Sam is awesome. My washer decided to just spew water all over my apartment one morning. Thank goodness I caught it before I left because I usually just walk out after starting a load I tried to clean it up only to realize there is no way I am going to be able to get this all up without spending hours and hours and I needed to get my son to school and me to work. I immediately called SCProservices and after speaking with me was able to squeeze me in quick before some other appointments because of the size. Showed up, sucked that stuff right up, left fans, etc. etc. Came back and put my carpeting back together PLUS shampooed my carpeting. Wham bam thank you maam. I can't say enough good things about Sam. His knowledge of all aspects about flooring is unbelievable. I would call Sam before you call any flooring installer. The amount of prep work needed to get a quality and trouble free hardwood, or even engineered wood floor takes more knowledge and skill than one would think. It's more than just the installation. My wife and I have installed several floating engineered wood floors over the years and decided to do this one as well. But we have never glued flooring before. We hired Sam to come and do a moisture reading so we could determine the proper glue to use. While he was setting it up I asked a few questions which quickly turned into an education I could have not gotten anywhere else. We quickly realized how much more prep we needed to do. When the prep work was over, Sam, who out of the kindness of his heart, came to help us get the first few rows installed on his day off! He taught us troweling techniques, talked to us about layout and gave us tips that only an experienced installer would know. Sam spent several hours of his own time and asked nothing in return. You can tell he takes great pride in his craft and really want's people to enjoy what they purchase. I wish more craftsmen approached their jobs with the integrity, pride and skill that Sam brought to us. He told us he has been doing this for 20 years and shows! Sam over at SC Pro Services is my go to guy, has been for years now. He and his team work miracles cleaning carpet. Having him coming out again on 12/4/2012, before our company Christmas Party to clean carpet that truly just needs to be replaced. But it seems like when he's done, it looks so good, we buy ourselves another year with it. On install, there is none better. He put in wood flooring at our house and cut the planks so they would be offset and look exceptional. When it comes to tile (he did all three baths during our remodel) it is flawless. Knows where to start tile so don't end with crappy little pieces where you don't want them! He really takes his time in studying the area and laying things out prior to installation. HEIDI - We have been using SAM (SC Proservices) for over 10 years to clean our carpet. He is AMAZING. We recently decided to install vinyl wood planks throughout the entire home in Jan 2017. SAM and his crew (Trey & Rudy) did an excellent job. They worked non stop for 4 days. They always clean up, sweep, etc. each day. I would never use anyone else now. My new tile floors were a disaster because the builder decided to apply grout sealer over non-porous tile. In addition, there was a layer of grout haze and dirt under the sealer as well. I was desperate to find someone that could restore the tile. Sam came to my rescue. He and his team member used a super stripper solution and worked to remove the sealer and gunk. I am so pleased. I read the reviews on Yelp, and was particularly impressed that SC Pro Services had experience repairing wood floors. (It's harder than you might expect to find someone qualified to do this!). My floor was in rough shape, but Sam and his team worked a miracle and it looks absolutely amazing now. I keep going out to the living room to admire it! This company is one of the most conscientious, honest and ethical companies you will ever encounter. We have used Steamco (now SC ProServices) for years and have never been less than highly impressed with them. Their communication is excellent and they only hire courteous, friendly and respectful people. All of our extended family members and neighbors use them now and we only continue to hear wonderful things about them. They are the least expensive that I have seen (without a groupon), and the quality of work is worth much more $$ than what they charge. They also do carpet installation and other handywork. Great service. Our rental had the carpet pulled off the stairs and we were not even sure it could be repaired, given that we had no back-up materials. But Sam made do and even found some padding in a low-traffic area in the closet to use. Minimum trip-charge was not super-cheap, but well worth is for the excellent service and great repair work he did. This was so worth the money. Sam is courteous and reliable, and I highly recommend his work. Oh, and he also cleans up after his work (big bonus). read more

We had our carpets cleaned by another local service company; however, they were unable to eliminate the smell of cat urine in 3 spots. They referred us to Sam at SCPro Services. The smell of cat urine is very difficult to eliminate. Sam did an awesome job cleaning the carpet, and the smell is gone! In two of the spots, he was able to replace the carpet with an extra remnant we had and you can't even tell that a patch was made. However, in one spot the carpet had been faded by the sun, so replacing it with a patch from the carpet remnant would have made the patch obvious. Sam took that piece of carpet to his shop for a special treatment. The piece came back smelling great, and our cat odor problems were solved. Great job! read more
