This See's Candies location is located on the corner of Towne Centre Village in Diamond Bar. There's some parking available in the front. We visited here recently to check out some chocolates. We were greeted upon entry. As I was browsing, I was offered samples. They asked if I wanted milk or dark chocolate and if I wanted nuts or no nuts. I said milk chocolate without nuts. They gave me a sample of Milk Chocolate Buttercream which was absolutely delectable to which I ended up wanting to purchase some. The same employee asked my husband his preference of chocolate. Another employee then asked my husband was asked if he needed help finding anything. A few seconds later the same employee asked if I needed help finding anything. I thought it was interesting that we were asked separately if we needed assistance even though we came in together. The employee that was walking around asking if we needed assistance was friendly and informative. The employee behind the counter seemed a bit frazzled when I asked her questions but was informative. I ordered a bag of Milk Chocolate Buttercream chocolates. I was then told to wait in another line. While waiting in line, I saw an interaction between one cashier and another employee where they held a bag up in front of their face and whispered something to each other which the cashier responded with "I know." If you're going to talk about someone or something negative, probably not a good idea to do it in front of customers. Once the customer in front of me paid, the cashier apologized for the wait. They also asked if we were offered samples to which I said yes. The store itself is small and easy to navigate around. There's a selection of chocolate on the wall of the store including gift sets and boxed chocolates. The counter showcases the different types of chocolates that they have. There's also some chocolates in the center of the store as well as some greeting cards. Overall, great selection of chocolates. Service wasn't as friendly and courteous compared to the first visit we had about a year ago. Anyway, I'll still be back for another visit!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at See's Candies (1117 Grand Ave) with Patrice and Sam helping me out. Patrice was very attentive to any questions that I had regarding my selection of chocolates; both she and Sam were able to address any questions that I had immediately and we're very very generous with the samples. They didn't rush me and perfectly tailored my box of chocolates. Out of every single See's Candies locations be it a mall or standalone, this one deserves a chocolate equivalent of a Michelin star !!! Thank you again Patrice and Sam. I had an excellent time and I will definitely be coming back.

I wish life was like a box of these creamy milk chocolates! Sees candies has always been one of my favorite chocolate stores. The employees are very welcoming and sometimes even offer a free sample! The shop is clean and you'll want to try everything! I tried the 1 lb of milk chocolates which had a variety of milk chocolates including : Milk Almond Caramel, Milk Butterscotch Square, Milk Butterchew®, Milk Rum Nougat, Milk Mocha, Milk Chocolate Buttercream, Milk Almonds, Milk Mayfair®, Milk Beverly®, Milk Chelsea, Milk Coconut Cream, Milk Almond Square, Milk Bordeaux™, Milk Vanilla Nut Cream, Milk California Brittle®, Milk Divinity, Milk Double Caramel, Milk Molasses Chips. I'll be honest, most of them tasted pretty similar and I'm not a big fan of nuts in my chocolate so this box was okay to me. I'm more of a truffle girl, but these were still delicious and creamy with yummy fillings. My favorites were the buttercream, butterscotch, and Bordeaux!

We visited 'See's Candies,' today on Wednesday, Dec/7/22 trying to stock up for the upcoming Holiday Season. So, we uncovered some awesome sales happening here at 'See's Candies,' Diamond Bar, branch. As soon as we walked in, a sales lady welcomed us in and offered some samples~I asked for the Dark Chocolate flavor....wow, that was way too sweet so should have not chowed down the entire piece out in one sitting! It's been awhile since we have been to a 'See's Candies,' shop because this visit is only for Holiday Season and for gifting purposes. I pleasantly found out they sold 'Coffee Bean,' tin box promoting 'Peets' Coffee,' brand! My lucky day! I got 2 of those tin boxes to try and gift a friend for the other. My mom bought other stuff....will likely return for those mini tin boxes.

