This is an incredible company and you can tell by the quality of the workers that employ it. We initially called for someone to fix the kitchen sink pipe that my husband accidentally ripped out of the wall (supposedly it was already cracked but I'm going to remind him of that one for a while). Juan came out to replace this pipe and did an excellent job both in the fix and in explaining what went wrong and giving us options on how to fix it. And then we got hit with "I think you have a leak". My husband is typically one to brush off these things as he is very non-trusting but Juan was nothing short of professional. He showed my husband the noise, took him to the water meter to prove it was moving when all the water was off, and then turned it off and showed how the noise stopped. I was in awe that Juan could even find this leak as the noise was nothing short of a slight electric-like hum. Apparently the water, hot side, was leaking under the kitchen slab. When he mentioned this, it all fit. The floor did feel warm the last month and I just thought it was due to the sunny windows. Irregardless, Juan was a true professional in detecting the leak and then explaining to us our options. I really appreciated how honest he was - he didn't just jump to the most expensive fix but explained the different options we had of isolating and fixing it, or re-piping the entire house. He was incredibly knowledgable and mentioned that because our house had almost 40 year old pipes, he could fix this leak for a fraction of the repipe but who's to say another leak won't spring up soon and then we might as well have gone with the re-pipe to begin with. Now, for the re-pipe. The team Juan brought in were nothing short of professional, efficient and so thoughtful. The covered up the house (which is filled with so many things for my kids) so carefully and finished the entire re-pipe by 2 pm, and then thoughtfully cleaned up after themselves. I was shocked! The next day, they brought in people to plaster and dry wall the holes and when they were done, it was like nothing every happened. We are so happy with our decision to go with Scott Cole and everything that stemmed from the initial kitchen sink fix. read more

Upon contacting Scott Cole through a family referral, he spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, never made me felt rushed or like I was taking too much of his time. He spoke to me quite extensively on my issues with my current & aging water heater and explained to me in great detail on what my options were & the costs associated with them. So it's Thanksgiving night and the Kid says, 'Hey the water in my tub won't shut off'. I grab my tools, pretend I'm Bob the Builder and commence to resolve, but to no avail. The handle just keeps turning and turning and the water won't stop. Who appreciates not having any water in the house on Thanksgiving. 2 women in the house, it's 9pm and no water because I have to turn off the main until I can get it fixed. 6:40am on Friday morning I calm Scott Cole Plumbing, two rings Scott picks up. I tell him the problem, he tells me the three things it could be and what the potential costs may be. While he's speaking to me he says he can have one of his folks at the house between 8 and 9 as he can reschedule another appointment. 8am, Jose calls and by 9 am everything is done. What's even more impressive is that they were able to replace the part and not have replace the handle as I'd given the okay to purchase a new handle. Honest, reliable and efficient. Scott plumbing gave me an estimate to repair a leak in my bathtub faucet, it required cutting the wall in my hallway behind the faucet to gain access to the pipes (I understood prior to beginning that I would be responsible for repairing the wall), unfortunately the repair did not fix the leak and they would have to return to attempt it again. Scott called me and felt that the mixing valve they purchased was defective so they would replace it and stated that for my inconvenience he would discount the repair. They returned the next day replaced the mixing valve with another one and my faucet does not leak... Thank-you Scott; you and your employees being respectful and professional and fair.
