I called Seaside Serviced to schedule my under 2400 sq.ft house windows washed, and was given $200 quote over the phone. When they arrived on July 3rd and walked the house, the estimate was adjusted to $330, with no room for negotiation. 65% increase, really?! I wash my windows 3-4 times/year. Never paid more than $220. Way overpriced! read more

I just used Seaside Services, LLC from Miramar FL to do Blower Door Testing of my home (something now legally required for new construction industry. This test was highly recommended by an AC designer because I have been having some health issues. I was told my newly renovated home could be part of my health issues and my home may be too tight and creating a problem by not providing me the right airflow (not having to do with the AC). Mike, the owner came to my house, took the time to explain what he was about to do, why and what it would show us. His credentials speak for themselves as he has been doing this since 2005 in Illinois but we have been slow in FL, He was on time, professional, polite, very informative and answered all my questions. Yes, my home was "tight" and he made recommendations. He even offered to speak with my AC Design guy...Most people just don't take the time...He did...I would recommend him without hesitation. read more

I just bought a new house and my realtor recommended Brian. I had just had my carpets cleaned the month before by another company offering a groupon and the spots came right back (total waste of $150). I needed to put the house on the market so now I was going to have to pay to have them cleaned again. I am so glad I found Seaside, Josh came out and was on time and very professional. The carpets were perfect when he left; and 1 month later, they still look GREAT. I was so impressed that I hired them to see if they could salvage the carpets on the new house we bought. They have a special machine that can do extreme cleaning and they were able to bring back carpets that I was sure were beyond repair. I noticed they do Stone/tile cleaning so I bid them out (it can be a pricey job) and they were aggressively priced so they are booked for next week to clean all my stone work. We recently moved to Oceanside, CA from Virginia and needed our newly purchased home cleaned due to no one living there for the past 3 months. We had called a few other places but no one picked up so we decided to give Seaside Services a chance because of all of the great reviews. We spoke with Brian on the phone who scheduled our appointment very easily. Once he came out to our home, he assessed the area and gave some recommendations and leveled our expectations on certain areas of the carpet which were just not going to be any whiter even with carpet cleaning because of previous sun damage (which we appreciated). We requested a deep cleaning of 6 rooms and stairs, and pressure washing of our concreted areas outside. We had to step out briefly and he sent us text messages of the before and after progress he was making (again, something we appreciated). Overall, Brian was incredibly easy to work with, very professional but personable, and we are pleased with our results and the affordable price. I highly recommend him and we will continue to use him in the future. read more
