    Award Winning Spiced Watermelon
    Lauren R.

STK always delivers with the best service, atmosphere, food, and music. I highly recommend the Spiced Watermelon for tequila lovers and Cucumber Stiletto for a refreshing vodka drink. Every bite was exceptional from the filet mignon with fresh chimichurri sauce to the sweet corn pudding, our dinner was phenomenal. The manager, Joe, went above and beyond to ensure my parents had an amazing anniversary dinner. The servers were all very attentive, kind, and informative. Overall will be coming back again and again and STK continues to be my favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas.

STK Steakhouse is a modern style Steakhouse and Bar Lounge located on the third floor of The Cosmopolitan Casino/Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. The atmosphere is crazy moderne, and the music might be too moderne and too loud for some people. They often offer reasonably priced special deals that are Sunday-Thursday only and usually only offered 3:30-5:30pm. We decided to try one of the Sunday-Thursday Specials. A word of warning. Our hostess didn't seat us with a Special Menu. Maybe you have to ask your server for it because it seems like they don't push the special deals. Our server seemed very nice and did answer any question I had. In reasonable time we were served our beverages and our appetizers. They were very good, prepared nicely, and were delicious (tuna tartare, Shrimp cocktail). In reasonable time our entrees, sides, and bread arrives. We are very happy with the steaks, sides, and the taste of the bread. We were surprised that nobody checked on us. Then we wait a very long time. I don't know what happened. Eventually someone comes to clear plates and to get take out boxes. By now our server stops by and we tell them that we'd like one dessert to go. We get served the banana bread pudding and it is more detailed and better than I expected it to be. Mostly VERY GOOD FOOD. Maybe slightly too loud atmosphere. Some spots too dark. (my side great-My husband needed flash on phone to see) GREAT Sunday-Thursday Deals. Worth a Try!

We try a different steak house every time in Vegas. Bavette, Delmonico, Smith & Wellensky to name a few. We had never been to an STK before, so we agreed to try the Vegas location. Disappointed. Loud; could not hear each other. Seats were too far away from tables, and too low. I noticed that a number of people, mostly men, sat or ate hunched at the table (they could not all be clueless techies, or could they?). We discovered that corkage was $100/bottle. I know I should have brought a $4/bottle; dang. Sides were okay. Wedge salad was light on the blue cheese and heavy on the cream/cheese/mayo/whatever. Alas, chunks of cheese, there were none. My steak was cooked perfectly. Medium rare. We were offered bread by our server, Lexy. When I inquired, she reported that it came covered in melted butter. I requested, "no butter but some extra virgin olive oil, please." Okay. The couple next to us who had just been seated and had no interaction with a server were then given my bread and olive oil. Mr. Tee-shirt and ball cap tore into it. I then asked Lexy for some bread and olive oil, and she looked perplexed. People make mistakes, but at those prices. . . . Uneven service can often result from poor training, supervision, and/or communication. Black pepper for the salad was also an issue. Over-hyped and over-priced. Will not return. --workingman's gourmand.

Okay so I really really had high expectations and wanted to like this place considering all of the hype surrounding it. I have to be honest though it was just OKAY I think if you're going to go there don't expect amazing 5 star food but expect an amazing vibe. FOOD: Was not impressed unfortunately, had the mushroom truffle tagliatelle and I only ate like 4 bites. We did go for their steak night where you get a three course meal for $69.99 per person and drinks half off but this special is only from 3:30-5:30pm. You get a starter, a main entree, a side and a dessert. The starters were delicious. The Mac & Cheese side was not it, a little bland and mad oily, we ordered a side of mashed potatoes and I wasn't impressed with those either although they were whipped nicely. The cocktails were good too. VIBE: Amazing vibe there is very lounge like and chill. AESTHETICS: Beautiful interior, well designed, lighting is chef's kiss (only if you like a darker ambiance) and the purplish pink lighting was soothing, gives you a calm feel. SERVICE: Our waitstaff were very professional and friendly. The hostesses were pleasant upon entry and departure. DRESS CODE: Business casual to dressy, some dress to impress here *YELP ELITE REVIEW DISCLAIMER: These opinions and experiences are my own and may not reflect other's experiences and views of the establishment. The atmosphere is very cozy. Have a beautiful bar and happy hour every day between 2:30 PM and 5 PM. The servers are welcoming, and friendly. The happy hour portion is small for $7.77. The drinks are half price. We enjoy everything.

