Also, the door I received is not custom, it is a standard size, only the framework around the door is "custom" as is ANY door frame. Here is the language from my contract: "Re-frame the opening to accept a door: 5/0 x 6/8" And from Google: Yes, a 5/0 x 6/8 (60 inches wide by 80 inches tall) is a standard size for Neuma's sliding doors. Neuma offers this specific size as part of its standard offerings, particularly for its Bypass Gliding Doors." So actually, switching my order to French doors would have simply involved extra paperwork. Update: I am lowering my review to one star because Exovations refuses to address the door issue. After a few months it has become apparent that I can't use the heavy glass patio doors they installed. I am disabled and over 65. It is very difficult for me to pull open the heavy door due to a spine injury, and I have tripped on the large threshold. I sent an email to them before installation, stating I needed the door opening to be at least 40" wide to accommodate a wheelchair, and they gave me one that opens to only 22" wide. I recently emailed them to ask that they change out the patio door to French doors, which I wanted in the first place, and they refused. It will now cost me thousands of dollars to have the door replaced.

He was also able to get our entire roof replaced through an insurance claim and we were able to get a brand new roof. We upgraded from a builders grade three tab shingle to a more appealing architectural shingle, as well as replace a few of the gutters. Later initiated and signed separate order to purchase additional lockset for back door to ensure same cylinder keying. Received text and email messages on December 9 and December 11 that project is now on hold and that my action is required. On Dec 10 I scheduled installation dates with NG but salesman is no longer in loop and no NG project manager or specific contact person has been identified. Today called NG back again but nobody can explain why project is on hold again. Hopefully project will be completed soon and everything will progress OK. Not a warm feeling that all is well.

As we began to work out scheduling, he asked me if my wife was going to be around for the appointment and I said no, due to the fact that she would be on assignment in California. He proceeds to get nasty with me, tells me, "I likes getting a check so if your wife will be there then I'm going to cancel the appointment" and he hung up on me. I was dumbfounded. But what he didn't realize is that I had the phone on speaker due to the fact I was taking my Wife to the airport. My wife and my Aunt heard every word he said and they were just as dumbfounded. Pinnacle really screen who they have calling and setting up appointments because this call was totally unprofessional. Well, there are Plenty of great window companies to replace my 23 windows. He arrived promptly the next morning and I'm glad I agreed to it. He was very thorough in identifying needed repair work and his estimate was very competitive. I hired him to do the work and got a place on his schedule. They weren't able to start work on the day scheduled because significant rain for a few weeks in a row had put them behind. Once they started work it was a wonderful experience. His team was very experienced, diligent, and highly skilled. They did an excellent job. I contracted with Power Home Remodeling to install Vinyl windows in my home. I am satisfied with…read morethe Pella windows but I am not at all happy with the installation crew or Power. The job was to replace my wood windows with the Pella vinyl windows. (1) When install crew arrived I did a walk through with them and pointed out my wiring for my security system that needed to be left exposed and where to leave the wiring. Not only did they not leave wires where I had directed them but they left very little wires exposed. There was ample enough wire to be left but that didn't happen. (2) I knew I had some water damage to one of my windows and payed extra for the window framing repair. The window installers tried to install new window without repairing water damage. I was observing them and stopped them and had them to make the repair I had payed extra for. Also there was a communication issue with install crews. I would not recommend Windows installed by Power.
