for a phenomenal steakhouse, this is the place. Located on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan, it delivers on both the food and the overall experience. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as it gets very busy. The atmosphere is energetic with loud music and a true party vibe, which made for a really fun night out. We were initially drawn in by the lobster fried rice, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We also ordered the crab cake, truffle fries, and short rib, and every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly executed. By the end of the meal we had no room for dessert, but everything we tried was delicious. This is definitely a spot I would return to and highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW!!! The service was phenomenal -- friendly, attentive, and never invasive. They truly pay attention to every detail from beginning to end. Now the food... what can I say? Absolutely incredible. My wife and I both ordered the steak, and OMG... it was glorious. The chimichurri was delicious, and the dishes came out quickly without feeling rushed. If you're looking for amazing flavor and a great dining experience, this is definitely the place to go! The cherry on top!! They surprise me with a desert for our wedding. anniversary

Located on the 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan Las Vegas this steakhouse definitely is on my Top 5 steakhouses in Vegas First, make sure to make a reservation, it's extremely popular and you will need one Intimate ambiance but you still feel the Vegas party life here, with great night life music in the background, you can enjoy the best of both worlds Food... well they start with a fluffy, soft flower shaped bread on a bed of blue cheese (which I personally don't like but honestly I couldn't taste the blue cheese in it) and a green butter that when you put it all together it's just an explosion of flavors in your mouth , the perfect way to start your dine in experience I ordered and Guava drink that was refreshing and not overly sweet We skipped the appetizer and went straight to the main course and I got the most juicy and perfectly cooked seabass with miso glaze and boy chock in small pieces With a side of whipped mashed potatoes that tasted heavenly and asparagus with some type of cream and almonds on top Also a wagyu steak that it wasn't my favorite, to me was a little dry Obviously there was no room for desert but it wasn't needed. We were full! Our sever was amazing, she was attentive, kind and well knowledgeable about everything. Definitely a restaurant to dine in when in Vegas.

Really terrible for the price. I've been to a few STKs and the steaks (yes, really) for the price are no good. To my knowledge, very few of their steaks are USDA Prime, which is baffling. Sides were pretty good, but I feel like you come to a place called STK for some good steaks and they just don't have them. Service was ok. I'm sure he was busy because it is Vegas at the end of the day, but I wish he would've checked up on us more. Ambiance is the only good thing, if it fits your vibe. They typically got the music bumpin' in there and it's loud, which I personally like and knew what I was getting into. This particular time it wasn't nearly as loud as it has been, but that's neither here nor there. Will likely never come back to STK because the steaks are just no good, and I'm not sure why else you'd come here given its called STK.

The restroom with the sign ...
    Brenda A.

Spacious booths dark and comfortable seating with obnoxious cutlery. It's chill with a large bar inside this steakhouse and I bet you didn't know they did a killer brunch! We were starving after a long night out with too much to drink and no plan for breakfast. We snagged a table just after they opened since most people have no idea this is an option. Brunch all day consists of pork belly Benedict, pastries, breakfast sliders, pancakes, French toast, tuna tartare, burrata, charcuterie, fruit and panacotta and of course STEAK! It is super filling and all but the steak is all you can eat. The service was impeccable and the coffee was pretty good too. PS make sure you go by the restroom because they have an interesting sign by the restrooms that says "only one person in the restroom at a time," sounds like I'm missing a good story here. But it's Vegas after all.

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

A new development on our last visit was the new Lapa Lounge Bar. A large round bar between the…read morecasino floor and the front doors. Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. And it's a perfectly convenient stop for a drink when meeting others in the lobby to leave for dinner. Bartender Christian is as friendly as all the staff at the Rio and took great care of us. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. (Lapa & Luckley's have happy hours a few days a week) Also, I don't know how often this happens, but while in the casino we were given a buy one get one coupon for drinks here! But be sure to tip on your total before the discount ;)

Sure, it is known; however, it was surprisingly not that busy for a Friday. We were seated at a shell like booth and this space between the back side of the Players Club and the Cash cage, is a lovely and elegant place. Is it expensive? yes. Most other fine establishments are also expensive in Vegas. It is what it has become. Is that good? Probably not; however, it does give you the opportunity to experience something unique and special. Although we had one server, the servers worked very well together throughout our 90 minutes here and really team assisted with each other. Between the two of us, we had three drinks. You can page through the very detailed menu, and I decided to have the Passion's Serenade drink, which was a glass partially frozen with a coconut and passionfruit puree and then also had some chocolate rum, vanilla and fresno chili. It was a delicious drink, and actually was a great "sit back and wait" drink, because it took a while for the frozen portion to melt. The experience comes with some complimentary bar snacks and then some complimentary mini jello shots on the way out. The check is presented in an exquisite "Vault" Type of book. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would return again in the future. Expect drink prices to range from about $30 to $70, with some even higher for the "market price" drinks.

The highlight of this evening was this hidden speakeasy cocktail bar inside the Bellagio!…read more Paisley greeted us as we entered The Vault and let us know that without a reservation we only had the option of seats at the bar. We've have awesome experiences watching bartenders before AND we were determined to stay so we happily agreed. Paisley was a delight to chat with as we waited for only 10 minutes while seats opened up for us at the bar. I also got to check out the restroom, which boasts a high tech toilet with automated opening/flushing and a heated seat! We had the pleasure of meeting Michael our bartender and Yesi the bartender apprentice, and regulars Bill and Kim from Texas on one side of us, and Mario from California on the other as we spent the next hour and half savoring one luxury cocktail each and some complimentary snacks (seasoned pistachio nuts, cheesy crackers, and a little amazing bite that I can't remember the ingredients of). Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. Michael gave us a taste of the punt e mes sweet vermouth and it was sublime. Both spectacular cocktails were definitely made for sipping and savoring. And to top it off! Little espresso shots at the end....mmm delectable dessert my bites to complete a flawless experience. We'll be back! Michael is a masterful mixologist and Yesi is an awesome apprentice! Highly recommend!
