SEBO TOWING INC. CAME TO MY MF RESCUE!!!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They came right on time this morning (08/29) & were straightforward with everything. I called about 6 different towing companies before them and NONE answered me even tho their description said "open 24/7" my a$$. Anyways, BIG shout out to All American Alliance Towing for answering right away and providing me SEBO's number at 5:30 AM because one of their guys was in Victorville. ALL GOOD!! After calling SEBO Towing, they told me to call again after 6 o'clock. I waited a couple minutes before calling; they assisted me right away with simple questions. They gave me an estimated wait time but arrived much quicker than that! Thank you. Also, some old white lady within the neighborhood kept snooping around the crashed area tryna snitch on me. When I turned my head to the left, the tow truck turned the corner and came to my rescue!!! The old lady finally left me alone! LOL. I was genuinely so happy and relieved!! Unfortunately, I did not get the mans name who assisted me. However, this is his description: He was skinny, around 5'9/5'10, bald, groomed face(beard), greenish eyes, he wore black sunglasses, and his iphone 11 case was dark green. Excellent service today. AAA dispatched SEBO to pick up our mini from service and return it home. Unfortunately its a mini. It has been towed before . All prior drivers w/ a wheel lift wouldn't ever touch it. They always cancelled and we had to wait for a flat bed. SEBO dispatched Scott w/ a wheel lift. No flatbed available. It didn't stop Scott. Sebo to the rescue!!! Our car needed to be towed from a tow yard to a mechanic. I called AAA and Jose from Sebo Towing showed up with a flatbed tow truck. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. He immediately popped the hood and charged our battery so he could drive our minivan up the tow ramp..... but something was wrong. Jose realized that the rod connecting the left wheel to the steering was broken. He took control and immediately called over to Sebo and in about 15 minutes Alex showed up with a tow truck that lifts the car so it can travel on the back wheels!! Hooray!! James made my terrible day much better. Had a blowout on the 5 and no one could get my stripped lug nuts off to change the tire. He ended up towing me in mid-morning rush hour traffic to find a shop willing to change my tire. He located shops open early and even drove me to multiple garages until we found a mechanic willing to deal with my damaged lug nuts. Thank you James! read more

This company is unreliable. Possibly if you hire them privately they will show up but if they are contracted through AAA then forget it. Needed tow from Copart Sun Valley to Longo Toyota in El Monte and used the AAA online Road Assistance app. Within minutes of submitting the request, I received a call from Mario at Sebo Towing. His tow operators were very busy and he wanted to share the possible wait. He mentioned if needed, i could cancel and request another service. He was very professional and accommodating. Ultimately, I stayed with Sebo and an operator picked up my vehicle within 10 minutes to drop off once the other calls were serviced. A few hours later, Longo confirmed delivery of the vehicle as promised by Sebo. We did not need to wait and informed Longo of the delivery. I won't even begin to get into how horrific my day was yesterday. My son had a loaner car, and lost the keys. And a 24 hour period, I had to have the vehicle moved twice to avoid getting towed on a public street, and then a third time in the evening to get it back to the dealership. Dealing with AAA, I literally sat in my car from 6 PM to after 10 PM waiting on a tow truck who could help me. I was sent three different tow trucks, all who claim to be a unable to help me. I was literally sobbing for hours, and fighting AAA to help me. They were able to finally find one tow truck company, Sebo Towing, who was willing to help. Robert was the driver who showed up, and not only was he a gentleman, he was so kind, and so helpful, and so understanding. I told him he was my saving grace, and I truly felt like he was my knight in shining armor last night. I cannot say enough good things about him, and I feel that Sebo is very lucky to have him!!! I tried avoiding scrap metal floating around the freeway but my front driver side tire hit a piece and became flat. I safely pulled off the freeway, called AAA, and was given a 25 minute estimated time of arrival for Sebo Towing to help me change my tire. Gary, the Sebo Towing serviceman, arrived on time and with an outstanding attitude. He helped remove my spare from behind my pickup truck, replaced the flat with the spare, then place the flat to where my spare is stored underneath my truck bed all in about the span of 15 minutes. Worst tow company AAA has ever sent me. Waiting stranded on the side of the 5 freeway for 2 hours! The dispatch George told me 10 more minutes every time i checked for the eta. I explained i was on a narrow part of the freeway and it was unsafe and scared...you'd think they'd care about that and act fast. Instead, it took 2 hours! Completely disappointed at the fact that the people at this company have no regard for their customers and just no common decency for someone who was clearly scared and in need of help. My car got a flat on the freeway and I had to pull over immediately. Called AAA and they sent one of their contractors, which was sebo towing. Alex was super nice and patient with me. I was so embarrassed because my tire was so bad it was hanging off the rim. He had to have another truck with a bed come and tow my car off the freeway so they could change my tire safely. They did so at the gas station, luckily it was right off the freeway. The other driver was super friendly and even made me laugh. I think he could see I was stressed out. Anyway sorry for the essay, the point is they were patient, nice, extremely helpful and professional. I got into a car accident and my insurance company used the nearest tow truck company to pick up my vehicle. Since the accident occurred in the evening, the tow truck company had to keep my vehicle stored overnight; the company that was used is called Best Car Towing, Inc. located in 11825 Art Street Sun Valley, CA 91352. At the time of the accident, I was given the closest body shop to use so it can be towed the very next morning; however, that evening I remembered my friend has a body shop. I called my insurance company the next morning to change the body shop, as a result, the next available tow was the following day. To save time I decided to use my AAA Premier and have my vehicle towed to the new auto body location so that the adjuster could see my vehicle the next morning. Before arriving at Best Car Towing, Inc., I called AAA to have a tow truck meet me at that location so that I wouldn't waste any time---I had to work later that afternoon. As soon as I got there, Brian from Sebo Towing, Inc. arrived at the same time. Everything was going as planned until Myra from Best Car Towing, Inc. refused to release my vehicle. In her words, she couldn't release my vehicle until somebody paid Best Car Towing, Inc. for their services. When I asked out of curiosity what my cost would be, she said $815. For an overnight stay and a tow for 8 miles. At this point, I knew I was being taken advantage. I had to call my insurance company immediately and let them know my vehicle was being held hostage. While this was happening, Brian Martinez from Sebo Towing assured me that this was not the proper protocol and discussed with the owners what the proper procedure for this situation was. They had to forward their invoice to my insurance company and they would receive a check in the mail. After spending 40 minutes at Best Car Towing, Inc., they finally released my vehicle "not realizing" what the proper protocol was--- I had to have my insurance agent on speaker phone with them. I wouldn't wish this experience on anybody, but unfortunately, there are very dishonest people in this world. I was VERY FORTUNATE to have Brian on duty that day to provide me with excellent customer service. Not only was he representing me as a client, but he also assured me that this situation would be resolved. I was completely satisfied with my experience. Worst tow company ever!!! I was in a car accident over a week ago and we called AAA to pick our car up they sent out Sebo towing my brand new glasses were taken from my vehicle by the driver when I contacted them they said the driver only worked at night and they couldn't get a hold of him. 2 days later I had to call and they said the driver mention someone going in my car when they dropped my car off and they suggested I speak to Jack (the manager) he was never in I left messages for a week straight and still waiting for his call back. Finally today I call and they say Jack said to call AAA he can't do anything. When I spoke to Chris he said Jack was going to look at the cameras and now they don't have cameras..
