Despite my two-star rating, our family will continue to frequent this restaurant simply because there are no alternatives for pizza in Brambleton. If we have time, we'll likely drive to Leesburg for better pizza options. The staff are very friendly. The thin pizza crust is too thin ... the toppings tend to be "wet" which makes the thin crust quickly become very soggy. So be sure to order the thick crust (Sicilian?). I have ordered the ham/cheese calzone and found it very bland. The small cuppette (I made that word up ... it's a small plastic cup)of marinara sauce wasn't enough to maker it enjoyable. read more

Zero Stars!!! An absolute incompetent establishment. I ordered pizza and wings and was told it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour. That's after they ran my credit card. It has now been 1 1/2 hours and still no pizza. I called the store and spoke to Nick who as rude, condescending and made jokes about pizza taking a "ridiculously long time" and thought it was funny. I asked to speak to the manager and Nick said "he's too busy" to speak to you. Bottom line - Don't order from these people and I hope they go out of business. Update - I finally received my pizza and wings. The pizza is ice cold and the bottom of the pizza box is soaking wet! The wings are ice cold as well. Very poor management and service. Just ordered here tonight and so far not impressed. We ordered dine-in but after 30 minutes asked where our food and appetizers were and the staff looked clueless. Ended up asking for it to-go as a person who ordered take out after us had already came and went. Only to come back and say that a part of their order was missing. Received my food, but they did not even honor their advertised free side salad with pasta orders. The cashier was not even knowledgeable about their menu. As far as quality, the calamari leaves much to be desired (even for a chain Italian joint). Even "fresh" it is soggy. Definitely overpriced, but expected for the area. Im not sure how they decide which employee will be so generous in offering a strand of their hair to top the pizza, but you cant pass up free toppings. It appears the hair is greasy. Used to be one of my favorite places to visit but now the service and pricing has gone down hill. I ordered an Italian hogie without fries and and drink And the women tried to charge me full price as of I pressed the combo. When I asked her about it she said there was a few cents difference. I have made a number of orders at this restaurant location for delivery always good except for tonight the delivery guy failed to count the change back correctly to my husband from $101.00, the pizzas were both burnt badly, and they didn't bother trying to please us on our dessert they gave us a small slice of cheesecake that was two bites entirely and blamed it on the baker they buy from...really! High prices, decent food (if that), horrible customer service, dried out desserts that have probably been sitting in a fridge for weeks, and they take forever. The two stars are due to the place being clean. That was a plus. Nowhere near authentic Italian cuisine, or New York style anything. They offer slow counter service, and the employees barely spoke English. We were supposed to get.salad & bread with pasta entrée, but they didn't honor that with a Groupon. I don't think that place is for us. Hopefully the owner will take positivity from all the negative reviews, and make some changes. So disappointed with our last pick up! We love their cheesy garlic bread and get it as a snack.. Tonight however we were grossed out when we bit into it and found chunks of minced garlic under the cheese! I understand it was garlic bread but I've never experienced a mouth full of garlic.. Went in to pick up some food for the family Friday night. The place was packed which was a good sign ( my first time trying ) I went in about 20 mins after ordering and my food was not done. Completely understandable considering they were so busy.. when I did receive my food about 10 mins later it had just come out and was fresh. The manager was helping everyone picking up food making sure we all got our orders and she held strong with some frustrated customers in a hurry and helped get their orders as fast as possible. When I got home we were very pleased. You can tell they use fresh products! A little patience definitely paid off for some delicious food. read more

I've eaten here twice now and neither time has even risen to the level of food from the food court at the mall. The first time, the flavorlessness of our food was only matched by its greasiness. The second time I decided to give 'em a try when I went to a community event at the strip mall they were in and ordered a slice of by-the-slice pizza. They didn't tell me they were going to microwave the hell out of it. I was standing there waiting for my slice while the cashier took the lady behind me's order. I said "hey, so what's the deal with my pizza?" after a minute or so and she said they were microwaving it right now. Who microwaves a single slice of pizza (already under a heat lamp) for that long? I had to wait almost 45 minutes for it to be cool enough to eat, and I still burned my mouth a little. It was a hot day, nobody needs their pizza to be a million degrees. And to add insult to injury, it was exactly as flavorless and greasy as I remembered it. It's right across the street from my house, I can literally see it out my window and walk past it every day as I'm walking my baby in his stroller, and yet I would never ever bother to give this place another try. We keep trying! Every pizza we've had delivered has sucked. I'm not sure if it's because it's been in the car for an hour or more on its way to go 3 miles to our house, but it's always cold, soggy, and rubbery. The one we got today actually made me gag, and for $26, that pisses me off enough to review. This was our second and last pizza from there. I will say we've had a decent experience with the pasta dishes and love the house salad dressing. Harris Teeter has better pizza, and you can get a large for $7 on Mondays. Today 4/19 I went to take my lunch at this place. I told them no cheese. The brought me the sandwich with a lot of cheese on it. I order Termessu dessert also and they never bother to bring it to me. We order a lot for Rock Ridge High School and they do an amazing job accommodating us. We called Friday for a big catering order of trays of pastas, salads, and pizzas for that afternoon. I spoke with Krissy and even though it was short notice she assured me she would make it happen. We got 2 trays of lasagna that I guess usually they need advanced notice but like she said, they delivered! They are always on time and include dressings, plates, whatever we need. The pizza is good. The problem I have with this place is with the website, customer service and delivery. As others have mentioned the website is not super friendly and entering a coupon is challenging. The first few times we ordered from here the pizza came pretty quickly considering it was a Friday night. Then one night we had an incident where it took over two hours for the pizza to be delivered. I called several times and was told it was on the way. It finally showed up but it was very cold. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and we ordered from them again. The next time we ordered the delivery guy showed up started to hand me the pizza and then I guess he realized he switched pizzas and had dropped mine off at the wrong house. He told me to hold on and then drove away. I called the store and they told me he dropped the pizzas at the wrong house and was going to swap them out. I told them that I did not want pizza that had been dropped off to someone else. The manager agreed and had new pizzas made and delivered. We decided to break from them for awhile since delivery was seeming inconsistent. This past Friday we decided to try them again. I placed the order online and they called five minutes later stating that had a large order and could not get my pizza in the oven for 1 1/2. I said I understood and asked for a refund. They put me on hold for several minutes and then came back and said we are ready for your credit card information. I was a little confused as to why I had to provide my information again. Again the pizza is pretty good but I wouldn't suggest ordering on a Friday night. I think they are too busy and do not have enough drivers. This is the best Italian Restaurant in the area!!! The atmosphere is very friendly and courteous that they make you feel very welcome immediately! The food is full of flavor and the portions very generous! They will also customize your order which I love because I tend to want to customize everything! And the delicious deserts, especially the Tiramisu is absolutely fabulous!!!