First time trying STK and I thought I would like it more than I did. The short rib ravioli was recommended however, I did not enjoy it.. The pasta was easily shared between me and my friend. However, I definitely have had better as well. They were seasoned just not my preference. Service was quick. Our server was nice. They're doing construction however they said the bar would reopen and then probably the ambience will look nicer.

So I heard about their great happy hour deal on YouTube! Eating out in Vegas can be super expensive and I wanted to try a nice place for less$ and so we showed up right when the deal starts which is 2.30-5.30 daily in the bar lounge only They have a few items 7 bites for $7 I would say the burger slider is probably the best bang for your buck as it comes with a small portion of fries and is yummy The cocktails are also a steal at $12 The bar gets busy and full fast but it's a great deal Our servers were all great , friendly fast and attentive Would love to come back for dinner next time

A Tuesday evening with 6 people. Here is what we liked: * Had a cheese and tomato appetizer, had a fancier name- was a nice light option. *Good cocktail list. Several fun options. * Beef tartare was a good flavor and is a better one that I've had. *Braised short rib dinner was delicious. *The Sea Bass had a nice top crust and cooked perfectly. *Mushroom pot pie side dish was delectable and could be an entree on its own. *The service was great and the honesty was better. Don't realize the tip was already included and added a solid tip. She caught us outside the restaurant and explained the tip was already included. That's impressive and honest, we let her keep it. What could of been better: *Bread was just ok- went to a different steak house the previous night and theirs was better so we had a conversation about bread. *Tuna Tartare was underwhelming, the Avacado underneath was better than the tuna. Overall a great night with friends. This is a tough one as I would probably give it 4 stars but the honest really makes it 5

For the amount this place charges I expected better - the table we sat on was rickety. I doubt we were the only ones who experienced that - the oyster was good - we ordered the ribeye and the tomahawk. The ribeye was better. I thought the marbling on the tomahawk was not up to the mark and nor was the seasoning. My home cooked Costco steak tasted better

I have never had a five-star experience at an STK steakhouse and this visit maintained that trend. The first impression was bad. The hostess could not find my brunch reservation and was quite a pain in the rear about it. She asked me to spell my last name, could not find it. Ditto with my phone number. Finally she asked if I had a confirmation. I showed it to her on my phone. "Okay, stand over there and someone will seat you in a few minutes." I understand that they were busy and had a waitlist for people without a reservation, but that was not a good reason to be impolite. The tables were crowded and the atmosphere extremely noisy. The music is so loud that some patrons felt the need to shout when talking to table mates. Once I was finally seated, my server was courteous and attentive. In aspect, the service was excellent. The pancakes, eggs, and bacon were good. Espresso martini, so-so.

STK Steakhouse is located on the third level of the restaurant area at The Cosmopolitan. We went to Las Vegas recently, and I booked my birthday dinner at STK since we had some other plans in the Cosmopolitan afterward. I knew it was a tall order, but when I made the reservation, I requested a booth or at least a table for four so we could sit next to each other since it was a milestone birthday for me. Purple is my favorite color and I was looking forward to dining in their main dining room which has a lot of purple lighting. I was disappointed when were seated in the middle of an empty row of narrow two seat tables in the bar dining room. When our server arrived, I asked if we could at least move to end of this long two seat couch/table section and push two tables together. He checked with the host and thankfully we were able to do this since it was only 6pm and not very busy yet. The vibe in this dining area is hip and clubby with music playing in the background. A complementary loaf of warm, fresh pull-apart bread rolls arrived at the table. It was drizzled with blue cheese butter and served with some sort of a herbal olive oil for dipping. It was excellent and quite filling. I ordered a glass of the Terrazas Reserva Malbec ($20). I had a few sips and it was good. I saved the rest for my steak later. She ordered the Guava Berry Kiss cocktail (Still G.I.N., Fresh Strawberry, Guava syrup, fresh lime, $24). I was balanced and refreshing, not boozy or overly sweet. We started with the Osetra Caviar ($169). It is full service, served on ice with a mother of pearl spoon and all of the standard accoutrements. It was also served with blinis and lightly toasted bread wedges. It was a nice surprise to see the caviar tin was from Bjork caviar where we had just done a caviar tasting the day before at their Arts District location. It was excellent and quite a bargain for only $169, especially at a fancy Las Vegas steakhouse. I had the six ounce filet mignon ($69) with the blue butter sauce ($4). It was a good thick cut of meat perfectly cooked to medium-rare-plus as requested. The meat was flavorful, and the generous portion of blue butter sauce made it even better. I love blue cheese with my steaks. She ordered the lobster tail special ($149) which was supposedly a one and a half to two pound tail. I was going to order a lobster tail topper for my steak, but the special tail sounded like it was supposed to be pretty big, so I figured I'd just have a few bites of hers. It did look like a pretty big tail when it was served, but it didn't seem like there was much more meat than a regular sized tail. It did come with one side, and we had the mashed potatoes which were good. I don't think this was worth the price. I mentioned on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and our server brought out a complementary flourless cake dessert in a jar. It was very good and the perfect small dessert to finish off a nice meal. Five stars all the way for our server Vince. From start to finish, he was so personable and gave off the feeling that he would do anything to make sure we had a good time.

