Went last year and was not impressed with the experience. The whole thing could be seen and no sense of what was coming cause you could see the whole event. No storyline just people trying to be spooky. But this year they pulled out all the stops. The change of location and promise of more of a interactive experience with the gun you can shoot we decided to try it again. Glad we did, the experience started right after check in with a custom radio station that started to tell you the story and had its own mix of music. The wait to get in even with the time slots was a little long. We got there at 8 but did not get in till 840. Once we got in we we watched a well shot well edited safety video that was in theme. We were then given our interactive Stun guns and told how they worked and given a area to test them. Then we moved into the main area. The main area was well made and set up so you felt like you were the only car in the area due to how they set up so you could not see the car in front of you. The areas told the story and added more each time we moved to another one. The story was great and really could tell some one cared what happened in it. The Guns allowed you to defend your self from zombies inside and really made you feel like your part of the action and not just sitting in your car trying to get scared. For the over all scare factor, I would put it as low but that allows you to have a experience the whole family can enjoy. I hope this experience comes back next year. read more

Awful company and now looking at the reviews or scary is silly that show the wait times and the lies they market, Happy I am going through my bank to get a refund. I let them know that I have been working since yesterday to get my ticket transferred to another day because I'm extremely sick. They don't allow transfers or refunds of the ticket - no wonder why! Apparently It's a terrible experience and they wonder why they weren't being featured anywhere until recently. Do us a favor and follow your own rules - don't tell me you can do me a one time favor and stick me on a day you clearly don't have sales or people on. Okay, so I injured my leg and cannot really do walk thru haunted houses, so this was perfect for me! My family went a couple weeks ago and had a blast. The storyline was fun and the fact it was interactive (laser guns for passengers minus the driver) elevated the experience. This would be a type of experience for the whole family. I would give this less than one star if I could. It was $57.00 per car plus $4.95 handling. If this was a good attraction then the price would be great but this was pretty awful. The venue itself is a great place to have an attraction like this. There was room to expand the attraction but it was very short, about a block and then a u-turn out. The trees and the woods looks haunted. There was so much more that could be done to improve this attraction. They needed zombies walking in the woods corpses hanging from the trees, etc. Nothing scary here. Don't waste your money. So disappointed. read more

When you first pull up be prepared to wait a good bit before heading into the trail. This is to be expected. The ticket advises to go 30 minutes before they open, or 30 minutes before they close for the shortest wait. The actors did a great job and were extremely passionate about the event. I was also impressed with a few of the set pieces they used. I was also impressed that I got caught off guard by a few of the jump scares. Great job to the actors who caught me off guard while also being socially distant. My only complaint would be how short it is. The trail is extremely small and there are not enough scenes to make it feel complete. I watched a few videos on YouTube and there are red and green lights throughout the trail to pace the cars. When the light is red the car is supposed to stop while the scene around them occurs. When we went all of the red/green lights were turned off (except one). This forced us to just creep by slowly while the actors were performing. I think this kind of took away from the event. With the trail being so short, I wish the scenes took longer, so we could be immersed more in the story. It felt as if they turned the red/green lights off, in an attempt to get all of the cars through the trail faster. I would also like to add that Stream N' Scream has been great to the Orlando area. They even offered free tickets for some of the 28,000 Disney Cast Members who were laid off recently due to Covid-19. This team really cares about the local community. This alone is a great reason to visit and support this local haunt. Overall, do not visit if you are lookin to get scared. However, if you are looking for a fun outing with friends or family this is perfect for you. I think this is tame enough for younger kids to see. It would be good for families who would like to experience a haunt that is not too intense. Also if you plan on rolling the windows down, make sure you bring bug spray. Definitely not worth a 1 1/2 hour wait. On top of it all, we are now worried that our identity will be stolen somehow as when you go, they take a picture of your drivers license and then your car's license plate. WTH?!They claim it's for insurance purposes. I'm sure it's in the waiver they make you sign but honestly if we had known this was going to happen, we would never have gone. They could have easily just checked driver's licenses and your insurance policy if they wanted to, but taking pictures is not necessary and leaves you wondering what happens if this information lands in the wrong set of hands... Between the long wait and the taking pictures of our private information, it completely took away all excitement we had going into the event. Overall, it doesn't look like they put much effort into this. Lots of young kids dressed up in costumes with fake blood that come up to the car to talk to you. Then a few dead body parts tied to trees as you drive along the read. There was only one staged scene which lasts about a minute (I kid you not)... and then you see a sign that says "see you reel soon"... very abrupt ending and you're left wondering "Is that it?"... What a disappointment- it had so much potential. Due to the fact our personal information is potentially compromised, we will never return to any event hosted at this site. Oviedo's Haunted Road is 100% better, hands down. They are way more organized as you are given a set time to arrive and there's a clear story line you can follow. You are immersed in the story and they don't ask you to practically touch the car bumper in front because they are trying to get as many cars in as possible. This was not fun, especially knowing that the car behind us was having to do the same thing. They want to maximize their profits by getting as many cars in queque but who cares if your brand new Jag gets dinged? Yeeesh... This was a really fun drive through haunted house experience. My group and I frequent HHN so we knew what to expect, but even we got caught by some jump scares. We also appreciated the storyline. We agree with the wait time issues from some other reviews. It took us almost 2 hours to get into the actual haunted area which was a bit excessive. They definitely should try to do a better timed entry system. We wanted to hit up the tiki bar when we got there at 9pm, but it was closed by the time we were leaving. That's definitely a missed revenue opportunity. Still, I give them 4 stars. If they figured out the wait time I would happily have given 5! read more