See's Candies is my favorite go-to place for fancy chocolate. I come here all the time and the ladies working there are so warm and welcoming. They would have small talks with you to get an idea of what you like. And if you come here often enough, they will recognize you and remember your favorite chocolate. They recommended a new box of chocolate for me to try and told me that if I don't end up liking it, I could come back and exchange it for my usual box. They still give out samples but they're all individually wrapped. They will drop them inside the bag when they ring your order up because they want to limit any eating inside the store and keep things sanitary.

Love this location! -No line -Free samples -Fully stocked -Clean and organized -Great customer service -Ample parking My mom and I decided to stop here to pick up a last minute chocolate addition for my Father's Day gift. Came an hour or so before closing and the store was empty. A worker greeted us with free chocolate truffle samples and explained the decorations available for Father's Day. Due to the high volume of recent graduations and that Father's Day was coming to an end, I expected the popular selling items to be low in stock. To my surprise, every thing was fully stocked and organized. Bought a box of my dad's favorite chocolates and a few truffles for myself. For a few dollars extra, the '#1 Dad' decorations/wrapping paper was a great finishing touch. This location closes earlier than locations in the mall, so check the store hours before you go! read more

Seriously the best See's candy location I've ever visited...next to the Downey location. My Grandparents used to frequent the Downey store since I was a kid. Many places change. Taste and quality diminishes as well... but the quality and taste is STILL the same!!!! One bite takes me back to my childhood and my happy place, hehe. PLEASE Never change. We came here to pickup some gifts and use some gift cards we received over the holidays. This location is located on the corner of the Albertson's plaza, on the "It's a Grind" coffee shop side. Immediately after walking in we were greeted by the super enthusiastic employees with samples in hand. Seeing we were going to use gift cards they gave some suggestions based on our likes. We eventually ended up a 1lb of nut chews, a box of peanut brittle, a box of lollipops, and a box of assorted dark chocolate. She was even nice enough to wrap each one individually. Overall service was excellent and the lady was really nice too. read more

I got some gift cards for Sees Candies and I was set on just buying chocolate bars since that's usually what I get when I'm craving chocolate. I've never really looked into buying anything else because I just assumed that it was too expensive. We arrived 20 min before closing and Paul immediately welcomed us in and asked if we needed help with anything. He was very friendly and kind to us. I ended up getting a half pound box and to my surprise it was only $13!! I'm so happy with my box :) and Paul even apologized for not giving us samples earlier (since we walked in when he was cleaning) and gave us our free samples. Super yummy! I walked out of there super happy with my box of chocolates! Excellent customer service! I'm definitely coming back to this location! read more

Great customer service !! Super Nice!! I barely took two steps inside the store, when I was greeted with a smile, and a piece of chocolate. Gena was great! I had purchased some candy for a gift. I was told today, it was not recipients favorite. I walked in the store explained my situation, and I exchanged it for the right candy. Gena offered their new flavor of candy to try..The other employee came out of the back, and he was just as nice.. I wish I lived closer.. So this is one of those random stand alones that isn't in the mall. I didn't want to have to hassle with the mall parking on a Sunday just to go redeem two 1 pound boxes of chocolate certificates that I purchased at Costco, so this was a nice alternative. The two people working in the store were super nice, even walked over an offered me a sample while I was still looking in the store. Parking is plenty since this is in a strip mall with a grocery store and other stores and restaurants. read more

I stopped in here in during my lunch break on my way to Albertsons for some chicken thighs. I was greeted by a friendly associate with a toasted almond sample in hand. YUM. I ended up getting a box of the Awesome Nut and Chew Bar. THE BEST. Service was a bit overzealous, but I guess it's understandable for the grand opening. Great location. read more

I love See's Candies and now it's close to home! Mmmmmm, their milk chocolate molasses chips are heaven. I'd marry the man that'd buy me a box of milk chocolate molasses chips. That's my favorite chocolate, EVER! And you know the way to my heart is through my stomach. Screw a wedding ring... buy me a 2 pound box and you're mine forever. But... you'd have to buy me 2 pound boxes often. This fatty goes through chocolate like a fat elephant eats peanuts. Since I don't expect suitors after this yelp review, I shall stick to courting myself with boxes of chocolate. I will quickly become a regular. read more

