For example, if an IPA is hazy, that's a different style from a West Coast IPA. They had two IPAs on tap - both hazy. Why? My wife got the blackened salmon which was very well prepared. The fish was high quality and the portion size was good. The only oddity for her was trying to determine why you had to request gluten free for this dish as noted on the menu. The waiter asked the kitchen. There was no gluten ingredient in the dish. Why do you have to request gluten free? I had the chicken piccata. It was a bland couple of chicken cutlets swimming in a thin milky tasteless sauce. There were a few capers but almost no presence of any lemon on the chicken and none in the pasta which was described as lemony on the menu. The only good ingredient was the pickled small red peppers. Most times I've ordered chicken piccata it comes with a lemon wedge or two. Disappointing experience.
