This was my 1st time coming to the relocated boutique off Imperial Highway & Yorba Linda Road. Same plaza as EL poLLo Loco or Subway a few doors away. They currently have 2 boutiques due to the Holiday Edition one. Now i know where to find JellyCat plushies for my daughter. She loves them adorable plushie company that makes the cutest adorable so cuddly and soft Plush. They gave it all including tennis balls and pickle ball too! They have an Embroidery GaL that can embroider your special items you've shopped for and want to personalize it. Located at the Holiday Boutique Shop. I'll need to make my way to their original store right across the building, same Plaza. Associates are so friendly here. They are always asking us if we need any assistance or help to find a particular item. LOVE, Love the vibes along with unique cute gifts for everyone including yourself. I was shopping today with a friend of mine and wanted to know the price of a keychain that had no tag/sticker price and no hook with a price on it. so I went up to the two cashiers who weren't busy at that time, and asked nicely how much the item was. they both side eyed each other and one of them said "18.99" or whatever, I said okay and thanks even though the way they responded made me feel like they thought I was stupid for asking. I was very polite when inquiring as well (I could write exactly what I said as I remember), so if they say I wasn't they're lying. It's not like I asked if grass was green. Moving on, I put back my item because I didn't feel like buying it anymore after asking, and purchased a less expensive item. As I went to check out and handed them the item I wanted, one of the girls looks at the other one after seeing my item, scoffs and chuckles, and then scans it. They then bluntly asked me if I wanted a bag or receipt or whatever and I said no to both and waited for my friend to check out. They didn't treat my friend this way when she checked out after me, so I felt like I was personally profiled in some way, as this attitude was selective to me only, it seems. :/ I understand that customer service jobs can suck as I also work in customer service, but to the two girls; this isn't a high school musical movie, so drop the disney bully attitude, it's corny and embarrassing to witness. You work in a mall and I'm sorry your parents don't love you but that's not my problem. And sorry for making you do your job in your 8 hour shift of talking shit (yes I literally heard you, you're not slick). Everyone goes through shit, even the people you help, you're not special. be the mature grown women you are and leave that shit at the door of your workplace instead of taking stuff out on a customer.

This store and the items they have on their shelves really speak to the purpose of toys, but also their expertise of providing what is trending in addition to the classics that continue to bring smiles and joy to people.
