We came here after visiting our family for New Years. We were pleasantly surprised. Great customer service and the food was amazing! Very reasonably priced. Would definitely return. We had the avocado toast, crispy short rib flatbread sandwich, and the guacamole burger with a side of lobster bisque soup. Amazing!!! Going to tell the family for next year. I like the idea behind Seasons52. This is a fairly dressy restaurant for Bridgewater, but then again it's not like anyone kicked us out for wearing flip flops and shorts. The menu is seasonal. We ordered a collection of appetizers, tapas-style, for our dinner needs. There was the lobster flatbread, prosciutto-wrapped, blue cheese-stuffed figs, stuffed mushrooms with shrimp, and spicy Korean duck wings. Overall, I would say that all these dishes tried a little bit too hard, and there was always an element that just overpowered the entire dish. Lobster flatbread: it's more of a cracker than a flatbread. The chef placed very assertive-tasting noodles of lemon rind over the flatbread and that bitterness simply overshadowed the creamy, fresh taste from the flatbread. Prosciutto blue cheese-stuffed figs: The blue cheese was a little too much for this already very savory and sweet punch of a package. Stuffed mushrooms: I thought this was cooked well, but it was a little bit unwieldy to eat since it came hot in an escargot dish and the shrimp didn't necessarily balance well on the stuffed mushrooms. Korean duck wings: pretty tasty, soft, tender meat, but a bit too much goopy sauce that I had to wipe off. A friend and I came here for lunch. It has a nice location in the mall area for easy in and out. It was a bit excessive so see about 20+ spots blocked off for valet parking and empty (maybe they are reserved for the dinner crowd). We had fabulous service and our waiter was very accommodating and always on top of refilling our drinks. Extra props to him as it was pretty busy. This is one of those places that changes the menu weekly (yay!) but also has the calories next to each option (not so yay). We started with a flatbread and it was very good. I ordered duck lettuce wraps which I greatly enjoyed (minus the side). It was suppose to be veggies (influenced by calories, I couldn't justify a side with more calories than my meal) when it came I couldn't even tell what it was (tasting was no help) and my friend thought they were pickles. Take precaution and do not wear articles of clothes like hoodies or sweatshirts. We celebrated the Mister's birthday at the Bridgewater location last night. Solid food, and honestly exceptional service. It was so nice to celebrate in a way that didn't feel forced or hokey. Instead of milling around and weakly singing, the staff gave us a card, took our photo, and treated us really, really well. Had a great experience at Seasons 52 yesterday. We came in with a pretty large group (about 15 people) for lunch and they accommodated us very nicely in a room off to the side. A fair number of us have dietary restrictions and the chef came out to help us figure out what would work best and they were very accommodating with the restrictions- gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free, nut free, egg free, and a few combinations of multiple restrictions. They also let us know that when a ticket from the dining room has allergy written on it, the chef takes it back to cook in the back kitchen, away from all potential allergens. We tried the gluten free flatbreads which were decent but I had high hopes for the artichoke and goat cheese flatbread and this goat cheese lover was disappointed by how little goat cheese was on it. I also got the butternut squash soup which was delicious but I would not recommend getting the large bowl of it- the flavor gets redundant after a while, so stick with the appetizer size. I got a side of vegetables which was very small but very tasty, it was a mix of squash, onions, tomatoes and other veggies that all had a bit of a smoky flavor to them that was awesome. For dessert I got the gluten free raspberry cannoli shooter (all of the desserts come in cute single-serve glasses). It was basically just the filling of a cannoli but it was surprisingly good! Since it was a huge group we obviously had a huge bill but the price point is definitely in the higher range so keep that in mind when coming for a meal here. read more

When it comes to dining out, I rate my experience on a few Criteria, service, food and ambiance. 1. Service, we arrived early and sat at the bar while we waited for a table, the bartender was attentive, friendly and the drinks were very tasty and turned around quickly. As others mentioned this place gets pretty busy, so we did wait a little while past the reservation time, but it was not bad at all. Our server was very friendly, attentive and made sure if we needed anything that it was taken care of. 2. Food was very good, we ordered Sashito Peppers and a salad for appetizers, the salad was very good, the peppers were ok, they were presented with roasted corn and a garlic infused sauce, I think they would have been slightly better if they were opened and stuffed with the corn and sauce instead of layered over it. Entrees of Scallops and Filet Mignon were both very tasty and of course we sampled some desserts that were heavy but small enough that it wasnt over the top. 3. I love this location of Seasons 52. I am not routinely this happy about