Since Van3 don't provide tracking, we put an airtag in the car and my car was sitting around Compton for a few days!! We didn't receive updates (usually a day after) unless we texted or called/left voicemail first. Turns out, it was national inspection week so truck drivers were being stopped or didn't want to accept transport. Being in the business for years, I would've expected professionals to be aware of that time of year.

I chose the shipping company based on reviews alone and the price being under $1,000 for my tank of an SUV was just a bonus. My first positive with this company is that unlike many of the more popular companies across the US, they are not just a broker and they actually hire and employ their own drivers, so they actually know the person who is delivering your car. Not only did they call and text me with updates but when I did call I mostly talked to the same person and they knew my info with just my name and number. Also, I gave them the contact of the agent at the dealership where they picked up from and they communicated beautifully with them as well. Lastly, my car arrived beyond earlier than expected and without a scratch on it! The car was picked up on Tuesday so I didn't expect it to arrive until the weekend or early the next week, but my car was dropped off early Friday morning and the driver called me himself when he was about 45 minutes away and called me again when he arrived to arrange the drop-off.
