I then asked if they saw anything on security cameras, and well guess what? the camera doesn't face towards my unit. Could this have been an inside job? Really makes me wonder! Lighting inside of the unit is poor, there is a older man living out of one of the units near the large bay door where you load and unload your belongings. They also are telling us we can't use disk locks or padlocks and are only allowed to use the far less secure cylinder locks.

Follow-up complaints were met with limited resolution, and attempts to reach higher management proved difficult: the 877 customer service line provided an incorrect number for the regional manager, and no contact information was available for further escalation. Additionally, the local office line (206.776.2105) resulted in extended hold times. Based on this experience, I recommend considering other options such as Public Storage, located less than a mile away at 2811 NW Market St, Seattle, WA 98107.
