A Lincoln Road staple, please don't ever leave! Segafredo has been here since the beginning of time. One of the few places that are worth coming to in all of Lincoln Road. For this review I only had a Caramel Iced Coffee on a warm late afternoon. But nonetheless the server was kind and attentive. Often times they will turn their nose up to you if all you do is order 1 drink. I was killing time before an event and I honestly just wanted a cold tasty drink. The music was great and I sat back read my book and enjoyed this yummy drink! I'll definitely be back to enjoy their happy hour menu and maybe stay for a fun dinner! read more

I've been to Lincoln Road many times in the past. Tonight I was with friends who recommended we stop at Segafredo for a drink before dinner. There are many seats outside to choose from including comfy chairs and couches. They serve coffee drinks, alcoholic drinks, and quite a few food items. Most of all; it's a great place for talking and people watching! I had a strawberry mojito, which was quite good. My 2 friends tried the sangria which they enjoyed as well. Went here for happy hour on Wednesday. Ordered one happy hour cocktail and something called the Keylime pie martini which was horrible.. Basically, just a glorified cocktail with hardly any vodka and just cream in a martini glass. When I asked for the check, the bartender charged me full price for the cocktail that was on the happy hour menu and when I asked him to please change it, he gave me an attitude . Lincoln Drive must-try. If you are walking by a live DJ in the front window of a random place on Lincoln Rd, STOP! Sit in the midway couches across from the window (TIP: seat yourself) and you will experience magic. There was one waiter who was everywhere all at once. We ordered quickly, were swiftly served the tapas- style snacks we LOVE because they are easily shareable (note: no greens with the caprese salad). Great cocktails is 100% accurate, and the whole vibe was just perfect for a warm Miami night. Lincoln Road is not what it is use to be, but this place it is . Still a perfect place to seat and enjoy watching life passing by. Great ambience. Not one but, 2 DJ back to back playing perfect bits to Create the perfect vibe. Extensive cocktail menu with unbeatable prices. They are very good too. Food is ok, but I would recommend some improvement to match the setting. Service was friendly and good. Simple menu, but I think the ratio quality - price is a little off. We had some time before the showtime. So, this place was right next to the Colony Theatre, and we decided to have some drinks. My husband had a draft beer from Wynwood brewery, and I had Sparkling sangria. I couldn't choose between red or sparkling. The friendly wait staff suggested sparkling. I am so glad that I listened to his suggestion. This sangria came with a cute decoration of different fruits and tasted really yummy. Since the place was packed, the service was a bit slow. But sitting outside under the nice weather, we didn't mind waiting. My friend who lives in Miami Beach told me that this was one of her favorite places. I can see why! read more

It is a classic, the price is ok and you have options in the menu such as: pizza, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta and so on. Saturday morning 04/08, I go there to have a nice coffee and a bite to eat. An employee who was apparently only a busboy..passes by me without saying anything so I ask him, can I sit anyhwere? yeah...Can I order? yeahh...and walks away! I watch him, walk around the place playing with his tray, then goes inside and just stands there looking at the glass window... Nobody in the meantime even comes close to ask if I need anything. I go inside I confront the sleepy busboy...and the hostess says ...leave him alone sir he is the busser.. Seems like I need to update this since my last review was from 2009. And in this update, I'm bumping up a star. Why? 1) Drinks are still reasonably priced for South Beach - and still well-made. And on top of that, the variety of drinks can't be beat, with mojitos, pisco sours, and every other typical Latin concoction, there bounds to be a drink for anyone. 2) Food is still overpriced like the other Segafredos, but there are menu items that cost less than $10, which is nice (although, you're practically paying for smaller portions). For a light grub to go with the drinks, this fits the bill - just don't expect top-notch grubs as if it was cooked by an Iron Chef. 3) Coffee is still reasonable and good here. 4) Table-side (aka outside) service seems to have improved. I had a nice Macedonian waitress who was patient, pleasant, and attentive. Try to present yourself in a friendly manner, and you'll get friendly service. Friendly service is not always a guaranteed given. That's the Miami way. Also, this place is one of the places on Lincoln Road that stays open the longest - useful especially if you're leaving the cinema nearby late at night and wanting to imbibe, chat, and munch to drag out the Miami nights for a little longer. read more

