I had my wife take her honda to check up on some noise and to check things all around. Dave is such a wonderful, knowledgeable mechanic. His fellow mechanics Steven, Pat and Israel are great. Dave was able to make time to inspect a 2004 Chevy trailblazer to see why it was idling rough. It needed a new #2 cylinder coil and the problem went away. He was also able to recharge the A/C to have cold air in the car on these hot summer days. Great service and value for my money. read more

Visited Scotty's for a grumbling noise a couple months ago for my honda accord. In less than 5 minutes, Dave was able to tell what was the issue. When I questioned it, he respectfully informed me that the grumbling was due to a misfiring cylinder, and had it fixed it less than 30 seconds. The rest of the men working and other clients were friendly and welcoming! I definitely recommend this shop, especially to women who do not want to be ripped-off, made uncomfortable or "mansplained" and just want to know what's up with their car. read more

OUTSTANDING Service! My parents have been bringing their cars to Scotty's for years so when my daughter's car wouldn't start (and after the dealership wanted to charge $6k), we brought it into Scotty's. The $6k MUST FIX NOW or your car will die, turned into a quick check under the car and under the hood and by the end of the next day we were out the door for under $200. Dave is who worked on the car this time and he was so patient as both my dad and myself called to asked questions. He explained exactly what he saw and didn't see and what needed to be fixed right now and what didn't. I love that Scotty's not only has amazing customer service, but they know what they're talking about and aren't out to price gouge you for repairs you don't need or over charge for the ones you do.
