Prices are higher than online for parts but I like supporting a local business. Second rating is for Traeger. I've owned three and my latest one has extreme quality issues. Owned for less than four years, but it has had numerous issues, often arising in the middle of a cook. This one is sheltered and used medium to lightly and I've had to replace several hot rods, had pellet fires in the BBQ because of malfunctions and now the fan doesn't work despite replacing the fan. Traeger rubs and sauces are mediocre compared to store bought, homemade, or other product. I'm afraid Traeger's good days are gone apparently due to some business decisions. Luckily there are other pellet grills and smoker out there, hopefully better quality and more reliable.

I went into the store, Karl remembered me, and was he was SO helpful, and he not only found me a temporary bed leg to use, he took the broken leg and went home and FIXED IT in his home workshop! This was so far above and beyond what I expected--and almost 2 years after I bought the beds! Karl was SO helpful and friendly, and stands by his products. Don't go anywhere else. After receiving a call that all of my appliances were ready for pickup at their warehouse, my husband went to collect them--only to find that the stove I had purchased had been sold to someone else by one of Kelly's sales associates. We were told we would have to wait for a replacement stove to be delivered. As a cottage baker, a reliable stove is essential to my business. Unfortunately, the replacement stove did not cook my products correctly. When I contacted Kelly's to report the issue, they were dismissive of my concern and I was told that their return policy only covers a five-day window--essentially leaving me with no recourse. Three weeks later, a new control panel was installed on the stove, but there's no guarantee this will resolve the issue. I can't shake the suspicion that I was given a returned or defective unit from the beginning. Sadly, this experience has completely eroded my trust in Kelly's Appliance Center. As well as the quality and reliability of Bosch stoves. I chose Kelly's because I believed they would offer superior service and support, but unfortunately, my experience has proven otherwise. I would not choose to do business with them again.

Driving around and calling proved useless as the only bellows we found was almost $300!! It was gorgeous though, but too beautiful to use. Finally, Home Depot Customer Service recommended this small mom and pop shop. I'm so glad they did! We called them and yes they have bellows. We drove over and were greeted with a smile. I was stupefied to think I'm going to a sewing and vacuum repair for a bellows?!? What?? Uhh, okay, then I might go to a burger joint looking for a car wash?? ... Jokes on me as this place has it all! Yes, they have loads of sewing and vacuum equipment, supplies and repairs, plus they have a beautiful selection of pizza ovens and outdoor barbecues. There was one pizza oven in particular that really caught my eye. This beauty would go well on my patio deck next to my smoker. It runs on either wood or propane and is assembled on a really nice frame with shelving. It can do fairly large pizzas as well. Other areas of the store surprised me as there was also a nice variety of wood and pellet stoves as well as a section for sewing and vacuum. I ended up with a nice quality bellows for less than $100 and a firewood tote that was made from recycled canvas materials and very sturdy. The store is clean and well organized with quality brand names. Staff are polite and friendly and they mentioned they are new owners. I would definitely go back for more supplies.

SilverFire also does great humanitarian work; check out their website pictures and videos. I drive by here regularly and today I came in for a propane refill. 4.6 gallons of fuel for $10.99 Not a bad price. They had 2 guys filling tanks and handing out tickets to take inside and pay. They looked hot as it was blazing outside and although they had a shelter to give them shade, it has a metal roof. They were making the best of it. 1 guy had a vulgar mouth and the tall guy didn't talk, he just looked like he wanted to go home. I was on a mission until I walked into the showroom. I swear I heard an angel singing when I noticed what I was walking into. I paid. Said, thank you and walked around till I felt guilty for how long I was talking. If we didn't have meat in the car, I definitely would have stayed for a while. Good news is that it's BBQ season and my other tank needs fuel and I need ... something, so I'll be back soon.