No matter what day, or time of the afternoon or evening I pass by this Segafredo location it always seems busy, even when the rest of Lincoln Road can be relatively dead. I've had 2 experiences here: Several weeks ago we came to this place to grab a drink and maybe a quick bite before a movie at the nearby cinemas. The host seated us at a high top table under one of the umbrellas in the middle of Lincoln Road and we waited several minutes for service that never came. We left and went to Rosa Mexicana up the street instead. On our most recent visit, we had about 15 minutes until the previews before our movie were scheduled to begin. We decided to go inside to the bar here at Segafredo, order there and then grab a table outside and enjoy our drinks. We each ordered a cocktail, paid about $13 each before tip and our drinks were well made (my partner's drink was nearly pure gin). Not the most inexpensive place, but considering it's on touristy Lincoln Road and nearly everything here is overpriced, what are ya gonna do? read more

Average place for coffee and food on Lincoln road. It used to be better years ago. The coffee is very average. You're better off getting coffee at nearby Starbucks and going here for a snack like the truffle fries. I wouldn't waste my appetite on a full meal here. Rather go to Shake Shack or Doraku for a lunch or dinner! But if you wanna grab coffee or a snack with friends it's good for sitting outside and chatting. Also good for people watching of course. What a cool place. Always upbeat, it is what we expected from a place in Miami. You can sit wherever you like, crowd is cool, music is always great, drinks are good and love that when you order your drinks they bring you peanuts and chips ( #perfect) but have you tried the sliders? They are delicious. The veggie pizza is to die for so thank you To all the cooks/waiters/ busboys for always being so awesome. Great atmosphere! Beautiful decor. The restroom is really lovely and well designed. A lot of places all too often slight the "restroom design" and place no emphasis at all considering how well a restroom ought to look? No one ever speaks of a restroom because it's a place where we take care of business. But I'm starting a new trend and we're gonna start speaking of restrooms. I found myself desiring to repeat business at places with elaborate restrooms. And The gnocchi pesto pasta with chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper hit the spot for me on this fall afternoon. I strolled down Lincoln drive and saw a few restaurants but Segafredo did it for me. It drew me in with its quaint appeal in a class of its own. And what more? Cozy spot right on Lincoln Rd were you can relax on couches and it's as if you are in an out door living room. The food is great and you can just waste your day away while drinking it up and eating great food. I always enjoy this spot. You must go here at least once in your lifetime and decide if you love it as much as I do. It's been my go to spot for years. I used to enjoy my Sundays here with a book and a Bloody Mary. Don't worry about the heat. They have plenty of gigantic fans cooling you off and a lot of shade provided by the huge umbrellas. I gave this establishment 3 stars because the service was sooooo sssllloooowwww. Alas! It didn't really bother us much because we weren't in a hurry to go anywhere but it was a questionable amount of time between the moments we were attended to. Keep that in mind if you go. read more

Perhaps, my choices were part of the problem since I went with sliders & truffle fries. When I walked up, the greeter showed me the menu & seated me promptly, but then no one approached me to take an order, not even for my drink. Took about 10 minutes before I had to flag someone down. Given, they were pretty busy, but several waiters passed me & not one asked if I had been helped. That in itself almost caused me to walk away, but I decided to stay anyway. I began with a watermelon mint juice. Not quite what I expected. I could tell it was not concentrated, but it just did not have a whole lot of flavor. As I mentioned before, the food was not so great. I've had truffle fries before & who hasn't had sliders? It just felt like the whole thing was lacking in flavor & the slider meat tasted like it had been microwaved. The only thing that made up for it, was the original greater made time to check on me as I was about to leave & talked to me about their upcoming events. They used to have happy hour from 7 to 9, I think, every Thursday, with a lot of drinks options, first I try the Mojito, it was ok. Then I try the Moscow mule, it was da bomb!! I have to say the music is not really good, we ask the girl to put something else and she said it was a play list and she couldn't change it, and the place actually wasn't that busy and the service was a little slow.
