Pretty solid pizza spot with some good options. I liked the all meat and the pepperoni the most.

So good I ate it before the picture

Best food / pizza I have had in Colorado. Super affordable and the sweet Thai chili wings were the best wings I have had in my life. We also ate the fried ravioli, pizza by the slice and the margarita pizza and everything was phenomenal! You better come here !

Scrappy's was yummy pizza with superior service! The staff went above and beyond to take care of us! They have games in the dinning area for kids if they still have energy after skiing all day! The Margaritaville pizza was the family favorite!

Scrappy wasn't here today but I did get to meet Helen. I would of loved to have given this place a five but it barely gets three. Really sad because I did love Helen and the place is cute. Pizza wasn't cooked very well, toppings were poor, hardly any sauce and it wasn't cut, argh! YOU ALL NEED TO KICK IT UP A NOTCH!

Great service! Friendly staff, and checked in on us several times. The small Italian chop salad was yummy, and big enough to share. We also really enjoyed the BBQ chicken pizza. 14" can feed 3-4 depending on hunger level. Crust was just right thickness and plenty of toppings. Great meal before our concert at the amphitheater!

Ordered the gluten free cauliflower pizza with pepperoni. I thought there could have been more topping on it. Crust was good but the rest was kinda limp. Also ordered the house salad which comes already made up with tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, and croutons. There are fountain sodas and bottles to choose from. Inside and outside dining is available. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Came here for pizza on a Monday night around 6 pm. Lots of room in the parking lot and many open tables. The lady behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. We ordered a small bbq cheese pizza for ~$27. The pizza was pretty big and average. Not the worst pizza but not my favorite. I thought it was a little expensive and wish the pizzas came in different sizes. I probably should've just ordered slices individually. The pizza was very filling.

We ordered the White Widow, Kali Mist, Garlic Cheese Bread, and the Bowl O' Balls for the little ones. The Kali Mist was easily our favorite great flavor and we'd absolutely order it again. The White Widow was good, just not as memorable. The garlic cheese bread was a solid side, and the Bowl O' Balls was perfect for the kids. The pricing was very reasonable. We spent around $54 for everything, and for the quality and portion sizes, it felt fair. We liked that they offer 4", 8", and 12" sandwiches, and the 8-inch subs were a great value. The drink selection was also nice, although the ice machine wasn't producing ice during our visit. The reason for 4 stars really comes down to the customer service. Noah was friendly and helped us choose between a couple of sandwiches when we asked for his opinion, which we appreciated. However, the experience lacked the hospitality and attention to detail that turns a good visit into a great one. After paying, there was no offer of a receipt I actually had to go back and ask for one. When our food was brought out to go, the bag was accidentally dropped into my arms and almost hit the ground. There wasn't any follow-up afterward no "Here's your order," "Enjoy your meal," or "Can I get you anything else?" We also didn't realize until we got back to the Hilton that there were no napkins or condiments included with our order, even though we tipped 18%. The restaurant has a fun, unique atmosphere, but the dining area could have been cleaner. The trash bins were overflowing, and while there was a steady flow of customers, it didn't seem overly busy or like they were in the middle of a rush. It felt like there was enough downtime to stay on top of basic housekeeping. Overall, the food was good, the prices were fair, and we'd stop by again if we're ever back in Silverthorne. I think the biggest opportunity for improvement is simply customer service and hospitality small things like offering a receipt, checking that the order is complete, including napkins and condiments, and ending the interaction with a friendly send-off would go a long way. Those little details are what turn a good meal into a great customer experience.

We entered through the patio entrance, found a table right away, and our server quickly brought us water. She also pointed out that water bowls and fresh water were available for our pup, which was a thoughtful touch. I ordered one of the house specialties, the Chilled Tuna & Salmon Poke Bowl ($24), and I'm so glad I did. Every bite was fresh and delicious. It had just the right amount of spice--enough to add flavor without being overwhelming. My husband ordered the Summit Mushroom Burger($20), and after stealing a few bites, I can confirm it was excellent as well. The fries were exactly how I like them: crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender on the inside. Great food, attentive service, and a dog-friendly patio made this a wonderful lunch stop.

