Updating my review because it's long overdue. I've been coming to this location for several years, although after moving to the local area I frequent it even more. I have had positive experiences here more often than not. Customer service has been consistent throughout my visits. The store is always clean and well stocked. And they have great wine sales lol. Now with the ban on plastic bags, they offer free reusable bags to give and take which is great when you forget one or have too many left over. I enjoy shopping at this location and will continue to shop here. read more

Love Sprouts, and their tuna sandwich is seriously bombbbb! It's super fresh, perfectly made, and doesn't have that strong fishy smell that some tuna sandwiches have. Everything tastes really clean and well-balanced. I also love that you can choose from a great variety of breads, which makes it even better. Such a simple thing, but they do it really well. I find EVERYTHING I need at this location!! I cook everyday, and I count on this Sprouts for my Organic Ingredients, Snacks, Farm Raised Beef and Chicken. The Frozen Seafood and Rare Meat case seems to always provide Special Prices! I recommend the Australian Hair + Body Gels as these products are more strictly regulated on ingredients, and I am so happy with the selections and personnel support for my questions. We visit this store to buy sandwiches for lunch once in a while, we really enjoy them however lately they have been very skimpy with their onions. We ask for onions and they placed literally one small piece of onion. I will share picture ! It's ridiculous, we are paying for a normal sandwich that should have a normal portion of whatever we ask for. Next time check your sandwiches in case the protein portion is missing too ! I used self check out thinking purchase easy straight forward tho I did purchase over a dozen items. the girl standing there was not helpful almost rude/mean. needed assistance with plastic store bags to carry items. beside large heavy drinking water needed a few bags. The people here seem nice but this is probably the third time or even more that I have fell for one of their on-sale deals and got home to realize immediately it was rotten. Tonight, I got their catfish on sale for 2.99 a pound and the guy said I can cook it by tomorrow night. It got me deathly ill just to find out that if you smell it, it will smell up the kitchen with a rotten smell. I also had to throw out the on-sale cut cantalope for smelling sour and weird. I have their grass fed beef still in my fridge that I will probably just throw out to be safe. You shouldn't sell something that is noticeably rotten. Literally just smell it. read more

I have always had a very good time shopping here. I really love getting their sandwiches and an ollipop. It's a great price and a good lunch in my opinion. Ask for the red hummus as well - it is delicious. I also saw a review saying someone had a bad experience with Vanessa, and that her attitude was not appropriate. I have actually always had a very good experience with Vanessa, and from what I have seen she is always very engaged and kind to her customers. I think that claiming an employee is bad based on 1 experience isn't necessarily correct. Maybe it was an off day or something. Employees are humans too. read more

Sprouts, service and quality has always been good and consistent. My wife and I always shop at the Brea location and have nothing but great experiences. I wanted to highlight Matt who works in the deli section. He's always cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful. This review is mostly for the deli and the party platters that you can order through Sprouts Catering. I got the fruit and cheese platter, Mediterranean platter, and veggie platter. All were beautiful and delicious. The platters got multiple compliments. Also the customer service when picking up the party platters was A+. Overall, I like Sprouts. I wish they would bring back the original recipe of the monster cookies, which may have already been discontinued... Please give this location a juice/smoothie bar. :D read more

The manager comes up with these new rules about paying for plastic bags before receiving them, meanwhile your items have To be placed on the check out surface and you have to make a wild guess about how many bags you may need. This is my usual Sprouts--an ongoing problem they seem to have is allowing dogs (not service dogs) in the store. Witnessed someone's dog way too close to fresh produce (a large husky), and on the same visit, a couple bringing in two small dogs that barked multiple times at the other dog already in the store. The workers just stood and watched, despite Sprouts policy explicitly stating no animals, except service ones, are allowed. It's a sanitary risk to have animals within licking distance of produce and other food items--this location needs to do better. read more
