Drops went in at 3:55 and the Doc didn't return for a half hour, after saying she'd be back in 15-20. I made the appt at 3:00 with another meeting at 4:30 figuring never in life would an eye exam take longer than an hour, let alone 90 minutes. Maybe my expectations are a bit too high. Who knows?

Joanne was amazingly patient to look at my glasses and listen to my rants about what I do and don't like. She managed to find 2 pairs of frames for me that fit wonderfully, look amazing, and at a reasonable price to boot. The cost ended up being less than I would've spent online, for superior quality frames, and with great service and support (and with really quick turnaround to boot). I have Human Compbenefits insurance, I just got of the phone with them after I received my new cards for the upcoming year. I was charged, and I let it happen without thinking, $461.00 for a basic frame with progressive lenses. The frames were 0. The options were over $400. Insurance agent "Why did you get the tier 4 premium options on a basic frame?". I was never given an option. I took his word for it. I will NEVER do that again. The tier 1 option was included. He charged $189 for tier 4. Anti Reflective tier 1 $60 I was charged $135 for tier 3. No options given. The Dr is always complete caring and comprehensive. Watch out for the crook that sells you frames!!

And they don't try to make you spend $ on stuff you don't need. In fact, last time I went for a contact lense appointment, even though I have astigmatism in one eye, the Dr suggested I get the same rx for both eyes to save $ and it worked fabulously - my lenses have been great (I think the astigmatism is very slight - and every other Dr I've seen made my get 2 separate RXes). I emailed them today (a Sunday) requesting my RX and I expected a response in a few days. Imagine my surprise when I got a response a few hours later. I really can't say enough good things about them, and as long as I live here & they take my insurance, I'll be going here. Keep up the great work guys!

My eye got better quickly. I've been to a few different eye doctors the last few years and Dr Haiman by far is the best. He takes time to listen and then try to find a solution. Cristina one of the technicians was my first contact with the office. She made me feel confident about seeing Dr Haiman to heal my eye infection. All of the technicians are very nice. I will highly recommend to my family and friends.
