    different discount / higher price listed 04/26/25 - 8,477

Overall, look elsewhere for a car. I found some of the practices there a little shady and very money oriented. They were very happy to sell the car when the price was high and did their best to NOT sell at a lower price including telling me I can't use a credit card to buy the car because I live in a different state and can cancel my card charge ( I have excellent credit and high enough limit to easily purchase the car I wanted). I wanted to use the card to get points. The sales guy literally told me I could cancel the charge effectively taking the car from them like I'm a thief. I offered to obtain a loan through financing to which the sales guy responded they will hold onto the car until all the money clears. What??? What dealer tells their customers they can't used a credit card implying I might steal the car then tells me I can't take the car if I finance it until the money is in their hands. They wanted cash or cashiers check for me to get the car that day. Makes me wonder if they were hiding something else on the car I may have missed. My Initial take - clean website with good pictures and CARFAX links for the cars I wanted to see. Sent email requests to get a little more information and setup a drive test time. Had a fairly quick response from the internet manager at the dealership. She interacted several time via text answering questions- seemed professional, cordial and organized things well. Arrived a bit late at the dealer due to some wonderful traffic on the I5 and a bit of a late start on my part. They had the car ready to test drive. The sales person who helped me was different than the internet manager. He took a copy of my liscense, handed me the key & dealer drive test form then encouraged me to 'get a feel for the car'. Before leaving, I walked around to look at everything. The pics on the internet and actual look & description of the car differed a bit. In person, you can see the paint fading/ peeling, several rust spots, rubber seal on the door falling off, hood latch was broken. I mentioned these things to the sales person, his response was 'We'll see if I can get a little bit off the price for you'. I asked if they could fix at least the rubber seal to limit rain entering, no response. I then asked a few questions about some of the aftermarket parts added on the car, he replied 'I don't know anything about this car'. Didn't offer to find out. The test drive went well. Decent drive for a used Wrangler though the shocks may need some attention. Went back after 20 minutes. Started talking to the sales guy again - we went inside and he presented an offer which differed from the price a week earlier. Initially looking the car had a lower price and I had a 500 dealer discount through my credit union. The offer he presented was 1000 more before all the other add on fee's.

We came in on Black Friday to check out some base model 4xe wranglers and worked with the internet sales manager to get the Black Friday special. We made it in and out in about two hours making the whole thing quick and painless. I will update my review in the future as sales sells the first car and service sells the second. Hopefully the service department is as good as the sales department!

false advertising of pricing on their website just to attract customers . I called in before to check the pricing as it was a 1 hour drive for me . The sales manager confirmed the pricing . When it was time to sign the pricing went up by 7000 USD . I think the owner is not aware this kind of false advertising is against the law . Please read RCW 9.04.050 which is specifically talks about the false advertising going on your site

The location is in a hectic little corner of Georgetown, but the moment I walked into the lobby it was clear that this place made an effort to be clean, professional, and hospitable. The customer lounge is accommodating with plenty of power and usb outlets, snacks, water, coffee, and WiFi. As they worked on my vehicle they were up front and transparent about all pricing, pointed out other issues to bring to my attention, but were never pushy or up-selling about any of the additional maintenance recommended for my vehicle. A new battery for a BMW is not cheap. I knew this going in. But I felt good about my experience at Finesse and that my car was in expert hands. Would recommend for anybody owning a luxury vehicle that needs work.

I did a brief search on my phone for a Mercedes shop and found Finesse. A quick call later and I had new lug nuts ordered. I was taken aback by how friendly the person was who helped me out and how easy they made it. Quite a relief. I received a call a week later to tell me the nuts were there and I made my new tires appointment, and throughout finesse made it easy. They told me I could come down anytime and they would put the new lug nuts on for me at no charge, which meant I could make the tires appointment any time. I can tell you this was a new experience for me - in the past I generally felt at the mercy of the shop and the particular folks who were working that day. At finesse I felt like I was in good hands. Their relaxed atmosphere, the amazing customer lounge with snacks and coffee - very welcoming. The communication was clear and helpful throughout. I will be taking my car to Finesse in the future, that is for certain. Had I known about Finesse, I could have called them first for the tires themselves and saved myself the trouble. A true gem in Georgetown, this should be your first call.

