this review is for the senza glutten free bakery open in the morning around 9am-2pm. the bakery isn't inside but on the side next to the restaurant! i recommend coming early bc they usually run out of most of their baked goods after 12?? i went visited one time after 12 and they ran out of their popular items we stopped by after yoga around 9:30am! i got some cookies and a banana bread!! personally i love that the pastries are healthy and still sweet!! i can taste the authentic flavor coming through! my notes: cookie - so soft and thick chewy !! i personally loveee the texture banana bread - the banana flavor is fresh !! not too sweet! not overpowering

We had a very nice dinner at Senza over the weekend, and the place is a very cute and cozy restaurant. As someone who is gluten-free, it is very nice to be able to look at the menu and see a bunch of options and not have to pick between only 2 options. The food was INCREDIBLE!! My favorite items there were the risotto balls and the beet salad, hands down. The complimentary bread that they gave was also amazing, and I could barely even tell it was gluten-free. I did take one star away because, although the owner very generously gave me a pastry to take home, which I was so excited about. But when I open the packet at home, I saw it was all moldy :(

We had a delightful and nourishing lunch at Senza today. I had been there previously when it was The Polenteria and as a person with celiac disease, I was eager to return. Im so glad to find Italian food that is truly gluten-free and especially to be able to eat in a restaurant without fear of cross-contamination and Senza definitely delivers. Today, Norma greeted us at the door and was friendly and enthusiastic and very affable as we chatted with her during service. She let us know a little bit of history about the restaurant and the interesting journey she's had as a small business owner. On a side note, I appreciate being able to support someone in their vision, especially as it pertains to providing amazing food to a specific clientele. I was also pleasantly surprised as I had seen mentioned in other reviews about them no longer having a beer and wine license, but it has officially been reinstated and they are serving a delicious selection of wines and wine cocktails. I had a crisp and refreshing glass of Sauvignon Blanc with my meal. Everything was served super fresh and piping hot from the kitchen. We had the Arancini appetizer which had changed a little from the last time I was there. Instead of being served in a red sauce, it was in a warm buttery broth, but the balls themselves were very flavorful with a gooey cheesy center. We also had a beautiful beet salad with velvety Burrata cheese, walnuts, and Mandarin oranges. After that, and for my entrée, I had Nandos pasta, which was chicken breast sautéed in what I'm guessing was a bit of white wine and garlic, and served with a creamy spicy garlic sauce over spaghetti with a hint of prosciutto. It was delicious and comforting. My friend had the chicken Parmesan, I did not have a chance to try it, but it looked amazing. We also made a stop on our way out to buy a few of the delicious baked goods from their daily bakery. They had quite an assortment of breads, bagels, pastries, muffins, cakes, donuts, and even a croissant style pastry. I highly recommend going to Senza in Los Gatos, it will be 100% worth it to enjoy a delicious 100% gluten-free meal. The ambience is also very enjoyable. It is a smaller space but very cozy and accommodating. Thank you Norma, I'll be back soon!

The food at Senza is amazing. Everything they make is delicious and definitely the best gluten free food I have tried. The seating area is very cozy and relaxing and staff are super friendly. They have a lot of different things on the menu for everyone. Will definitely be coming back!

We came in on a Saturday morning for brunch - we sat in the cozy restaurant and looked over the menu. The menu is on the smaller side, was hoping for a waffle or pancakes, but instead had country breakfast, avocado toast, bruschetta and a few other options. They were out of the avocado toast so we ended up with 2 country breakfasts and one bruschetta plus a flat white. Country breakfast was tasty - served with a biscuit, but no butter or jam was offered. The Bruschetta was super tasty and the potatoes were amazing (way too much red bell pepper for me but that is because that is one veggie I can not stand!) The service was great, the staff were all so friendly and space was cozy and so cute. I did grab some treats on the way out - 'beignets" - they were more like a solid donut to me, but so so yummy! I even shared with my kids - not sure they appreciated it but they said they were really good! The cinnamon roll was really tasty, the cinnamon coffee cake muffin was ginormous and i split between 2 breakfasts with coffee - heated up a little and were devine Will be back for brunch and mimosas next!!

A bit denser and drier than I'd hoped for but the flavor was good. Reminded me of the flavor of Angel food cake. Coffee cake was fine. Tasty, again a bit dense texturally. Large portion size. Tbh I wish their cakes and muffins were a more standard size. They're all quite large - larger than feels practical or desirable for a single serving, and awkward for splitting/sharing. But the brioche loaf, oh my god! Perfection. Soft, pillowy, delicious perfection. I have been steadily snacking on it for 4 days it's one of, if not the best, gf bread I've ever eaten. The brioche is truly a marvel. If you get nothing else, get this.

Their menu is small but each item is intentional and clearly has a lot of thought put into it I went there for brunch this weekend and I loved everything. They have a great loaded chicken salad sandwich with avocado and bacon. It comes on its own if you're not feeling super hungry, but of course I opted to add a very generously sized pile of show string fries to my meal. We tried 4 of their brunch cocktails and all of them were excellent; the basil punch, Hugo spritz, peach Bellini, and another drink that I can't remember the name of that had gin. All of the cocktails were well balanced with bright citrus, a decent amount of liquor, and not too sweet. My favorite was the basil punch, which tasted like a very elevated limeade. Definitely recommend sitting on their large patio, the restaurant is called park side for a reason! If it's too hot or one of the few rainy days in California, they have ample seating inside as well. The service was excellent and our servers were friendly, attentive, and offered to bring things like additional condiments without us having to ask.

Parkside did the trick for us! We both ordered wine since we're on a wine kick--the Chablis and a Bordeaux, which were both great. For food, I ordered the chicken salad sandwich (which is actually a little out of the norm for me) with a side salad, and my boyfriend ordered the fried chicken sandwich. They definitely didn't skimp on either sandwich! The chicken salad sandwich truly hit the spot; it was filling yet still refreshing, and I loved the balance of savory and sweet / tart with the bacon, grapes and apple pieces. My boyfriend also said his side fries were some of the best. As far as ambiance, the restaurant and patio were full and lively on a Sunday but didn't feel overly crowded or loud. It was busy, so the service was understandably a little slow, but we did wait a while to order and had to wave someone down for our check. Would definitely come back to try some dinner options!
