This salon is immaculately clean! Rami did my color and cut as well as deep condition. As pictured, it turned out wonderfully. I will 100% be returning to see my new bff Rami. I love that he's super detailed and thorough--not super talkative but he was SO gentle and kind throughout the entire process. BEWARE!!!! I'm the most un-confrontational person ever but this needs to be said to help anyone even thinking about this place. If I could give a negative stars I would. I walked into this salon as we are new to the area and needed a good self care moment. As I was getting my hair washed the stylist pointed out a birth defect I have on my head by saying "what is that??". I honestly should've just walked out right there but really could use a new look and brushed it off. After talking about what I wanted (layers and a light bangs" she proceeded to give me the choppiest layers and cut my bangs WET leaving them too short and UNEVEN when they dried. As she was blow drying my hair she also left the hairdryer too long in one area and BURNED MY SCALP then proceeded to tell me it was on the lowest setting!! I have never been so upset over a haircut in my life. When mentioning the bangs were too short she proceeded to blame me and say I should've said I wanted them longer when I told her I wanted them at the brow and that I'm having bang remorse (I've had bangs previously for a few years) When I went to check out I mentioned again how they were cut too short and was asked if I could "just put a head band over it" then got two $10 coupons. This place was great. They fit me in for a cut and color with zero notice at 6 p.m. on a Friday. Marsi was super fun to talk to, and got the color I wanted (dark brown with violet) perfect. She also nailed the cut (couple of inches off with layers and side bangs). I got a spontaneous eyebrow wax, only the second time I've ever had one in my life. I was kind of nervous, and she answered all of my questions and we had a good laugh through the process. I highly recommend her if you want to feel like you're hanging out with a talented girlfriend rather than a stranger who just happens to be doing your hair. I was happy with the explanations I received and it ended up better than I had hoped! I always get nervous cutting my hair, but I was beyond pleased with the length. The Saloon it self is super nice and classy. The only thing I found strange was that it was mostly men that worked there. I had a very nice guy name Avi do my hair. I did a balayage and I was satisfied with it the first time but he let me come in the next day and do it again for free! He's super honest and passionate in his work!
