This is one of our favorite breakfast spots, well, really breakfast for lunch. I like to take the kids there, and we order the french toast, pancakes, and a waffle and enjoy it all family-style! We've eaten a few times at Seabrisa's. The food is always great. If you are looking for take-out during the COVID lock down, you can't go wrong here. I had the Cioppino for the first time last night. It was FABULOUS. One of the best Cioppinos I've ever had. Every individual component was great on it's own. The salmon, the mussels, the shrimp, the calamari, the scallops ... I always taste the components individually just to see. Every one of them was excellent. And they were in a tasty broth that brought them all together into a spectacular whole. You might have trouble believing such high quality food comes from an "airport diner" looking place. But DAMN, it is good. read more

Been going to Seabrisas for many years, usually very good. Had Fish and Chips this week and I got to say it was disappointing. The 3 pcs of fish were quite small but tasted good, and just a small number of fries (chips) were plated. Worse of all- the tartar sauce was room temp, runny consistency and no identifiable flavor of any kind making me think it wasn't fresh. Tartar sauce is so easy to make very well- I don't know what the heck they were up to. I'll go back since I've enjoyed their cooking for so long- sure hope they fix things. After hiking at Pinnacles, we were starving! We decided to give this place a try. We had the deep fried artichokes, which were crispy. I enjoyed them with the sauce it came with. I ordered the half pound bacon cheeseburger, I needed meat! It was a good burger, and I loved how crispy the bacon was. It also came with fries that were thickly sliced. We had a reservation for Father's Day at another restaurant in Sacramento, stop here because we were both hungry and it was totally amazing! It's understandable that it may take longer to take certain foods out, but when we had gotten our food, we added strawberries to them and it looked like they were put through some kind of cheese grater. Later, the waitress gave us our bill which came out to 52.44 for two people. later i check, and my card was charged 60.03 so i gave them a call. when i called, our former waitress was very rude, didn't answer any of our questions about the total, and just hung up on us. never again. I came in on a Sunday afternoon for breakfast. I was greeted & seated immediately upon arrival. I then ordered the huevos rancheros & a glass of water. My meal was on my table in less than 10 minutes. It was slow when I arrived, so I'm sure that helped. My food was delicious & well seasoned. My favorite part was the crispy taco shell that added a nice texture to the eggs and veggies. My experience here was very straight forward. Came in for lunch on a Sunday, hardly anyone in the place, I'd say less than 10 people. Service is not that great. Took about 10 mins to take our drink order. The food though, ahhh-mazing! We started off with the artichoke dip. We decided to get half chips and half bread. The chips were crispy and yummy, the bread, was even better! For our meals, my friend got the fish tacos and I got the cippino with the pasta. I was very iffy on it because I've never had it. But, I am soooo glad I got it. It was delicious! Located in front of Hollister International Airport, this little place has been a restaurant for decades. Several good breakfast places, and for the past few years, Seabrisa's. The building is ancient (forties or early fifties), but clean and well maintained. The food is some of the best in Hollister. Usually get one of the specials (almost always a good idea in a restaurant!). Eaten here five or six times and always pleased with the food and service. It is a bit of a drive from town (coupla miles), but worth it. read more

Very disappointed. We supported Seabrisa's throughout the pandemic by ordering to-go. Since they've re-opened from COVID, we've been very disappointed in the service both times. Last night we arrived shortly after 8:00 PM, and obviously we were a bother to the staff, by forcing them to stay open. Too bad for them we understood what they were saying. Exciting menu includes seafood, steaks, salads, American and Mexican favorites; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Large potions, but save room for dessert. And get this, they are open later than most joints in town. Wait staff is always friendly and attentive. There is seating indoors and outside. They server adult beverages. No pesky TV's or jukeboxes. I have always enjoyed going to Seabrisa's for their great food and service but yesterday I met some friends there for lunch and learned a valuable lesson. After ordering the special without asking the price, it turned out to be $45. Okay, my mistake for not having checked first. On the other hand, as a courtesy to patrons, it would have been nice to either see the price posted on the specials board, or have the wait staff mention it when I ordered. I've never been one to quibble about prices, but found $45 totally unexpected for a lunch item. I won't be making that mistake again and maybe someone can learn from my experience. read more

Food was fantastic!! We both really didn't know what to think when arriving. We were in renaissance costumes (came after the fair) and drove right by it on our first attempt to find it. But once found (it's right on the corner and the map app said something else) it was well worth it. We had the halibut with lemon caper sauce and another halibut special with prawns. Hollister's best kept secret ! ! ! Great diverse menu. Always very good food. Recently enjoyed a special, Molcajete. This dish has steak, chicken and shrimp with cactus in a green sauce. Very good flavor and mild spicy heat. Served hot in a stone bowl. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the best. RC is the best server ever. And she trains the others so very good service. read more

First time trying it today for breakfast and can I say they are very quick with orders. Staff are very nice and friendly and you are greeted at the door when you come in and leave. The kitchen is right when you come in so you can actually see them making your food which I love! The orders are huge! And definitely reasonably priced. The food is good and I love that they have vegetarian options. They have happy hour on three different days. Monday being bread bowls for $7, $3 taco Tuesday and Wednesday is $5 quesadilla. I had high expectations after reading these reviews, unfortunately I was disappointed. I ordered a breakfast burrito and the crab cake Benedict and also a waffle, my burrito was 90% egg ( little flavor) the waffle was soggy and the crab cake was under cooked. To top it off the bill was $42 I will not be returning and I do not recommend. ALSO after reading a review about how the staff treat people of COLOR I am upset that I even went there in the 1st place. I Have ZERO TOLERANCE FOR RACISM.
