I immediately spoke with the employee responsible for handing out orders from the restaurant. After reviewing my order information, he stated that he remembered the order and had seen someone pick it up earlier. He initially believed the individual was a DoorDash driver. However, after I showed him my order confirmation, he realized that I had placed the order directly through the kiosk and not through DoorDash. I asked if the restaurant could remake my food since someone else had taken my order. The employee went to speak with management and later informed me that they would not remake the order. He stated that incidents involving people stealing food orders happen frequently and advised me to dispute the charge and request a refund. He also suggested that I call the kiosk's customer service number. Unfortunately, when I attempted to contact the number provided, I was unable to reach a representative or receive assistance regarding the issue. I paid for food that I never received due to the apparent theft or mishandling of my order by another individual. The restaurant acknowledged that someone else picked up the order, yet no replacement meal or refund was provided. They are scammers for real. Like at least acknowledge your wrong and make it right!! Do not order from there ever especially if someone steals your food they will not help you at all!!! Also it's in a sketchy ass spot go anywhere else but there!!
