We recently visited Sensology, conveniently located inside the Grand Sierra Resort, and had an absolute blast! It's essential to make an online reservation to avoid any wait times or the disappointment of them being fully booked. This place offers fun, interactive, and challenging games suitable for all ages, making it perfect for families, friends, or even co-workers looking for a unique team-building event. They even have a snack/drink bar where a variety of items are available before, during or after your games. Our host did an excellent job explaining each game and wasn't afraid to enforce the rules when some of the kids got a bit disruptive. The variety of games we played tested all our senses, from drawing images from an item we were only able to smell, and our team had to guess what it was without the drawer speaking (drawing charades), animal charades, tasting jelly beans in a dark room and listing their flavors from memory. We even had to locate 3D puzzle pieces in the dark and find where they fit on the wall. The games were incredibly engaging and had everyone fully immersed. The facility is clean and well organized. I highly recommend this activity for a unique and enjoyable experience and would love to see them bring something similar to Sacramento. We had a wonderful experience with Sensology! Jess and her team made the entire experience so much fun for our Eddy House staff. My kids had a lot of fun (ages 13,9, and 6) the activities for each sense are unique and never bored anyone. In fact, the hour went by really fast, but that's partly due to our host. Kesha was a terrific host who was able to relate to all of my kids despite their varying ages. She was very funny and helped everyone really engage with the game and made it that much more fun. EXCELLENT TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY! Our non-profit group had 25 people do this for team building and it was the perfect fit! I don't want to give too much away about what the activities are, because the mystery of the challenges was the best part. Would totally go back with my family. This got people laughing, getting outside their comfort zone, and working together. The staff team was great to work with to coordinate the event and super friendly while hosting us. What a fun experience! We are puzzle room fans and are always looking for a fun family night out. This was by far more engaging for all our family than puzzle rooms. Caroline was our host and was enthusiastic and helpful throughout the event. I like that you can eat and drink during with your host serving you as needed. Each game allowed everyone to participate and we walked away hoping we can visit again. Had a lot of fun with my group of 6. A few classic games with a unique twist on each. Devin was our game- master and was great. She had to put up alot of immaturity but was astoundingly professional. Devin explained each game in detail. She offered and provided additional help when needed while keeping us moving along in a timely fashion. The facility is clean and seemingly very organized. We had such a fantastic time!! We did a party of 4 with Caroline, our host. She was fun and the entire experience was so unique. It's like a giant Pictionary or Charades game. Keisha! She was our game master and she made the experience 10 times better! I always think that a game master with a relaxed and fun personality makes the experience better! I love that she would crack jokes too! Also this was our second try at this experience and it was just as great as the first! My favorite part is the ball pit. The kid and I love coming here, we are super competitive so we get feisty and Christian the host was cool with it and didn't criticize us but just let us be us which was cool because we aren't the typical family, he played along and enjoyed our banter which made our experience even better! he's a great employee, they all seem to be. Sensology was great! I went on Dec 16, and our GM Danica was amazing super friendly and helpful with every question we had! Best part in my opinion was the ball pit room and the smell room! 100% recommend would however suggest having an even amount of people when playing so 4+ works best! Super fun spot to bring friends and family for a fun night out. Expect to spend about 90 minutes to complete all the tasks. The manager mentioned that every 6 months or so they change up the challenges in the rooms. All of your senses do get tested but nothing that is uncomfortable. My fiancé and I just got done at Sensology and what a fun experience it was! 5 very different games to test each of your senses. My wife and I decided to try this on our recent visit to Reno. Our host, Archer, explained that with just the 2 of us, we would play against his old scores. The 5 timed games were challenging and fun, keeping us on our toes the whole time. Archer was very engaging and funny, making the experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend trying this! read more
