I have eaten here many times and they have many vegan options out after finding a bug in my food I will no longer eat here... i called and the lady said "not possible" and the line disconnected.. i love there food and understand flys can try to eat food but it isn't ok in my opinion.

Chicken with vegetables, white rice and an Egg Roll

Got lunch here the other day, I ordered on the phone for a takeout order. 15 minutes later or so I went to picked it up, the lady inside was nice. Indoors it's small inside only a few tables. I got the chicken with mixed vegetables and some white rice and an egg roll. Everything tasted pretty good. The prices here are on the cheaper side as well. Not a bad Chinese spot!

If I could give zero stars I would. The shrimp and lobster sauce was fishy. Our shrimp rolls were burnt and tasted old. The spare ribs were like biting into a rubber band. They looked pretty but tasted like road kill. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and there response was can you bring the food back? I ordered delivery for a reason. I wouldn't order from this place ever.

Great food! Lots of vegetarian options which is really nice. Love the veggie rolls and the veggie sesame chicken

    Wonton soup. Pretty good!

When you think Jersey shore, Chinese cuisine is not the first thing that comes to mind. So what do you do when you have a hankering for it and in you're in the Brick neighborhood? Come to Sentosa restaurant. I have a feeling they are more of a takeout than sit in place because no one was there when we arrived (or maybe because it was a Sunday afternoon) but the woman working was so polite and pleasant that it didn't matter. The only reason I'm taking off two stars is because the tap water tasted a little like bell peppers (she did offer bottled but I was being frugal) and there were not as many vegan options for my friend as we would have liked. My food was great! Not too greasy or heavy and they had a variety of interesting dishes to choose from. I will definitely be ordering from them again when I'm down there.

    Vegan wonton soup! Yum.

My go-to for AMAZING vegan Chinese!!! Always fresh, always delicious. So happy Door Dash delivers from there now! My favorite dish is Sweet & Sour Tofu, the egg rolls and wonton soup!

Everything had very good flavor. My least favorite was the eggplant only because of the consistency. Personal taste of course considering I'm a meat eater. The salad was plentiful with a very nice dressing. The olives added the saltiness needed. The vegan feta tasted like Feta! Impressed. The vegan whipped feta was #1! The caramelized dates paired so well with the feta. Overall I was impressed and have to say I would recommend if you are vegetarian, vegan or not! Can't beat fresh and local ingredients in my mind.

Five flavor plate - a nice amuse-bouche that went through a series of flavors: Hawthorne jelly for sour, yams for sweet - butter melon jelly for bitter, mushroom.and black pepper for spicy, and radish cracker for salty. The bitter melon was my favorite and definitely wasn't that better - it had pleasant spices almost like a chutney. Next was mushrooms in a light cucumber sauce, followed by a savory and thick 18 vegetable soup. This was a nice back to back contrast of light and simple with rich and hearty. The next three courses were aiming to imitate meat a little more. The first was a grilled mushroom over fragrant green millet. Then, sweet and sour tofu skin, and another grilled mushroom covered in a curry sauce. Of these, the tofu skin was my favorite as the bright course in between the savory ones. Next was rice in a savory broth with peach jelly, and then a nutty noodle dish with a smooth and creamy sauce with a nice blend of spices. These helped round out the meal, and the noodles were especially tasty. To end was a dessert made from berries and sweet potato, almost with the texture of ice cream. Reservation is required and the meal is prepaid except for tip. The whole thing came to about $130 each after tax and tip. I found the meal to be less heavy than most other tasting menus and very creative.

Served as a progressive prix fixe menu, dishes arrive one after the other. Rich matsutake mushrooms and sweet-and-sour riblets followed, paired with bowl-steamed rice and noodles, before finishing with a refreshing sweet potato dessert. Service is smooth. Our server, Hannah, paced the courses briskly and professionally, perfect since we had a show afterward. Still, block out at least an hour and a half to truly enjoy the thoughtfully curated meal. We all just ordered and paid at the counter, so we didn't have to worry about splitting the checks. Since I'm vegan, it was a little more difficult to accommodate because the tacos I would have liked that were less spicy had cheese on them. The chef accommodated me by adding more beans and rice in the taco, and it turned out really good. I also tried the Black Magic tacos. These were a little spicy for me, but I could really taste the deep flavor. They were just too spicy for me to finish, so I gave them to my friends. My friends who love spice tried the Black Magic tacos and they loved them. In fact, they were their favorite thing on the menu. And they're not even vegan. I like how it's a casual environment where you pick the table you want to sit at. You can combine tables if you need to, grab your forks and knives, get your drinks from the refrigerator, and then order at the counter. This is a good spot for groups because the tables can easily be put together and you can pay at the counter. It's a great place for people who love spice. If you don't like spice, there are a couple things on the menu that aren't spicy and are still delicious, so everyone can be accommodated, whether you love spice, don't love spice, are vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, or love to eat meat. The restaurant also provides hot sauce if you want your food even spicier, and my friends told me the hot sauce is really, really good. I also love that it was easy to make things vegan here since everything is already vegetarian. We all enjoyed it so much, and we'd like to go back soon.