Awful AWFUL customer service experience. This company DOES NOT deserve your money! We arrived 10min late, after driving 2hrs with a family of eight (including 2kids), and we did not get to experience the show. Their manager, Chris, couldn't accommodate or work with us! Used Foul language to push his point across that I was late, our fault, no refunds, no candy, no transfer to another show-time, he was absolutely rude and didn't provide any other options. "Your late, go away. " Those were his words! True customer service provides a standard of business professionalism and options despite any inconvenience. My daughter and I decided to try the drive through version of a haunted maze, and the price is good as far as the value of it being per car. I think the main problem I had was that you can arrive anywhere between 7pm - 11pm, and that creates a huge back up. We waited 2 hours to get in, and that's not really the issue because you expect to wait at events like this. But they would do better to provide you with a designated time slot to avoid the painful back up. Was it scary, no, but I think the scare actors did the best possible given a COVID-19 environment. It wasn't however, without its entertainment value - while waiting the 2 hours, the van in front of us let their 2 boys, aged maybe 9 & 11, step outside the vehicle to relieve themselves. Having my daughter in the car with me, well that was the scariest part of the evening. I understand kids need to go, but they were with another car in front of them, and an adult could have either walked them to the restroom (we were at the point where you turn in by then), or at the very least stood in front of them or opened the other car's doors to provide some privacy. Also wearing masks when people are leaving their vehicles to use the restroom, which stated it was required, was not enforced. There were also cars cutting people off to get ahead in line, driving on the wrong side of the road and clearly not enough employees to patrol that. If you have younger kids, maybe 8-11 that love mazes, they may like this. But older than that, not worth it in my opinion. read more

We checked out an early preview of Scream n' Stream and were pleasantly surprised at the work being done to ensure Halloween can exist in this COVID-19 world. This drive-thru haunt event is sporting some amazing talent from not only set designers but their amazing scare actors. Albeit a little bit of a drive from the tourist area, your gas mileage will be rewarded with a truly unique twist on the classic haunted house. We had so much fun going through this spooky trail! I wish I had gone through sooner so I could do it several more times. I was so impressed with the actors and the set pieces. I loved the fog queen and the cheerleaders!This has been so great for people in our community missing performing, missing spooky season, and missing doing things with people. It was so nice to load up a car of friends and enjoy the time together. We brought Halloween snacks and listened to Halloween music. It was the best! This company does not deserve your money. We had a car full of kids and we're coming from two hours away. We arrived 10 minutes late and asked someone who was identified as the manager if there was anything they could do for us because they told us that we were not able to get in to the 630 showing. He said there' was nothing he could do about the 630 showing: he could not give us our money back, he could not get us in to the 7 o'clock showing. The most baffling part was that we tried to keep our cool, in spite of being very frustrated, and the "manager" responded by cursing at us through the window, with our kids in the second row, simply because he did not want to communicate clearly that the company doesn't care about its customers. This sucked! No cohesive theme. Paid for VIP (this is nothing - still had to wait in line). WAY better last year. Had to go inside to check in and this driving course looks like amateur hour. A nonprofit charity group decided to visit this haunted drive-thru event with no expectations. From the people who directed traffic and made sure everything was okay to the associates, security and scare characters. They were all outstanding. The scare actors really put a lot of effort and love into trying to put the scare on and were fun to talk to a little bit out of script. The lights and sounds and sets were really cool looking. And I feel they did a great job during these pandemic times. I feel that is great for all ages, because it tells a very terrifying story with a plot twist. However, I read a news article about them moving locations and adding some elements and decided to give them another try. So glad we did. There was a storyline, it was interactive, and they way they designed it you feel like you are getting a personal show. Also, it is scary enough to be fun but not so scary it will give nightmares or cause stress. I would recommend it to families with children, teens and even adults. My only criticism is that our appointment time was 8pm, but we did not enter the attraction until 8:40, so I think they are taking too many reservations per time slot. They tell you to come later to avoid long waits only to end up at 9:15 being told 1 1/2 hour wait to get in after you already waited 15 minutes. (Our early purchase tickets did not say 30 minutes before open or close.) So not getting in until closing time at which point reviews state everything is closed. No refund, no rescheduling though that is not on the email or ticket. Oh, and by the way, you can pay another $70 and pass all the other poor souls already waiting in line. Attended this last year and I CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN! Yes, there's a bit of a wait at the start but what's life without a bit of anticipation. The drive-thru format is unique and it's great fun to be able to drive your own car through this. I brought a couple friends along which made it that much better. The decorations were on point. You could tell the actors were really into their roles and they made the story come to life. I also like that this is a one-and-done so I don't have to commit to the whole night like at a traditional theme park. I'm sure they'll be even better this year! read more

We were so excited about going to this event. I feel the company could have done a better job in between scenes. They have areas where you have to stop and listen to the characters talk. So I feel the driving areas could have had more decorations. It was almost like the decorations they had were a after thought. They looked like dollar store props. Some of the characters you could not hear. The ones that came up close to your car were good. And I will say the male characters were better. The end scene was very disappointing. I know this is the end of the season. But, hopefully someone will read this for next year before they go. Look for a coupon because it is not worth the full price. read more
