She explained that she would take our order and then switch it to him later on. She grabbed us drinks, took our order, and delivered our food. He never came back until it must've been obvious that we were looking for our check (keep in mind that our meal took a while to eat because crab is work). Everything comes out in a big plastic bag in a steel pan. Dump the contents out and prepare to dig in. Let me say that this is not the place to go out all dressed up. The boils are very messy. They give you an apron and plastic gloves, but still a mess. It was delicious. We also got a couple sides of hush puppies which were very tasty as well. Good portions. Staff was friendly and informative. Really great flavors in the boils. They did a real good job. Definitely worth checking out.

This is an interesting Mexican restaurant as it reminds me of something more typical of what you would find on the Yucatán peninsula.
