At 32 degrees, the world is right. I have felt that way since I was but a student at Collin College, but there is something about this place that makes me smile, and I bet it would make you smile too. The bar is lit in a way that makes you want to stay and chat. The only thing lovelier than the bartenders (that have been the same for years) was the loveliest companion that accompanied me most recently, and held such a wonderful conversation. There is a lot to the atmosphere here, both inside and outside, with the inside feeling like an intimate event, and the patio being a party starter. They often have live acoustic music outside, but it isn't brash or overwhelming. Usually one person and a guitar with a small amp. Nothing crazy. I haven't had pizza in one million years, but if I were going to break the streak it would be here. It's got a real artisan feel and taste that can't be beat. If you dine in, I recall they had the bread strips they bring out - GREAT stuff. If you aren't sure what to get, go for that Texas Mule. Tito's...Ginger Beer... need I say more? If you live here and haven't been here - you are missing out. If you are passing through, stop in. It's a "go-to" for me the two times I am in Plano each year. The lighting still looks like you are sitting in a hospital waiting room. Change it back to blue. Pizza is delicious as always. Martinis are really good. Holy crap! It's been 7000 years since I last stepped foot at this roof top bar. Thanks to a fellow yelper, I didn't feel like a loser visiting this place again. Today marks the 2nd time this week I came here for a beer. Same cool frosted bar top (whIch I believe the first one in Plano and this was eons ago) reminds me of all the good times I've had here. The smell of their delicious pizza ( which I never had) lingers around the whole bar. The major factor today for me returning is them having Nine Band Brewing Hefeweizen. It's either you get your own stash from the store, go to the brewery (which close at 4pm) or just come here ;) Friendly bartenders, music is always on point (not too loud) great for conversation while jamming to it. ;) This will be my go to at the moment. Came here for Sunday funday happy hour on the patio rooftop bar. They had mimosas for $2, beer I believe was $3. It was hot out and their was minimal fans to cool you down but they also have indoor seating. This cute little rooftop bar is above urban crust pizza so you can order food/ pizza from them as well. Come for HH! They have a really good frozen peach bellini. My friends and I came on a rainy day and we sat on the rooftop, but it was really warm! I used to come to this place often about 10 months ago and it was a lot of fun. I don't know what changed but most of the staff now seems like they don't even want to be there. I went there last night with my husband and a business partner. We ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken plate. We were there for about 3 hours, as we got there before the DJ, which is actually why we went there at all. We were hoping to hang out on the roof top and enjoy the view and the DJ but since we got there early, we grabbed a table inside and ate. We had a drink each hour. By the time the DJ got there, we decided to move to the rooftop after a table finally opened up. As we moved out there to a new table we asked for another drink to which we were told we were cut off. We asked why and were able to prove how much each of us drank and in what amount of time and were told that the manager made a mistake, they thought we had only been there for an hour, however they still decided to stick to having us cut off. So we just left and went down to Cocoa Beach, which proved to be a much better hangout. I don't know who's running the show up there now but they absolutely suck and if we go back, it'll be to get food to go. That was a huge let down. I think the truth of the matter is that while we were inside having food, there was a table of young adults who were seated directly behind us that were so drunk and so loud that we kept looking back at them, although we never spoke to them. They were friends with people behind the bar and at one point they spoke to their friend and shortly after that, we were the ones cut off. I'd suggest the owner check the cameras and watch that situation to see exactly what happened because they cut off the wrong table. If you're wanting to go somewhere fun and you'll be there a while, I WOULD NOT recommend this establishment. Go to Cocoa Beach around 10 or so. The party is much more fun and the staff pays attention to who they serve, what they serve and how much. read more

We came here for a work happy hour & it was the perfect place. 32 Degrees is on the 3rd floor/rooftop of Urban Crust. There is parking along the street. 32 Degrees offers happy hour deals on drinks & some appetizers. We got sangria pitchers ($15) which was a good deal and some pizza to split. We also ordered pasta for dinner. The pasta was decent, but nothing to rave about. The star was the drinks and complimentary pita & dip/spreads. I could just eat the pita all day!! The rooftop is shaded and covered. They have blinds that can be rolled up on a nice day to feel the breeze and enjoy downtown views. When it's cold, the blinds can be rolled down. read more

She was very cheerful and welcoming! There are 3 floors to this delectable restaurant, so take your pick of which you would like to go to. The third floor is the rooftop bar so we took the elevator and headed up. What really drew me in about this place was the literal frozen ice bar. Not something you see everywhere. This rooftop bar on the 3rd floor of Urban Crust is a must try! They have indoor and outdoor seating. They are known for their ice top bar where they serve up cocktails, beer and wine. I went on a Thursday night and they had live music, which was great! Service was excellent and the food was great! We ordered their mussels in a green tomatillo sauce and the caprese salad. The thing that left me in a sour mood was the security guard that was patrolling around the restaurant and decided to interrupt our dinner to point out my male friend for having a sleeveless shirt. We were there for an hour and I had seen him patrolling around when we were upstairs in 32 degrees waiting for a table and he said nothing to him then. We were having a good time having dinner until this security guard walked up to our table and rudely asked my friend, "Do you have sleeves with that shirt?" My friend replied, "I have a jacket in the car..." And the security guard said, "You gonna get it?" He walked away when my friend and my boyfriend went back to the car to get the jacket. How are you gonna ask if he has sleeves with his shirt when you can DEFINITELY see he doesn't? The security guard was unnecessarily belittling my friend and was a sour note to my birthday weekend. The service was incredible that the 2 girls that were serving us noticed what had occurred and reported it to their manager. Apparently, the security guard said that his "manager messaged him that guys can't have sleeveless shirt and it's in the restaurant's dress code" when there's not even a dress code policy stated anywhere. This bar is on the third floor of Urban Crust. It's all lit up in blue lights and there is ice on the bar to keep your drinks on to keep them cool. The place looks pretty cool at night. During the day it's bright. They have a good house chardonnay. You can order pizzas from downstairs. It's a fun place to chill out if you are in Plano. read more

The drinks are really good and the atmosphere is really unique. I love the iced part of the bar it keeps your drink cold and also is fun to mess with.The outdoor patio is small as well the bar, but on a weekday its usually not too crowded. In the summer and weekends its body to body which is rough and usually no where to sit. It is a nice stop when you're in downtown Plano to grab a few drinks. read more