going to any national chain restaurant but this place has got it going on. It is easy to miss this place within the huge Bridgewater Commons NJ shopping mall bonanza. There's a lot going on. I mean, there's a Cheesecake Factory. I feel like that is the mall staple that people flock to. I was drawn here because my in laws live nearby and it's their go to restaurant for celebrations like birthdays. My MIL loves this place. At first my inner foodie was kinda rolling my eyes but then I was converted after several happy meals here. We have had dinners and lunch, and small groups. I love the seasonality of the menu, even when not all of the seasonal food makes complete sense (ie it's too early for local tomatoes but it's summer so TOMATOES!) But the food is always prepared well and really very tasty. I love the flatbreads and almost always get one for an appetizer to share. They do solid tuna tartare, and seafood dishes are VERY good. I had a black sea bass that was rivaling my favorite fishmongers. I love the salmon salad. The service is friendly and a bit corporate, which is not always a bad thing. The whole thing they do where they take your name is kinda kitchy but nice. I like the bar at this location but haven't had a reason to sit at it yet, though they do have a solid selection of wine and beers. We are almost always ordering wine here, for some reason. I did inquire about the private dining rooms here for work events, and found that they are definitely on the higher end price wise, but I'm not terribly surprised. If you are looking for a classy event space and good food, and have a healthy budget to support that, I would look here. The prices for private dining aren't inexpensive either, but I think fitting for what you are getting. Don't count this place out if you are in the area, at the NJ mega mall or not. Our friend made reservations for 4 for a Saturday night. Glad we did as we could hear that the wait was 1.5 hours (at 7 pm) upon our arrival. This was our first time at this restaurant although my friend has eaten at another location. As soon as we were seated (2 of us), our server handed us a drink menu and asked us what we wanted to drink. I told our server that I'd like to look over the drink menu first. A few minutes later, our friends arrived and sat down. Again, our server handed them a drink menu and asked them what they wanted to drink. Our friends politely told our server that they needed to look over the drink menu first. That was the last time we saw our server until almost 20-25 minutes later. When our server finally came back to our table, we ordered everything: drinks, appetizers and entrees. In fact, it was so long since we last saw our server that my wife thought we had already ordered our drinks. Amongst the four of us, we ordered two beers (bottled, no draught available), a Hawaiian pineapple Cosmopolitan, Meyer Lemonade, chicken noodle soup, Mediterranean hummus, truffle Mac-n-Cheese, caramelized grilled sea scallops, southern style shrimp and grits, wood-grilled BBQ meatloaf and boneless beef short rib. Everyone loved their food, and my friend said the shrimp and grits was one of the best dishes he's ever tasted. As soon as our plates were cleared, our server came and showed us the dessert plate with all of their miniature desserts ("minis"). We were surprised to learn that this wasn't a display plate with artificial desserts for show, the dessert you select from the server's plate is the one they actually give you to eat. All four of us ordered a mini dessert and a coffee/cappuccino. After the server left, we all looked at each other and collectively felt that dessert came way too quickly and that we felt rushed. So we took our time eating our respective desserts and coffee. Like the appetizers and entrees, the desserts were excellent. Tasty and just the right size (not too big). Overall, the food and atmosphere are very good, no complaints. We're looking forward to returning and just hope that we don't have the same server. Reservations are highly recommended. In June 2019 I went to the restaurant with my husband for a "happy hour." We had few appetizers and drinks there. Approximately a week later we both developed severe diarrhea that lasted over 2 weeks and I was unable to go to work for 3 weeks. I was diagnosed with cyclospora that originated from Seasons 52. According to the NJ Health Department there we more than 15 other people who got sick with cyclospora from Seasons 52. I spent thousands of dollars in medical treatment and the restaurant is refusing to reimburse me for it. They are just ignoring it. I obtained a witness statement from a server who worked there for more than 5 years and the cyclospora was raging there for weeks. The managers refused to address it risking the health of employees and customers. Don't go there, because if you get food poisonings there - they will not take any responsibility. read more

Love this place. Good ambiance, where you don't have to try to stay quiet, but it still has a borderline semi-formal feel. Full bar but also an extensive wine list. The salmon is like silk! It is so tender and moist, it feels buttery and slides apart with a light push of your fork. Everyone at our party loved the salmon. Their mousse desserts are decadent; I had the s'mores and my husband had the mocha but he said it tastes more like caramel. The waitstaff was friendly and very respectful to customers. read more