Last Saturday, my partner spoke with Jim about a Honda Civic. Jim asked my partner to speak with John, who was in the office that day. When we arrived, John was incredibly friendly. He kept referring to my partner as "my friend," and showed us pictures of his recent trip to Ireland. He also immediately started talking to my partner as if the purchase of the car was a done deal. He accompanied us on a test drive of the vehicle. During the test drive, John mentioned taking the car onto the freeway, but then directed my partner back to the office after driving right down the street, circling a lot, and then driving back. When we arrived back at the office, John pulled out some paperwork and gave it to my partner. Again, he was acting as if the transaction was a done deal. When we started trying to negotiate with him, everything changed. "My friend" went straight out the window, his smile turned into a frown, and he said to us twice that he wouldn't have had us come all the way down there if he had known that we were going to try to negotiate. What car dealership expects customers to purchase a vehicle without negotiation? I had to bite my tongue to keep from telling him that he didn't have us come down there, and that we chose to come take a look at the vehicle. At one point, he pulled the old "let me go talk to my boss" routine and stepped outside for a few minutes. When he returned, he refused to negotiate. Needless to say, we did not purchase the vehicle. And also needless to say, we do not recommend this business.

I was met by a staff member when I parked my vehicle and was directed to a service rep (Mark) who checked me in, gave me an overview of what was included, asked me if there was anything else that I wanted them to check out, and then directed me to the waiting area while my vehicle was serviced. I also received a short video from the technician working on the vehicle during which he provided a detailed overview of its condition: tires, brake pads, fluids, etc. when the work was completed Mark went over the service report and signed me out. The experience was smooth, hassle free, friendly, and professional. The service itself was excellent. Five stars. For comparison, my previous vehicle was a luxury brand. While the service provided at that dealership was very good, there was definitely an attitude there from the customers that was reflected by the staff. The staff was professional and friendly, but there was a completely different vibe from what I experience at Lee Johnson Mazda. Perhaps that went with the branding. My Mazda experience at Lee Johnson has been more down to earth and personable.

Our new vehicle was detailed and we got a full tank of gas plus Dee made sure to show us how to change the settings in the car as well.

Definitely buyer beware, but that is true at almost every car dealership... My husband went in person to purchase a used car they advertised online. He had to sign so many pieces of paper that he lost track. He wrote a check with the agreement that he would pick up the car the next day, which he did. However he drove it home (from Seattle to Port Townsend) without an actual bill of sale or purchase agreement. I obtained this the next day by email, some 3 hours after requesting it and found that he had inadvertently paid an additional $911 for (a worthless) protective coating that he had been told was included in the price and already on the car. It was NOT included in the advertised price, and he do his own calculation to add up the numbers to verify what he was told. Typical used car sales practice, but so sad to pull this on an 84 year old man who was really enjoying purchasing his first EV. Now he feels a bit cheated...

Me & my family head out there at 4:30pm and we take a test drive. During the test drive I gave an offer. The salesperson had a cutoff around 5pm so we decide we'll catch up online later. So we leave. Soon they accept my offer and send me the price printout at 5:30pm. I noticed in the printout - the mileage is noted as 32,000mi where in the listing in bmwseattle the mileage was 18,000mi. So i immediately let the salesperson know. He said he'll look into it next morning. The next morning the salesperson confirms and we negotiate on the price over text and we agree. Now at 11:15am - we just set a pickup time of 12-12:30pm today & we start heading out. Suddenly, I get a text back at 11:30am from my salesperson that there is another person in the dealership who is now out in a test drive with the car and they'll let me know if it doesn't go through. I'm like "wait! What?" the rep told me - another rep took the car on a test drive. I ask "why dont you tell them the car is sold?" They offer me "another car is coming in which we can offer you as backup". Then after I vent my frustration- the sales manager reaches out to explain that the second person was already on a test drive and they have the right to buy the car. Also tells me that the posted car photos have the mileage correct at 32,000 even though the listing says 18,000. I told him "the photos were not posted yesterday to the website". He tells me: "oh well, they are up now". Anyways - i hang up at this point realizing this is not a useful conversation. Absolutely unprofessional & definitely not something expected from a "premium" brand.
