The Massage Naturally studio is home to multiple therapists in a convenient location with ample parking. She charged my card $61041.10 by accident. The gal tried to void the transaction but didn't know how. Another arrived and attempted to void the transaction by contacting some one on the phone. Still it was not taken care of. A third gal showed up and still the money was not returned to my account (never had that amount anyway!!! )The language barrier made the entire fiasco a truly difficult and unpleasant experience.