I had a box of chocolates that I finally opened. It had a dead moth and a live moth inside. These things happen, and See's gladly exchanged my ruined box for a brand new box of chocolates. The lady was so apologetic and even opened the new box to show me it was fresh. See's has the best chocolates and outstanding customer service, which is why I'll always come back for more. It's a Friday and my sister, 3 kiddies under 6 years old, and myself walked into See's to see the attendant Chris, the only attendant, helping out 3 customers before us. Our wait was very long but Chris still made time for us to hand out samples to the kids who were getting bored. He was helpful and patient and gave each customer their individual attention and excellent service. Awesome customer service. read more

Found a forgotten 1 lb. gift certificate at my in-laws drawers - they are in their 90's and diabetic, so I took it. Of course, I told them! Anyway, it's my son's birthday weekend, so after school we went over to cash in the certificate. It's so nice to be greeted by friendly sales people. Anyway, I already knew the fact that I don't have to get the pre-packed box of chocolates, so I mentioned I have the certificate and they told me the value is $25 for things around the store, and $27 if they custom pack for us. My son is allergic to peanuts, but my daughter likes peanut brittle. So what we did was start a custom box and my son started choosing some pieces. We were being picky, but the lady was patient. Sorry I didn't look at her name. She answered any question we had and made suggestions when appropriate. When we asked how far are we on our lb, she told us we were only at $14 and I felt we had been at it awhile already! Then she told us we did not have to complete the box, we could stop there and choose things around the store too! So my eyes caught the attention of some chocolate bars near the register, I grabbed 4 of those and had her tally again. Now I needed about $5 more product. Then I saw some cute foil wrapped bears that cost $1.85 each so I grabbed 3. Finally, I only had to pay $1.24 more than my certificate. Here's the best part - now for those famous free samples! Since I did not get any peanut brittle to mix in my box, I asked for that as my sample so I could take to my daughter and she gave me 2 pieces in a separate little bag! Grandma was with us, and she likes chocolate covered peanut so that was her sample. The lady saw my son liked the chocolate raisins since that's what he chose in our box, so she also gave him a small baggy as his free sample! Well, we had 3 people so I thought that's it for the samples then she asked me what I wanted. I told her she already gave us 3 samples, but she pointed out that I had not chosen one for myself. Wow, I happily chose the blueberry truffle I had been eyeing. I wasn't planning on writing a review, just cuz it's not on my top of list of things to do during my weekend, but since I couldn't sleep, I decided to, because this store and service was to be commended! My son was super satisfied with our little after school excursion! Ok I lead you to believe he was little, but the school I picked him up from is Mt Sac and he drove us here to practice on his driving permit! Lol Have a great day! God bless! read more

Definitely a hidden gem. Brought my civic to get repaired and Tin exceeded my expectations. I give one star because the other See's candy stores nearby have much better service (Rowland Height, Brea, and Chino Hills). We visited this store twice. The first time was around Christmas, we had bad experience with the service, the woman who work at the store was slow and rude. Couple months later, we visit this store again because we were in hurry. We thought maybe we just met one bad sales person last time. Unfortunately, the other two sales persons were not nice either (any very slow). Maybe it's the manger's issue. Anyway, we will go to Rowland Heights or Chino Hills stores in the future. read more

Love that I have a See's Candies in the neighborhood. Employees are nice: they make sure you receive your complimentary piece of chocolate (either as you enter the store or at time of purchase). Service can be slow, but I experience this at other See's Candies locations too. read more

What an exceptionally nice clean candy store with friendly employees! Always handing out a piece of candy to taste and they always have in stock just what I want! My only complaint is that I have to limit my intake and they no longer offer Peanut Butter suckers ... But wow! Customer service here is an A+! Will always be a repeat customer read more

I bought a purse made by Lisa Gallegos, her brand being Lalish. It has the Pomona 6Ps logo. Well-made with a detachable strap and inside zipper pocket, for $25. She has an office in the back of OverSpray and a display case in the store. You can pay her by Venmo or Zelle using the QR code in the display case sign.

