Scott has helped us with 2 repairs. First last January when we had a broken kitchen drain pipe. He sent Ruben and his crew and they did an excellent job. It took over 2 weeks to repair as they did a rerouting and every day Ruben left for the day he cleaned up everything. When it was completed we were very happy and grateful that we called Scott, and Ruben was excellent! Our second experience was today when we had a plumbing leak in our bathroom. The communication was great from initial contact to the gentleman that came to do the service. I had originally thought I just needed a couple leaky handles and faucets repaired in the showers. I was given an estimate that I felt was reasonable and scheduled. I was given a time frame of 9-11 the day after I contacted them. The morning of I was told the serviceman would be here between 10 and 11. He was on time. Once he was here and saw what was going on he knew I needed to replace the regulator and when we looked at that he saw the shut off valve was old and stuck in place, so both of those needed to be replaced as well. I was told the cost of the two combined (not given a breakdown of that total cost) I understood the need to replace them to prevent future bigger issues, so I said let's do it. The serviceman found other issues once in the walls, showed them to me and explained what should be done. He also found a couple additional leaks and repaired them as well. The reason for my 4 star instead of 5 is that the clean up job wasn't that great. I know he ended up spending more time here than originally planned, but I had to clean up chunks of material out of my shower drain and off my bathroom floor. Both tubs were left with grey shoe/grease prints. There was some trash left in the backyard from the regulator and shut off valve replacement. That being said, this was my first time needing any plumber services, and based off the communication and work done I would use them again. I had just thought things would've been cleaned up more throughly than it was. I am recovering from foot surgery and need to be extra cautious of cleanliness where I walk/stand right now. read more

This was my second time to have them come to my house, the first being a kitchen issue about a year ago and now this time, an issue with some leaking going from my parents en-suite and into my office. Outstanding from beginning to end. I had a slab leak (the second) and I needed a re-pipe of the whole house. Scott was nothing less than fantastic. On Sunday afternoon, a few days ago, our daughter in Chino Hills called and notified us that she had smelled gas emanating from her hot water heater in the garage. She indicated that she had called the gas company when she detected the odor. When she turned off the gas flow, the smell of natural gas diminished. I immediately called Scott Cole Plumbing and requested a plumber to respond to her home to examine the hot water heater and make a determination of the issue. Joe was immediately dispatched to address the urgency. I reached out to Scott Cole Plumbing since I had relied on that plumbing company in the recent past for an urgent plumbing problem at our home in Eastvale. As in the previous response, Scott Cole Plumbing expeditiously addressed the matter at our daughter's home and identified the cause of the gas leak. The next day, Joe returned and installed a new hot water heater and temperature and pressure relief value also to protect the tank. As a representative of Scott Cole Plumbing, Joe was extremely courteous, informative, and attentive to his tasks, and impressed us professionally. I called Scott to come get some work done. I sent him pictures and communicated with him ahead of time what I needed. He came to my house while I was at work. My wife took the day off work so he could come complete the work same day. He ended up not doing any of the work. Which was just to fix two p traps in two separate sinks. The other job we asked about was a backed up drain but he told my wife it couldn't be identified. He left the house and then said he would just give us a quote that night because he couldn't complete the work that day. He never sent us the quote and then when I asked him a question about the drain he just ghosted us. He knew my wife took the day off for this appointment and he left us having. I had a leaking faucet and he was able to send out Adrian that day! Adrian fixed the leak along with replacing my main shut off valve. He had to order a part to complete the job. I just used this company for the second time in two months. The first time was for a run of the mill toilet reset. This time was what I would call a dumpster fire. Problems created by the plumbers used during our remodel years ago, created several significant problems in the kitchen water distribution. This created a challenging situation for Juan the plumber. What I saw was deep technical competence, and a positive tenacious focus. Juan was here most the day and created a positive outcome. He is now my plumber! I highly recommend Scott Cole Plumbing. I had a water heater leak that I discovered at 6 AM and I called them at 6:30 to see what their prices were. They were able to come out within two hours with a new water heater and installed it right away. They arrived at about 8:15 AM and they were done by 9:45 AM. They also helped me with a water softener issue I had without adding any extra time to the job. Honestly, I rarely write reviews, but Scott and his team earned this one! 5 star from the start to finish. I had an unexpected slab leak two days before New Year. Had two plumbers came in with two different solutions; I decided to give Scott a call just to get a 3RD opinion. I even told him straight up most likely I would go for one of the plumbers came in earlier. He did not mind at all and still took his time to explain everything I needed to know about the slab leaks, the pros and cons of each solution those two plumbers offered. Scott sent his team, Jose and David to perform leak detection free of charge, and the problem was a lot more serious than I expected. (BTW, Forgot to mention that the first plumber came in did not even bring any equipment for leak detection). Jose explained every possible option after the testing, professional and honest. We finally decided to go with the re-piping the entire house just to solve the problems once for all., and his price is unbeatable! Best experience ever, the entire crew is AMAZING! Showed up at 8am in the morning as scheduled, they were prompt, professional, organized, and fun! My entire house is done by 2pm!!!!
