Food was okay but I got a piece of plastic in my khao soi??? Hello??? Pic below (that's all I had to say)

We had a mixed experience. The service was great and the two servers were working their tails off. The ambiance is nice with cute decorations throughout, but the tables near the front have very little separation between you and people sitting on benches on the other side of the short wall, which is a bit awkward. The food was mixed with the Thai tea and spring rolls being tasty, but my house noodles with tofu was so much spinach and so few noodles I thought they had brought out a salad by mistake. It was not particularly flavorful either unfortunately and I left hungry with the portion size. My partner had an equally meh experience with his entree. I unfortunately wouldn't really recommend or come back based on what we had and what else I know is in the mall.

A taste of Thailand! appreciate the ambiance and the unique blend of flavors and the aroma. Ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and crab fried rice. The appetizers were delicious as well. Amazing service!

First of all, the 2 stars is mainly for their service and management. We made a reservation at 6 PM since we had a larger party and when we got there they said someone called in and canceled our reservation. We were so confused and when we asked who called, they couldn't give a name. Pretty sure they just gave our table away to accept more customers. They were pretty rude and we waited an extra 45 min for our table the food came out pretty quick and i ordered the crying tiger. the meat was nice and tender but the sticky rice was very hard to eat. you have to use a knife to cut it. overall i think they need to improve their service and management

We were craving Thai food before a show at the Paramount! The cashew delight chicken was delicious. The veggies were stir fried perfectly, and the Thai iced tea was refreshing. They make their Thai tea with half and half, so it was creamy and not too sweet. The service was average. Located on the top floor of Pacific Palace. Public restrooms just a short walk away.

Solid Thai food in an unassuming mall location! I was hungry and needed something to eat close by, and figured I'd give Seng Tong a try. I didn't have very high expectations, but my experience definitely surpassed them! I ordered the Panang Curry with tofu, which was flavorful and thick. Very good. The waitress was nice and very efficient, even though the place was busy with not too many people working. Definitely don't overlook this mall Thai restaurant!

What a delightful surprise to discover in a shopping mall! The interior is cool, clean, and a beautiful and gentle atmosphere. Service is prompt and accommodating. You can watch the owners prepare your meal at the back of the restaurant. Food portions are extremely generous and thus, inexpensive. The two of us split an appetizer and two entrees and were pleasantly full. The dishes: - fresh garden rolls with prawn. These were beautifully presented and absolutely delish. Fresh veggies and perfectly cooked prawns. The surprise was a warm peanut sauce dip! Unbelievable! - phad Thai with fried tofu. Tasty, with large chucks of tofu and veggies and peanuts to mix to your own taste. It could have been a tad warmer, but the flavors were good. - green curry with beef and eggplant. The sauce was unctuous and flavorful. Eggplant and beef perfectly cooked. Could have used a bit more of it though. The accompanying rice was fragrant. We ordered spice level 3, and could have gone up to a 4. The server kindly brought us small portions of chili sauces to mix in. I'll go back again, and remember to bring a large appetite!

Friends and I went here during the day of the Hanabie concert and it was a decent one! This is inside Pacific Place, which is in downtown, which is relatively notorious for lack of quick-to-find parking. Seating inside the restaurant was relatively quick, the interior was clean and service was fast and simple. I was always able to ask for water quickly when needed, and man did I need some even after the dishes I ordered... I got the beef phad see ew with a side of Thai iced tea with coconut, and requested my noodles to be a 4-star spice. I definitely did feel the heat from the dish which was expected, so the Thai tea really did help! Spice aside, portions here are decent though I did want it to be slightly bigger since the flavors really worked together! Overall, a nice and quick place to get Thai food in downtown if you're looking for something quick to get before or after events or movies!

However seating was a bit confusing as you had to find an empty table and the server would bring you the food. When it was busy the line and wait got messy and it's possible to get your food without having a table so I don't recommend coming here when it's super busy There were around 8 tables and some bar seatings. You can see staff making the food over the counter and the ventilation was done well even with all the stir fry and cooking.

I started with the crab rangoon, and it was a great appetizer. It had the perfect crunch on the outside, was creamy on the inside, and came with a delicious sweet and sour dipping sauce. For our entrées, we ordered the pad see ew and the pork belly with green beans. Both dishes were packed with flavor. The pad see ew had thick, chewy noodles with a great balance of vegetables and meat, making it both filling and satisfying. The standout, though, was the pork belly with green beans. It was absolutely incredible. We ordered it at spice level 3, and it definitely brought the heat. I was sweating by the end of the meal! From the outside, we noticed the restaurant takes up a good amount of space in the building. Once we arrived, there were several people waiting to be seated. We added our name and number to the list. It was about a 10-to-12-minute wait for our party of 2. Throughout the restaurant, the lighting is dim and suited for night life. Once we were seated, we were given the menus. We ordered the Grilled Calamari, Uncle Odds Flank Red Curry Wild Betel Leave with Sticky Rice, Battered Chicken Red Curry, and Durian Tiramisu. The food came out at a respectable amount of time. The Grilled Calamari was an enticing appetizer off the menu based off how big it was. However, we were a bit disappointed once it arrived at the table. It was much smaller. It was still good regardless. Once our main entrees arrived, we were also a bit surprised by the lack of vegetables there were in the curry. Even though the menu states exactly what was in each of the curry dishes, we were still just shocked and questioning why that was. We both enjoyed the curries anyways. I wouldn't order the Battered Chicken Red Curry again only because the batter of the chicken was getting soaked the longer it sat in the curry and became a bit mushy. The texture was throwing me off. It was very filling as there were lots of chicken compared to the other curry we had which was a much smaller portion of protein. Lastly, the Durian Tiramisu was amazing! Definitely the star of the show for us. If you don't like durian, it won't be for you. For the durian lovers, this is a must have!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we were looking forward to the bold flavors we've come to love. The visit started off a bit oddly. The front desk server, Tar, asked to see my wife's ID--even though she's 36 years old and we weren't seated in the bar area. It felt inconsistent, especially since younger guests nearby weren't asked, and it's something we've never experienced at their other locations. Unfortunately, moments like that made us feel singled out, and honestly it sometimes feels like they tend to pick on Asians, whether intentional or not. That feeling alone made the experience uncomfortable and will likely make this our last visit to this location. That said, the table service was excellent. Moo took great care of us, and Cece from the bar was attentive and kept our water filled throughout the meal. Unfortunately, there were a few moments that took away from the experience. While I was taking photos of our dishes, a young staff member alongside Tar appeared to be giggling and mocking me, which made things uncomfortable. It may not have been intentional, but it didn't feel professional and only added to the awkward atmosphere we already felt. Food-wise, there were some inconsistencies. The chicken didn't taste as good as we remember, and several plates had visible fingerprints, which was off-putting. The galvanized metal plates also gave off a slightly unrefined feel--more like cafeteria-style serving ware. Additionally, the sticky rice, which is usually presented in a traditional bamboo basket, was served in a Ziploc bag, which felt like a downgrade in presentation. On a positive note, the papaya salad and pad Thai were still very good and delivered the flavors we expect. We'll continue supporting Isarn, but we'll likely return to the Kirkland or Lynnwood locations next time. Sadly, after this experience, this Queen Anne visit will probably be our last.