The building is a bit of a mess but we will hold our judgement for the service and food. It appears that two people are running the entire business. HUSTLERS. We looked over the menu and selected the spicy fried cauliflower with green onions, micro cilantro, sweet heat, sesame seeds and a lime cream sauce. The cauliflower was crispy, well flavored, and a good taste. We shared the Summit mushroom burgers with goat cheese, wild mushrooms, spicy pepper jelly and roasted garlic aioli. The burger was delicious, juicy and a real treat. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful, engaging and working hard to service the crowd. Eclectric Bar and Grill is not fancy, but a solid option in the burger scene. Give them a chance and judge them for yourself.

I ask what size the regular sandwich is, the teen answers 10" -- it was 6" for $10. I ask if mayo would be good on my sandwich, the employee mumbles, "I don't know I haven't had it." I end up telling him I don't want mayo. Fast forward 30 minutes and a lot of awkward silence with the two boys scampering around the back, there was mayo on the sandwich. Half way through the preparation of my sandwich a boy walks in (there was only one present up to this point). The teenage boy coughs into his armpit and then proceeds to put on gloves, at no point did he wash his hands. What makes this worse is the first boy hands my sandwich off to the second. I am not sure what the first had been doing up that point because it took another ~15 minutes for it to be done, keep in mind it was a turkey sandwich, nothing special. My family went to Chipotle, ordered for five at the same time I entered Which Wich and finished their food before I had received my one sandwich. It also smelled horribly. And was dirty. And above all, no greeting, no apology, and no explanation. I'm not the first to say this but GO TO THE CHIPOTLE NEXT DOOR INSTEAD! Horrible experience, worse service thanks to complete lack of competence of the employees and lack or manager or supervision. If I had a restaurant and wanted to put it out of business I wouldn't change a thing.

We had hoped that our previous feedback about not letting the dough rise properly might convince them to adjust their recipe, but it didn't. The roll was dense and flavorless. Part of making a yeast bread is letting the dough rise rise and letting the flavor develop. They don't do that. Previous direct feedback was met with pushback, so I'll give it here instead. This was our last time to visit Blue Moon. We'll go get a proper cinnamon roll at Butterhorn or Enza's. I'm so sorry to give this feedback again, but they just don't care. We try to support small businesses here as we live here full time, but they've lost our business for good. And the sad thing is that this single situation has turned us off of anything Blue Moon offers, so we've never even tried anything else. This place missed every single mark. Our food took almost an hour to come out and parts of it was cold. Hubbys pancake was hard (not crispy hard, like heat lamp hard) and one of the items on my plate was a completely cold, unbuttered English muffin. The eggs were cooked wrong (I ordered over medium and they were barely over easy with tons of runny white still and hubby ordered hard scrambled and they were scrambled and runny still), and our waiter stopped in to fill water cups once but did not check in or ask how we were while we were waiting. I'm typically pretty easy going -- I understand mistakes are made sometimes. That is easily redeemable if the service is good; but the service was not. Our server made it seem like we were an inconvenience. 1026 - we got the text our table was ready. We requested a booth (and mentioned we would wait longer got a booth) but got a table. Okay fine, it happens 1038 - we finally had a server ask if we want something to drink. We ordered drinks and it was at least 10 more minutes before they came to take our order. Our order was submitted and it was nearly 45 minutes for the (cold) food to come out. During the wait we were not checked on at all. No one asked us if we were good or needed anything-- or let us know the food was delayed. When the food finally came (again, cold) it was dropped at the table and it was another 15 mins before our server even acknowledged us again. The lady who helped him drop the food was nicer than he was, and asked if we needed anything else; while he couldn't be bothered. We are walking out now at 1140. Our server checked on us a total of 3 times and got rude when his tip was reduced for that. Important to note -- the table behind us had walked in as our food was being served and they got their entire order (6 people) before we left. Different server, so it may not be the entire place, however your servers are a reflection of your company. Unacceptable and we will not be back
