We ordered two Cheese steaks which came with a drink and a 2oz bag of chips for $14.99 each Waited about 15 minutes and our food arrived. I looked at the subs and they we're about 5" long. If you have any other choice, take it!! My guess is all their little awards were at the very beginning and nobody has checked up to see how things are going now. Definitely shady and definitely looks a little scrappy so the name fits! If you're into greasy pizza and Shady McGrady's that are making it, this is the place for you. Buttered noodles were not edible to my 3 year old, the chicken tenders tasted like they were cooked in the grease used for their opening day, and the pizza....well let's just say it's in the trash! We were kind of glad they forgot the french fries because my guess they tasted just like everything else. What's even more amusing is they tried to get me to pay (Again) and said it was another Britney that didn't pay when I came to show them my receipt from my phone. This was a pretty bad experience. We called around 4 to place an order for pickup at 615. The food tasted liked it had been made at 4 and sat there for 2 hours waiting for us. The Italian chopped salad for $14 was tiny and inedible... it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours with wilted lettuce and other unappetizing ingredients. Same with the Cheezzz Garlic Mozz Bread. One of our 2 pizzas was made incorrectly. There was some concern over whether we would get sick from some of the items. Overall the entire experience was laughably bad... it almost seemed like something was really off about the place. Hopefully it was just a bad night and bad timing for us. read more

We've tried Scrappy's a few times now, third or fourth visit tonight. This pizza is just not good. As others have noted the pizza is overpriced. The toppings are sparse. Tonight, half of the crust was tough and dry, the other half was more edible. Some slices, including the pineapple/bbq chicken toppings, were half an inch thick- the crust was basically paper thin. The only consistency in the crust is the burn across the bottom. The pepperoni pizza is bland. The red sauce is applied sparingly, and is not well-spiced. The pepperonis are applied even more sparingly. We will not be ordering pizza from Scrappy's again. read more

I am not one to complain but when it's bad it's bad. I agree with the 1 stars on here. I should have done my due diligence but I have been here a long time ago and remember it being decent. Walked over to get a "14" simple cheese and pepperoni and it was cardboard, zero sauce, for $35?! We travel to Summit County for a couple of weeks most summers and bike a lot. The previous tenant at this location was a go-to stop for cheesesteaks when riding from Frisco to Keystone. We were curious to see how Scrappy did with the cheesesteaks and were very happy- they are different but still very good. The outdoor seating is nice. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. We'll keep stopping when we are in town. read more

Luckily Scrappy's happy hour has you covered. $5.50 for a slice and a PBR can tame even the most fearsome belly growls. Everything is exceptional. Ingredients, staff, quality, and amount of beer they serve to an individual without judgement. THEN they bring out the fried ravioli. HALF OFF! (Along with other apps). Space travel, supersonic airplanes, and these ravioli are the greatest feats of mankind. 10/10 Bring an old school record and you can play it on their actual record player! read more

Best pizza in summit but the new place employees are a joke. My pizzas weren't cooked through and when I came to pick them up the employees were messing around with each other making drinks using cherries..and taking the cherries out of the jar with their dirty bare hands. read more

We stopped here to pick up a picnic lunch on our way to the lake. The pizza was delicious, and the staff was super nice.

They get one star for being nice and wearing their masks. But we waited for over 40 minutes in the place, when it was not horribly busy, and recieved only the pizza out of the whole order. We ordered a Sprite, a coke, mozzarella sticks, and a pepperoni pizza. We literally only recieved the pizza after 40 minutes and it was burnt to a crisp, falling in burnt pieces on the pan. We walked out before taking a picture, but I wish we had. We recieved no soda, no mozzarella sticks, and had to walk up to the counter multiple times in order to get anything started. read more

Unfortunately just got Scrappy's since the new opening. Our sandwiches were incredibly small for $14 a piece. The Philly cheesesteak was so small you would have to eat 3 to be full-perfect for a kids meal. Also, when I first walked into the store, one of the workers was not wearing a mask and quickly pulled it up. Surprisingly, another worker who was making one of my other sandwiches came out from the back, wearing no mask, holding my sandwich without gloves, squirted Mayo on the counter-ate something with it, and then continued to finish topping off my sandwich with Mayo. Neither employees were wearing gloves. My turkey sandwich had a weird wang to it, so it ended up in the garbage. Super disappointing and gross. Do better. I could have eaten 2 chipotle burritos for the price of one of their tiny sandwiches. read more

