Stopped in for a drink and a little play had to get my birthday free play walked away with more than I came in with was busy for middle of the week

Great machine variety and typical casino atmosphere. This casino has a large and free parking garage, which we appreciated. Upon entering the space, we noticed that there were hundreds of machines and that the space was buzzing with customers. We tried numerous machines and had a fun time with each. We didn't win, but were able to get a couple hours of gameplay in. The odds seemed fairly normal based on my experience with other casinos. I was impressed that there was a variety of new games and retro games. Also, there were many of the visually stunning tall-screen games, which I was happy about. In other casinos I've been to, there were so few of these games available that I've had trouble getting on those games. This casino seems to have improved since some of the other reviews were written in terms of cleanliness. I didn't notice any issues. I also enjoyed the fact that they had a live DJ spinning on a Friday night. I was never offered a drink by a server and my card was very finicky with the machines. However, I was fairly happy with my experience overall.

I haven't been here since before COVID broke out. I wasn't expecting such a change in this place. I liked the slot machines they had & the way the Casino was set up. When I went this time, all the machines were just repetitive & they "blew !" They were boring, or slow, faded, didn't work right, but worst of all, "my machine" was gone. I searched the whole casino for the 2 game I liked & it wasn't there. I just saw the same stupid games over & over. I used to have a blast here, but this time, I spent the majority of the time walking around, trying to play something that looked fun , but had no luck. Most of the .01 cent games, the least you could spend was .30,.50 even .88 cents. It was a joke !

This casino is so clean and bright! I really love how nice it is on the inside, you walk in and instantly want to spend lots of money. Haha There is a nice bar in the middle that serves free bottled water and offers beers and we'll drinks. There is a really great restaurant on the upper floor as well. There are servers that will walk around and take drink orders whole you are sitting playing a game. There are slots, poker games, black jack, etc. So there is plenty to keep you busy There is almost always a line at the cashier though which seems to be a regular problem but they do have machines throughout the floor where you can cash out your stub and get money right from the machine so you can often avoid the lines. My biggest complaint is that there is a smoking section and anyone who has ever been in a building that allows smoking knows that you can taste and smell those cancer sticks whether you are in the smoking section or not. It's overwhelming and that alone would keep me from coming back.

Stopped here while in the Buffalo area for a business outing. Wings & gamblin' - that's all I need to get me goin' when I'm out on my own. Nestled literally next to Labatt Blue and General Mills factory in downtown Buffalo, it looks very cool lit up with several bars and restaurants hooked onto it with a parking garage as well. I Ubered to the joint so I can't speak to parking costs or anything of the sort. Upon walking in yes- there is a smoke smell. That's what casinos always were and will continue to be if you are from a state that doesn't allow smoking inside. Suck it up. I can't smell so I wasn't really affected that much. Place is nice, has fancy fixtures etc, and looks like there is a nice assortment of tables and a heavy amount of slot machines. I usually play roulette and did a little damage. Would come back. Cheers!

I won $50 and spent about $8, that makes me like it! The smoking section is massive and u forget how bad that reeks... fortunately a corner NON SMOKING area Ample parking

This place is absolutely filthy. There are thousands of bugs flying all over and landing in drinks and food. There are bed bugs, scabies, and fleas also. the bathrooms are filthy also.

There is so much to offer here, they have great slots & table games. For drinks head over to the Stixx sports bar, for fast & friendly service. If your hungry there's the creek or Phillips western door, to satisfy your cravings.

I've never smoked, so I notice cigarette smells easily, and wasn't bothered by it in our room. It *did* reek of cigarette in the lobby and around the casino however. Unpleasant. The bathroom was amazing with a large shower. Very spacious. Room key was needed to access the elevator and your floor, which was great (*cough* The canadian side Doubletree needs this right now *cough*) The US side of Niagara Falls is super sketchy and just for that I wouldn't be in a hurry to return - I also have no interest in casinos so there's not much for me to do here. Staff was polite. Overall I would stay here if I was on that side of the border.

From a hotel perspective, Seneca Niagara has the potential of being a five star destination. This…read moreis our third time staying at this hotel, and things have certainly gotten better since they first opened, but they have not yet achieved the excellence that I expected. The physical structure is very well designed. The hallways and rooms are magnificent. Heavy doors, cash safe in the room, adequate closet space, tastefully decorated with a Native American theme that pays homage to the elements of nature. The building materials used are such that you don't hear noise from adjacent rooms. There is plenty of parking and an inexpensive valet service if you don't care to look for your own space. The front desk staff are well trained and helpful and efficient. Their WiFi is fast with sufficient bandwidth that I was able to get some work done, sending and receiving large files without a problem. The rooms are nicely climate controlled, the shower is spacious with immediate hot water and the pressure is very good. The bed is comfortable, with good quality linens and blankets and firm mattresses. The housekeeping staff are thorough. The elevators move efficiently. They have tight security throughout the premises. All of the above is what they do right. I tried for two days to book a foot massage at the spa. No one answers that extension, so I'm not even sure if their spa has anyone assigned to answer the phones. The front desk - which also doesn't answer their phones so I had to physically go to the lobby - told me to just keep trying which I did without success. One of the reasons we booked at this hotel was because the website talks about their massages. Disappointing. There was no working electrical outlet next to the bed. The outlet that was part of the working lamp was dead. I had to pull my mattress away from the wall to find a working wall socket. There are electrical outlets over by the desk. The restaurants associated with this hotel are just fine. Three Sisters in the lobby has a very nice Buffet breakfast with excellent sausage. Everything else on that buffet is more than adequate. The wait staff do their best to keep your coffee cups filled and to bring you your check and even if things take a little longer than one would expect, we have no complaints about Three Sisters. The Western Door is a wonderful restaurant and we come here frequently and independently of the casino or the hotel for fine meals and properly mixed drinks. There are many little things that this beautiful hotel could do and should do to earn a fourth or fifth star, but perhaps their occupancy rate satisfies their balance sheet so they have no motivation to bring it to the next level.

That's…read morewhy I came actually - I had driven by twice in the early evening and saw many cars heading into the parking lot. So I thought I should check it out. We saw a few craps tables, a few roulette, and various card game tables, blackjack included but many others as well. And then slots. Many many slots. This is a small casino overall, which can have pros and cons. Pros include easy to get into and out of, a small more intimate environment. Cons include small, not many tables to choose from. The drink servers were visible and it was easy to get water, small bottles, but water was easy. I'm not sure if you pay for alcohol or not. But tips for water are assumed. Smoking is allowed. Including cigars. So from the minute you open your car door to the minute you take a shower later you smell smoke and will smell like it. It did seem many people were not bothered by this. And I grant you all casinos except one I have ever been to allow smoking. So it's the norm. But it did result in us leaving sooner than we might have otherwise. Loosing also helped that departure along though. All in all I enjoy casinos on occasion. I'm not sure I need one in the middle of a city but judging by the crowds many people are quite happy to have this casino. I only hope no one is banking on winning, the odds favor the house always. There is a small place to get a sandwich, gelato, coffee, breakfast and more. Have to say, it looked good and clean but we did not try any food. I can see going back here to kill some time or entertain out of towners. Easy access, close, easy parking, all good. Smoking not as good, would be great to have a smoke free area. 3 stars - it's a-ok. Worth a visit if you like to gamble. Parking was easy and free.