I walked in…read moreat 11am and went up to the kiosk, and realized that only breakfast items were available. I wanted to try something from the lunch menu, after asking an employee, I was told that lunch starts at 11:30am. So I came back around that time to order. I've been seeing their Big Mack Smash on social media for some time now, and it looks delicious. So I decided to I order their single patty Big Mack Smash, with angus meat and American cheese, on a plant based white bun. I don't care for sesame seeds on buns, and there was no option for a regular burger bun (without sesame seeds), so I chose the non sesame seed vegan bun. I also ordered a side of fries with garlic aioli. The plant based white bun was a little dry and the burger patty was also dry and did not have much flavor. Maybe I should have done a double patty for the burger, since it is a smashed patty and a little too thin for my liking. I felt like I was eating a dry burger bun with mostly lettuce, an occasional pickle and the Mack sauce. I probably will not order the garlic aioli again, it had a sweeter and nutty flavor to it, and I prefer more of a savory aioli. I used to order their Blackened salmon with a side of greens and Spanish rice in their BBQ Ranch flavor style, from their old menu. I do miss that meal, it was so flavorful with the crispy onions to top everything off. But I understand that they made the change to better suit the business and cut back on waste. I probably would not order the big Mack burger again. But I will definitely be back to try something else from the new menu. I've been a customer for over 6 years, and have introduced some of my family members and friends to this restaurant, and we've enjoyed our meals here for that time. I love that there are many vegan and vegetarian options here. Although I am neither, it's a great place for those who have dietary restrictions/preferences. Hopefully I find my new go to menu item soon, but in the meantime I will be ordering and trying many of the other new menu items. This is definitely the place to come if you don't want a typical vegan meal. You'd be like a kid in a candy store, with the amount of options that are here. They also have many non vegan options. Turf, Surf and Earth serves EVERYONE and that is their biggest positive!

I had the grandma's boy, cashew mac n' cheese, and a customizable bowl. The grandma's boy consisted of a fried oyster mushroom, red cabbage, pickles, pepper jack, chipotle mayo, and horseradish on a white bun. This was not bad. The sandwich was filled to capacity, and the sauces were a nice combination along with the crispy cheese. The pickles were good and I wish there were even more added. The fried mushroom just tasted like batter without much from the mushroom, which was really the only negative about this. The mac and cheese was made with a homemade cashew cheese. Texturally, it felt like a traditional mac and cheese, but the sauce threw me off a little. It was more plain than anything. Regarding my bowl, I opted for blackened chicken, quinoa, spring mix, bacon, chickpeas, corn, edamame, and a house Greek dressing. This was nicely put together. The chicken was seasoned and cooked ideally while the Greek dressing really brought everything together. I really enjoyed the bacon pieces as well.

The one rude waitress proceeded to rattle off the lengthy list of the specials of the day and expected us to remember them. And she did not provide any prices for the items. Why can't someone just type up the specials and make copies to provide. You are not going to sell your specials if someone doesn't even remember what they are 2 minutes after you've explained them. People generally need to read and reread items on the menu before they make a choice. Use common sense! So we knew on Sundays the German menu was available and when I asked waitress, she rudely said to me "well you have to ask for that menu". Like duh!! What??!!! Why would you have to ask for that menu and what if I didn't know about the menu, then you were never going to sell anything on that menu? It's your Sunday special and you should be handing it out without someone asking!!! So dumb really!! My nephew ordered what I think is the lobster tails and he was very specific asking what kind of sauce and any other items that came with? When she told him that it was a lemon butter sauce he was OK with that. It came with a completely different sauce! Wow, how is that even possible? Either the waitress wasn't properly informed on the preparation or the chef decided to change it. So that had to be sent back and remade. Unbelievable!! The saga continue ...anyone who ordered the items from the German menu were given an option of salad or soup. Then they came back out later and said the soup was not available because the chef didn't like the way it came out. Not really sure how you can mess a potato leek soup. I think there's like four ingredients in it ‍. So my sister said she would have a small cup of the onion soup instead, and the waitress told her no you can't have that soup only the lobster (weird soup) or the salad. That is so crazy. Why can't she have the onion soup? the waitress went and asked the chef and he said yes, she can have the onion soup. Oh gee, thanks! That's what you should've said in the first place! Mind you this place was not crowded at all, not surprising so if he was worried he was gonna run out of onion soup I doubt that was going to happen because it was not that good. I never had an onion soup with a thing that was almost equivalent to smashed piece of white bread cut into a circle instead of a piece of hearty bread like it's supposed to have. Then we asked them to split the bill into three checks at the end and that was somehow not possible. I don't know how they can't just go in the computer system and ring up 1/3 of the bill three times. She said it was a new system, but how do you go backwards in technology if it's new? 98% of restaurants can do that. Maybe the head chef has some chefs in training back there, but the whole experience was just a nightmare. And unfortunately, this was a family birthday celebration that was memorable because of how bad it was. Needless to say, we will not be going back there!
