This place seems to be a local hang out for residents. I like that because you know that if the locals go there, it should be fairly good. We arrived around 530 for dinner and the place started filling up fast. A few weeks ago. my first experience was breakfast with my brothers and the food was pretty good. The portions are big and had to take the rest home so that's a huge plus for my husband. I wanted to take my husband (Who has never been) and a friend for dinner. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his cioppino, as did our friend who also enjoyed her dinner as she has been here before and seems to know all the locals. I wanted one of the specials that included scallops but they had run out so, I had a Cobb salad which was fresh and tasty. We went here Saturday night and I totally regret it. We were just passing through but in hindsight we should have just waited until we got closer to home The service was TERRIBLE. A young man was serving us and he was polite but almost entirely ignored us for most of the dinner. No one ever cleared our appetizer plates and then even left them on out table when dinner came out. While we were basically eating around our dirty plates our server was gone, so we didn't even get a chance to ask him to clear them. The food was also expensive and terrible. The shrimp bacon sandwich somehow tasted like nothing. Literally no seasoning on the shrimp with plain oily fries. When we were done we waited about 15-20 min for our check and had to just get up and ask another employee. I never saw the server again after he originally brought us the food. It was $60+ for a burger, my sandwich, and 6 wings with store bought sauce. No drinks. It was a total rip off, definitely do not recommend. read more

We went around 7PM Saturday night, had a party of 8 and they sat us down and a minute later they took our drink order which came a minute later. Then a couple minutes pass and we got to order our food. And maybe no more than 10 +/- mins later, we got our food. I ordered the: Prawns and Chips - Breaded Prawns were good, but the Garlic on the fries could've had maybe some butter or oil to make the garlic stick to the fries - 3/5 Fish and Chips - loved the breaded fish and regular fries were hot and crispy - 4/5 Kids Fettuccini - it was good as well - 3/5 On my receipt, the server's name is Paul, a tall gentleman that wore an LA hat, he was so courteous, polite, and we'll spoken. Came by this unassuming local spot right by the airport (like adjacent to the runway haha) and ordered their fish tacos on corn tortilla (also a lettuce option) which were FIVE STARS, flavorful and fresh salmon with an excellent co-texture provided by the cabbage, mildly spicy. When I mapped food, first thing that popped up was Seabrisa's Eatery, so we followed the map to a small airport with only a handful of cars nearby. We must have hit the restaurant at the perfect time. The staff was very attentive, and the restaurant filled up fast. Our food was awesome! We had chips and guacamole, and spinach dip for starters and then ordered the garlic shrimp BLT with onion rings and a bowl of clam chowder. With immensely curious tastebuds, I was immediately attracted to Seabrisa's because of all the ranting and raving reviews about their delectable seafood offerings. But I have to say, my first experience there might end up being my last. For starters, the dining​ area was really small. Tables were so close together, it was impossible not to overhear other people's conversations even if you weren't trying. Secondly, the servers never introduced themselves... there was no, "Hi my name is _____ I'll be your server, what can I get for you today?" It was just straight to business after a round of water with lemon and a quick, "Hi, you ready to order?" While the menu options aren't numerous, they do indeed encompass a lot of variety between them. That being said, ​however, not even the food's descriptions were anything to write home about. It was difficult to find something that "sounded good" because quite honestly, their descriptions were very bland. But after mulling over the menu for a few minutes my mom and I decided on some calamari as an appetizer, a cup of clam chowder to start, some salmon tacos and a grilled shrimp BLT. After being served the appetizer, I had to wait a good 5-10 minutes before I was able to flag down a waitress for some utensils. Albeit our first experience there, I was ready to chalk​ it up to overhyped expectations... but then... it got worse. While the calamari was alright, served as a mix of rings and mini squid complete with tentacles, the clam chowder left a bit to be desired. Even though it was tasty, I didn't approve of the russet potato skins I found as I was eating--they don't tend to taste very good. In fact, the soup itself tasted more akin to a loaded baked potato soup than to ​clam chowder. My mom had 3 fish tacos--two salmon and one cod, and I ordered the grilled shrimp BLT. The fish tacos were loaded with gaucamole, cabbage slaw, and a bit of salsa. The Salmon tacos were delectable but the cod taco was way too spicy--it left my mom's mouth burning and her throat tingling in the worst way. And the coup de gras, was trying to enjoy the grilled shrimp sandwich, only to find a long, blonde hair in the middle of it, mid-bite. While they offered to re-make the sandwich, I ultimately ended up opting out. I was truly grossed out and lost my appetite. I am hoping that this isn't everyone's experience. But as a first timer, it was really off-putting. All in all, it was a disappointing experience. I hope that if I go back sometime in the future, things are a lot different. read more

Tasty gluten-free meal. We both had the salmon; her salmon was sautéed and mine was blackened. The salmon came with a small salad, mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. The sautéed salmon was gluten-free, but they were unsure about the blackened salmon spices being gluten-free. We appreciated their caution, because we are dealing with an allergy, not a food preference. The salmon was cooked to perfection. I can't imagine it being better. I'm giving 3 stars because we have had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately that all changed when we took the family to breakfast. We haven't been out to breakfast since March due to Covid, so we figured it would be a nice treat on a Sunday morning. We got seated within 5 minutes of being there, even the owner came over to greet us and say how great it was to see us. ( we used to come pretty frequently) we placed our food order probably within 10 minutes of being seated. In that time 3 other tables were seated, a 4 top and a couple 2 tops. As our kids are getting hungrier by the minute all of those other tables were served before us. Again they were seated and ordered well after us. So after 40 minutes of waiting we asked where are food was, the waiter proceeds to tell me " well we normally fire smaller orders first , yours should be right out." WHAT?! Fire smaller tables first even though we have been here a lot longer?! Also one of the other tables was the same size. Then finally our food starts to arrive . . In SHIFTS. One kid. . . Then another kid . . Then mine. . 3 minutes later my husbands. Totally ridiculous. My hash browns were burnt and cold. So I went inside to speak with the owner who I thought we had a good rapport with. I just told her how we had been waiting over 40 minutes and how we watched other tables seated well after us get served and then to be told our ticket was held off for smaller tables isn't ok. I also mentioned how I would like a new side of hash browns. She proceeds to say how she will take care of our meal today, that was nice of her but not the point. Here's the real kicker. While I'm still standing there she turns and goes into the kitchen and in a very loud voice says " SHE HATES EVERYTHING, SHE SAID SHE HATES IT." EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I never even muttered the word hate. The poor chef came out after to apologize. I told him I never said I hate everything and that I was just frustrated with how they fired the tickets which wasn't his fault and all I asked for was a side of hash browns. I got my new side of hash browns and we boxed it up and left. At that point I had lost my appetite. They didn't charge us for the bill but we did tip our server because bad management isn't his fault. I honestly don't know if we will ever go back. How she handled that whole situation was shocking. As a mom herself she should understand the importance of feeding kids fist when given the chance. read more

I wasn't sure how cioppino would hold up after 15 mins on the road but turns out: it don't even matter! Seabrisa's still has to work out the kink of getting appropriate to-go containers but I expect they'll fix that in the next couple weeks. (cioppino was delivered in a regular paper box wrapped in plastic wrap-- created a big mess unwrapping it with broth all over the wrap, but it still tasted delicious and was worth not having to get up).
