He would come home smelling so good and fresh, and somehow always looking even more handsome than when I dropped him off. What I appreciated most was how gently and lovingly she handled him, especially as he got older. You can truly tell she cares about the pets she works with and treats them like her own. She even helped me trim my pitbull Gotti's nails (he passed away in August 2025). Even though Sharon normally only works with small dogs, she was so kind and willing to help me out with Gotti. That meant so much to me. I also brought my friend's dog, Bella, to Sharon for the longest time. Bella passed away two years ago, and she always smelled so good after a visit with Sharon. She truly had a special touch with all of them. Zack recently passed away as well, so I won't be bringing him in anymore, and that makes me so sad. I will definitely miss our visits with Sharon. I'll also miss seeing her sweet dog, Molly, who always greeted everyone that walked through the door. That warm welcome made it feel even more special. I started bringing my dog here to address his luxating patella. We came up with a plan to start shockwave therapy and water treadmill therapy and supplements. We've had two appointments out of the five of the package we purchased. He's much more comfortable with all the staff and treatments now. The first two shockwave treatments are done with the doctors to assess and develop a treatment plan, and the following treatments are done with a certified therapist. Everyone has been so kind to my dog that he loves coming here. And not just for the human grade cheese he's given to do the exercises!! We were also given a comprehensive List of physical therapy movements and stretches to do at home. It's too soon to tell if the treatment is working well, but we have high hopes with this clinic! It takes us about 3 hours of traffic to get to and from this clinic, but it's such a gem. They provide towels and blowdryers and snacks for the water treadmill work. We opted to not try the injection as my dog is scared of shots, who isn't really?! The doctor was so kind to provide us with a another supplement option, which we have started. They check in to see how he's doing at the start of every appointment and tailor the session to his needs. We opted to not go through insurance, but they can help out with paperwork if you do so. Well worth it to learn non invasive techniques to rehab your beloved pups. Can't wait to see my little baby become stronger with these amazing professionals!

Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. Gizmo was in pain for about a month afterward, which was extremely upsetting to watch. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the groomer offered no compensation for the grooming service and no assistance with his veterinary bill resulting from the injury. Mistakes can happen, but I expected the business to take responsibility when an injury occurred, especially when my dog was left in pain for weeks. The lack of concern and follow-up was just as disappointing as the injury itself. I would not recommend this groomer based on my experience. I hope they take situations like this more seriously in the future and prioritize the safety and well-being of the animals in their care.

The person who greeted me even knew I had adopted my dog from Muttville because I was transparent enough to share that information at my first booking. This is poor business ethics - I do not recommend Doodle.