Horrible customer service. Told us to come back in 30 minutes for our order, and when we arrived we were told it was going to be another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes we check again and it turns out it had been ready and waiting the whole time since we first got there and were turned away. When we took the pizza back one of them was burnt beyond eating. Called back to see if we could get a replacement or a refund since all 3 pizzas were cold and they immediately got rude and lied that we didn't try to pick it up until an hour after our order and hung up on us. Called right back and was put on hold until being rudely told to come get our remakes. They eventually remade the order but made all the pizzas into 14's when our original order were 18's and also forgot some toppings. The staff even tried to argue and we could hear them talking about us when we went to leave. The pizza is good but not worth the price and the absolutely horrible customer service. read more

We really wanted to love this place and gave them 3 tries, but after last night we won't be back. Bummer bc the staff was super nice. For $69 for a 14" pizza, kids' pizza, salad and cheese bread we were expecting a decent dinner. Unfortunately, the 14" was paper thin and nearly halfway covered in burnt air bubbles that were inedible. The smaller kids' pizza was 100x better. No frisbee with the kids' pizza as stated during online ordering. The large salad was very small and not really for sharing, plus it had two lettuce cores taking up most of the bowl. Scrappy's took over Dillon's iconic Jersey Boys space on Tenderfoot just off Lake Dillon Drive and recently opened serving pizza, pasta, cheese steaks and like fare. We had a pizza and ravioli marinara. The pizza is just like we like it, thin crust, lots of sauce and plenty of cheese. The crust is crispy on the bottom. The cheese filled ravioli are large and plentiful. The marinara is a simple sauce with lots of tomatoes and a fresh tomato taste, much like you get in Italy. They are new and figuring things out, but because the food is excellent, they are going to succeed and when the motel across the street opens, they will be printing money. It's a bit pricey, but not bad for a mountain town and of good value, because the food is really good. read more

An important detail to mention is that scrappys is 10 minutes away from us. That being said I have to admit the pizza was pretty good. I wanted to support a new business and was also craving pizza. The first time we went, we were pretty much ignored for about 10 minutes while the staff was back towards the kitchen blah blah blah-ing. When they did come out, we asked if they were open and got all sorts of attitude. Shrugged it off as new biz issues and went back again after riding another day. Captain Aggro making pizza dough balls was cursing, within everyone in the building's space to hear, including within earshot of a family with two kids towards the back of the place, and complaining to us about how he had dough to make and there were other employees and he couldn't run the register AND make his dough balls and he didn't know what the f they were doing. - I mean, he COULD come in and make his dough balls outside of business hours and not have to have the struggle of multitasking or customers to deal with, or just use basic communication skills and communicate to the other employees that he needed help without making us, them, and everyone else within earshot completely uncomfortable but... I digress. Finally , two other employees came out and told him to chill. He continued complaining, cursing and generally just being a super aggro angry guy who finds it ok to talk down to, curse at, and belittle his fellow staff IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Captain Angry pants finally went out to his vehicle and must have smoked a bowl, because when he returned he wreaked of it, but unfortunately, wasn't much more pleasant to be in a room with for all his efforts. We sat there kinda feeling really sorry for the two chill employees who had to work with that guy, and then kinda feeling sorry for ourselves for giving the place a second chance. While we ate our less than mediocre slices for the 2nd time, flat dough, meh sauce, and pretty close to a 7-11 sliceof pizza, we all decided not go for a third chance. We tried. Maybe we just were there for two REALLY off days of pizza quality and service, but there's off, and then there's unacceptably off. read more

Showed up to pick up pizza. The place was dirty. 2 of the 4 pizza were wrong. They had to remake and then the other pizza were cold by the time we got the new pizza. The garlic bread was not cooked at all. The pizza was decent tasting but for $120 for 4 pizzas is crazy especially when getting the wrong pizza! read more

Love finding new pizza places. Unfortunately this one was pretty bad. The pizza was meh the garlic cheese bread had so much whole garlic on it, it was just something we couldn't eat. We love garlic. The chicken parm was also meh. The price is unbelievable. We had zero drinks and was still over 60 dollars. Stopped at a few local places prior had good food and a few beers for less than that. I had the worst heart burn of my life with that red sauce. Sorry but you have so serious work to do with the pricing. We understand you are also under staffed - the service was the only good part. read more