I was shopping today with a friend of mine and wanted to know the price of a keychain that had no tag/sticker price and no hook with a price on it. so I went up to the two cashiers who weren't busy at that time, and asked nicely how much the item was. they both side eyed each other and one of them said "18.99" or whatever, I said okay and thanks even though the way they responded made me feel like they thought I was stupid for asking. I was very polite when inquiring as well (I could write exactly what I said as I remember), so if they say I wasn't they're lying. It's not like I asked if grass was green. Moving on, I put back my item because I didn't feel like buying it anymore after asking, and purchased a less expensive item. As I went to check out and handed them the item I wanted, one of the girls looks at the other one after seeing my item, scoffs and chuckles, and then scans it. They then bluntly asked me if I wanted a bag or receipt or whatever and I said no to both and waited for my friend to check out. They didn't treat my friend this way when she checked out after me, so I felt like I was personally profiled in some way, as this attitude was selective to me only, it seems. :/ I understand that customer service jobs can suck as I also work in customer service, but to the two girls; this isn't a high school musical movie, so drop the disney bully attitude, it's corny and embarrassing to witness. You work in a mall and I'm sorry your parents don't love you but that's not my problem. And sorry for making you do your job in your 8 hour shift of talking shit (yes I literally heard you, you're not slick). Everyone goes through shit, even the people you help, you're not special. be the mature grown women you are and leave that shit at the door of your workplace instead of taking stuff out on a customer.

For the drink, I ended up getting the banana latte. Been on a streak of getting that lately so wanted to compare with other stores. I didn't get a lot of banana in the taste. At least it had an espresso shot for the caffeine fix and did not taste like the artificial banana. Nothing special there and stand out. For the interior, they had a few seating they primarily accommodated a few groups of four and two. I was able to grab a bench seat that had an outlet. However, there wasn't enough space for my laptop and the items I ordered. WiFi was available but it had a 90 minute limit. The store had a moderate noise level and stayed busy throughout the time that I was there. The service on the order was quick and they do bring it out to you. The store also has their own house espresso which was a medium dark roast. American Express is accepted as a payment option here. Overall, it was a decent work spot. If I come back, I'd prefer to try another drink and hope other pastries are available. Would recommend the biscoff cheesecake for those that want something sweet and the house coffee beans for those that like medium roasts.

There were a few cookie crumbs at the bottom too so I'm not sure if they incorporated it in the syrup or if it just sank to the bottom by the time I got my drink. I also tried the hot horchata latte but it seemed more like a regular latte sprinkled with cinnamon powder because there didn't seem to be any syrup. I loved the vibes on the rainy Monday I visited and a lot of people were in there working or studying, since there were outlets against the wall. The workers were nice and approachable, and the drinks came out quickly.

During the last week of January 2025, I had a less than great experience at See's Candy, Diamond Bar location. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the person who took care of me. I revisited the store shortly thereafter, and was pleasantly surprised at how well we were tended to. They remembered me and really went out of their way to make things right. I then received a call from "Ray," the district manager. He was aware of my initial experience and listened tentatively and genuinely to my concerns/experience on my first visit. Listening and empathy are traits of a true leader, which Ray genuinely demonstrated during our conversation. Ray assured me that customer satisfaction is the number one concern of See's Candy, which I truly believe. I've been coming to See's Candies in Diamond Bar for a while now, and I have to say, their customer service is consistently excellent. The staff and managers do a fantastic job every time, always greeting customers with a smile and assisting with any questions I have. They make my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable, which keeps me coming back. I honestly don't understand the complaints some patrons have about the service here. Every time I visit, the team is attentive, helpful, and professional. If anything, I think some customers may have unrealistic expectations or personal issues rather than there being a problem with the store itself.