Happy hour - cod, Beet & Burrata, burger, Crispy Chicken
    Steph C.

We came here to try the happy hour. We only had to wait about ten minutes to get seated and it was nice and trendy inside. We tried pretty much everything on the happy hour menu. Our favorites were the beet salad, chicken and the burger with fries was filling. The steak and cod are mini bites for tasting. The food was good but unfortunately the service was not. Our waitress looked and acted like she did not want to be there, which ruined the experience and was not what we expected from a fancier restaurant. The busser and gentleman who gave us the tab at the end were way more professional and kind. He even explained that we could get points for the meal if we had our MGM card, which was a nice gesture.

My team and I got together to get dinner at this restaurant. When we arrived we were greeted and sat. We were served by Michael and he was great! We ordered: Bone in filet Beef Short Rib Ribeye Rack of Lamb The food was delicious! I loved my short ribs! All in all a great experience!

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

Checked out of the hotel and wanted to get a drink at the bar to kill some time before my flight…read more The bar has plenty of seating at the bar and around the area. I opted for a comfier lounge chair next to the bar and checked out the menu on the table. When I was ready to order, I went up to the bar. Which, if you've been to bars in general, they happily take your order and you wait and bring the drinks back to your seat. Well not at Vesper. Went up ready to order and the bartender asked where we were seated and said a waitress would come by and that we couldn't order with him. We sat, we waited 15-20 mins and no one came around. We waited long enough and decided it wasn't worth our money. If trying to get an order in was this difficult, can't imagine what the rest of the service is like.

I sat for around 15 minutes waiting for service and then walked up to the bar instead to order drinks. He rejected my offer and said the waitress would take my order and to return back to my seat. The waitress has not come around. she has been standing in the corner looking at nothing for the past 20 minutes.

This is such a cool bar on property at the Rio. It's a very Brazilian vibe in here and just so cool. The lounge seating is absolutely beautiful. I just got a gin and tonic, but next time I come back here, definitely grabbing one of their tropical cocktails which looked so good. There was live entertainment when we were here, too. Such a cool spot. Would definitely come back here again!

Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. And it's a perfectly convenient stop for a drink when meeting others in the lobby to leave for dinner. Bartender Christian is as friendly as all the staff at the Rio and took great care of us. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. (Lapa & Luckley's have happy hours a few days a week) Also, I don't know how often this happens, but while in the casino we were given a buy one get one coupon for drinks here! But be sure to tip on your total before the discount ;)

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with beautiful decor and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. The service was outstanding. Our bartender was super friendly and every drink were crafted and presented beautifully. The cocktails are definitely on the expensive side, but you're paying for the entire experience. They also bring out complimentary snacks and dessert jellies, and everything is served with incredible attention to detail. It's a small space, so I'd recommend making a reservation. If you're looking to treat yourself to a unique cocktail experience in Las Vegas, I would definitely recommend The Vault.

On another note- sadly- drunk people are extremely rude and mouthy and try to take away from the show but Kent handled it superbly. I've seen a lot of shows in Las Vegas, but Kent's performance stayed with me long after it ended…read more What moved me most wasn't just the mystery or the storytelling. It was the integrity behind every moment. Before the séance began, Kent took the time to explain the experience, set thoughtful expectations, and acknowledge the emotional weight of what some audience members might feel. That level of care is incredibly rare. It was clear he wasn't trying to manipulate emotions or convince anyone of anything. Instead, he created a space where curiosity, wonder, and respect could exist together. His passion for his craft is unmistakable, but it's his character that makes the show unforgettable. In a city known for spectacle, Kent reminded me that the most powerful performances come from authenticity. I left feeling more than entertained. I left genuinely moved. If you're looking for an experience that makes you think, feel, and reflect long after the show ends, this is it. I'll absolutely be back.
