I really liked the portable closet they brought that made transporting nice clothes on hangers a breeze. He kept me in the loop as to how it would all go and I was so grateful for that as I live so far away. When he got to my place he unloaded 176 boxes into the room I had prepared and not one was damaged. The individual responding to the reviews promised he would refund my money. I had a very expensive item that I asked for special care with that they broke. They damaged parts of my home which I had to pay for. They said they would come and fix the damages and refund the items. Then they started making excuses and then they started insulting me. They brought 4 guys and it took them over 12 hours to pack up a 2 bedroom apartment and move it 20 minutes away to a place with no stairs. They didn't even finish the job. The main guy kept taking breaks by claiming he had to go and get more paper but then they used my things for packing and damaged so many things. I keep trying to get the refund the promised but they blocked my number. The lazy main guy also kept getting high on the job. I have video footage of them which I'll be posting on social media to warn others not to hire them. I filed a police report and joined the police to meet them but they said I would have to take them to court and I just didn't have time and knew they wouldn't pay even if I won. The police told me that several of them have criminal records.
