The first thing that drew my attention to this place were the security door alarms. Knowing the fact that my stuff was safe was amazing to me. They have an amazing staff - couldn't be more friendly. Pricing is more than fair versus the competition. The facility is perfectly clean and secure. It's great because each unit has it's own security alarm. I never see any garbage or rats. It's very convenient that they have large carts at every entrance. After interviewing several Storage businesses from San Francisco, Pleasanton and many others, I just happened to stop here because my friend recommended this place on Main Street, Walnut Creek. The young man at the front desk had all the professionalism, knowledge, integrity, and great customer service skills. They were patient and showed me several different sizes. I happened to get one and contracted for it on the spot. They are also putting me on a "Waiting List" for when a big one becomes available. Which is what I need. Beth and Tony are wonderful, live on site, and also educate customers on what to look for in a Storage Unit. I went from a one-bedroom to a studio rental, yet didn't want to give away certain items I could still use, but not often enough to take up prime Realty living space, so with the rental savings, the storage payment was well worth it. I use it as a "second" room. I have my space right next to the office (great location as it gets the AC and stays cool), and I can access what I need as I need since my belongings are organized like they are in a small room. I have been a customer with this facility for going on 3 years now. I have never had a problem with this place! Beth and Tony are always very helpful, they have excellent customer service skills and I feel that my belongings are safe here! I had a small issue with some spider webs in my storage unit, I seen no spiders but if the webs are there, i'm assuming the spiders had to be there as well lol...I told them about it and they had it sprayed right away, I have not had a problem since then. Maybe I had a spider in my belongings when i brought it there o.0 lol but either way, the point is , that they listened to me and helped me in a very timely manner! Just finished 18+ months with 2 units at Security Public Storage on N. Main in Walnut Creek. The facility is safe, clean, and easily accessible. I never had cause to worry about security as I always found the facility to be well maintained. The hours provide convenient access 7 days a week. The billing was easy and always accurate and the price on both units were very affordable. I would not hesitate to use this facility again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family! read more

Five years ago this was a good choice. Today, no. Wish I could give it zero stars. It has become dirty, has vermin and is unsafe. The managers are dishonest, will do anything to make money and treat customers badly (other reviews nonwithstanding). My rent, with no improvements and a good many downgrades, doubled in five years. I'm happy to be out of there. Take your belongings somewhere else. read more

This was my first experience renting storage space. This location is super clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a corporate discount and there were no concerns with using it (have had trouble elsewhere using this discount card.)
