Food: 5/5 milena roll: 3/5 My fiancée had this roll and it was tasty I loved it ..it's just not my preference... guamchilito roll: 5/5 this was amazing that's the flavor that I was searching for coming into the restaurant and they hit it right on the spot!! Service: 5/5 Our waiter responded quickly and served us so fast and the food came out in a timely manner big props to the service!! Ambiance: 5/5 Gave me a trendy vibe where all the cool kids goto eat and have a drink!! Loved the decor overall killer experience

These sushi tacos are huge and delicious, definitely worth the price!

Food was absolutely delicious! Tacos were worth the hype ngl. The service was quick and efficient.

My dinner plate loaded with protein. Their teriyaki sauce is delicious!

Casual vibe, Spacious seating, various dining room options and a bar. Great service at this local family owned business. They offer sushi and Teppanyaki. Have you tried Mexican sushi? I had not but was so excited to know it's pretty much cooked sushi. That's what sets it apart from traditional sushi. I fell in love with the deep fried carne asada roll. I also tore up the wings sauced Senor style. Bring a little sweet and spicy to them. We tried a variety of protein with the fried rice and the sautéed veggies. I think my only downside is I prefer a rare to medium rare steak. It is very hard to get that type of cook on a thinly sliced ribeye. So splurge for the New York or Tomahawk. Here's a look at our experience. We enjoyed trying something new.

The hot cheetos sushi was surprisingly really good!! The Teppanyaki was a whole experience, the cook made it so enjoyable and fun. But the food has such a fresh, great taste!!

Went on a Saturday evening, not very busy. Sat in a booth, quickly greeted by our server. 5/5 on the shrimp tempura app. Chicken yakisoba was full of flavor and veggies but the chicken was very dry, 3/5. Ordered the carne asada roll 5/5 so good! Overall very tasty. Service was good too!

This place offers an awesome fusion of Mexican Sushi Rolls! Things like Carne Asada rolls and fried jalapeños with salmon! Sushi prices are very fair and the amount of food you get is a ton! I definitely couldn't come close to finishing the rolls I ordered. Awesome flavor combo with a great fusion twist.

The plate of Fresh Salmon Sashimi the brought for us

I could even give 0 if I can:) Really bad on service and we been waiting on food for almost an hour and when we started ask how long it will be for our food they just asking back what did you order without any apologies or update and just completely ignoring. We ended up really disappointed and dont enjoyed the time there at all. We was gonna just go without eating but being nice to stay back since we already ordered.

If you love sushi and Mexican food, you must try these delicious rolls, they have carne asada, its a mixture and is so good!!!!! The place is always packed and service sometimes is slow, but it's worth the wait. The place might look sketchy, but the food is fantastic.

I opted to forego the "show" ... being seated at a community table for the chef show. But clearly this is the primary focus of this restaurant. The 5-10 smaller individual 2 and 4-tops are adjacent to the bar. The place was packed, and so noisy I couldn't even hear the other person at my table. But on the flip side, it looked and sounded like the people at the community "show" tables were having a ball. Lots of birthdays and celebrations. Anyway, great menu. Started with a couple inspired cocktails, and moved on to the fish taco's and lamb chop appetizers. Outstanding. Only nit, our server disappeared, and the app plates were left on table when our main courses showed up. We were also never serviced for another round of drinks. For our mains I ordered the Wagyu filet with asparagas and fried rice sides cooked medium. My dining guest ordered the salmon roll and a side of fried rice. My steak came out gray and rare, no sear crust at all. Very disappointing. On the flip side my dining partners portion of fried rice was astoundingly large, and good. Never did see our server again until the check was brought over. We were not even offered the dessert menu other than the small pineapple sherbet that came with my meal. Parking is brutal here. Very crowded area on weekend. Had a long walk to restaurant entrance. Don't think this will be on my repeat list.

Food was delicious. Service was even better and I am totally bummed if this is true this was probably the best date I've had in forever honestly, the steak tacos on the appetizer menu were perfection sauce had a little kick sushi was delicious. My husband had a steak with some amazing fried rice. Please tell me this isn't true because Peoria needs this. Honestly, the entire West Valley needs a place like this.

Definitely a vibe for anime lovers! Food-wise, we started with the gyoza and they were delicious. Perfectly cooked and even better dipped in the ponzu sauce! We also tried the sushi flight, which was a great way to sample a few different flavors. Overall, I really enjoyed it, although the eel was probably my least favorite of the flight just personal preference. The crispy tuna rice was easily the star of the meal! Crispy, flavorful, and the textures worked so well together. I would 100% order that again. The ramen, however, was just okay for me. It wasn't bad or inedible, but the broth was lacking that rich, deep flavor I look for in a good bowl of ramen. A little more depth and seasoning would really take it to the next level. The service was honestly one of the highlights. Our waiter was super friendly, cool, and attentive without hovering, which I always appreciate. Overall, there were definitely more hits than misses. The great service, fun atmosphere, and crispy tuna rice are enough for me to give Full Moon Izakaya another try. Next time, I'll be exploring more of the menu!

The highlight of the night was when Chef David surprised us with one of his specials: seared yellowtail. It was absolutely incredible--lightly seared, buttery, and packed with flavor. If it's available, don't hesitate to order it! For our signature roll, we tried the Harumi Roll.
